In the Wish Pool, Little Dream lay on a swimming ring, drifting back and forth in the pool water.
She looked at the sky divided into three colors, opened her mouth wide, and yawned, her five tails swaying: “When will the masters return…”
Actually, she wasn’t as bored as she appeared. As the Dream Deity of the Dream Faction, all the world’s knowledge about dreams might flow through her domain. Apart from a few Divine Beings related to the Dream Faction who could share this benefit, she almost monopolized the major chunk of Dream Faction’s developnt, constantly appreciating in value.
The best part is that although the Dream Faction is not as widely applicable as the Gluttony Faction, and Mages rarely sleep, most ordinary people still dream. When they dream, it’s equivalent to advancing the Dream Faction’s developnt. Although it is slow and subtle, its advantage lies in large quantity and long duration. Therefore, even if no one cultivates the Dream Faction going forward, with the Dream Deity gathering knowledge, the Dream Faction will continue to progress.
Divine Beings are closely related to the developnt of magic factions. If magic doesn’t develop properly, Divine Beings cannot be born; if magic flourishes, the power of Divine Beings also increases. However, even Demigod Mages rarely know this, let alone the common people.
Little Dream is so eager for the masters to return because she’s a bit greedy. Though not yet hungry enough to affect performance, she does feel displeased from not eating dreams for such a long ti.
Even dreams of beasts or plants would suffice!
But in the Heavenly Kingdom of Thousand Wishes, there are only Technique Spirits, and Technique Spirits don’t dream, nor do Divine Beings.
Just as Little Dream was feeling uncomfortable, she suddenly noticed a huge Light Gate not far away. The familiar aura that erged made her fly up directly, hugging it like a swallow returning to its nest—
“Master is back!”
Facing Igula and Tamasi’s slightly questioning looks, Ash calmly fed Little Dream two Source Crystals and asked, “Have you finished the task I gave you before?”
“Finished!” Little Dream waved her hand, stuffing the Source Crystals into her magic wand: “It was simply too easy for !”
“Then cast one spell each on these two.” Ash pointed at Igula and Harvey.
Little Dream nodded; although she wouldn’t leave with any master unless all four masters took her away together, she would follow any master’s command if it were just a matter of casting in the Heavenly Kingdom.
With a “hey,” she tapped Swindler and Necromancer’s heads once each with her magic wand.
“…” Igula pondered: “Is this so sort of divine shock for us? What’s the effect?”
“You’ll know later.” Ash said.
Just then, the Light Gate shimred, and a woman flew out, rolling on the ground several tis before stopping. Ash imdiately gave her a Joyful Sword, checked her slightly, and said: “She fell unconscious too.”
She wasn’t the first visitor; along with Ash, there was a young man wearing the uniform of the Twins faction. However, even in the safe Heavenly Kingdom of Thousand Wishes, they remained comatose, with their bodies mostly unscathed, just minor bruises.
“Air density is normal, suitable for human survival.” Harvey squatted down, crumbling a lump of soil: “Hardly any different from reality.”
“They’ve been swept by Fate’s current for too long, their bodies on the brink of collapse. They don’t even need to fall to the ground; reaching the eighteenth layer alone would disperse their soul bodies and require a period of rest to recover.” Tamasi hesitated: “Temporarily, they can’t even be labor; it’ll be cumberso for you…”
“Not cumberso!” Ash hadn’t even spoken, and Little Dream stared at the sleeping pair hungrily: “Sleeping people are wonderful! Everyone should sleep together!”
“We could provide so seeds to address food issues, but you’ll still need to rely on Earth Magic and wood technique to sustain yourselves. At worst, wait for a portal to the Kingdom of Gospel to appear, and you can relocate.” Ash said: “However, managent could be troubleso. I could have the Dream Deity help, but she’s not suitable for administration.”
“Of the rescued, barely one in ten survive, their faction naturally splintered.” Tamasi said: “If you’re afraid of trouble, I’ll manage them, I promise.”
Ash nodded, signaling Little Dream to look after those crossing over, then the four turned back toward the Light Gate. Little Dream quickly ran over, tugging at the hem of Ash’s clothes, pitifully asking: “Master, are you leaving again?”
“I’ll be back soon.” Ash said: “Might even bring you a sister.”
Little Dream blinked, imdiately sensing a rise in crisis—Heavenly Kingdom of Thousand Wishes only has the Wish Pool! If there’s a new sister, who will manage the Wish Pool!? Not acceptable, must squeeze more work out of the Technique Spirits, making them put in extra hours, so the master will see my contribution!

Back to the Kingdom of Senluo, the incoming end-tis wind made Ash and others feel slightly uncomfortable: If the Heavenly Kingdom of Thousand Wishes is the ruins post-collapse, Senluo is the ongoing collapse of the building, with the forr being desolation, the latter danger.
“How is it?” Ash asked.
“Managent authority is restored.” Tamasi said.
Ash’s heart stirred; the container ran, but authority hadn’t transferred out, which implies…
“I’m probably the only container for Lord Zhan now.” Tamasi shrugged: “But even so, I still must leave.”
