Knock, knock, knock. Three knocks on the door t with silence from within, so Felix said, “Sword Seat, Miss Lena is waiting for you downstairs, she has sothing very important to discuss with you.”
“Give a few minutes.” The voice inside was sowhat flustered.
Felix listened to the pitter-patter of the rain outside, pondering how Jiale City could experience a drizzly breeze in December. Could it be that the teorological Hall’s control system malfunctioned?
A few minutes later, Sonia opened the door with a composed expression. She coughed lightly, “Just now I…”
“Accidentally knocked over the water cup, right? I’ll clean it up now.”
Felix’s expression remained unchanged.

Ash remained silent as she wiped his face, answering her confusion with silence.

Felix shook her head, using the dry towel to wipe Ash’s body: “If I could beco a Duke, I’d sever their swordsmanship inheritance, slaughter all the family, personally close Vosloda’s emblem, and donate the entire estate to the Gods of Four Pillars. No, I’d keep two portions, one as a wedding gift for you and the Sword Seat, the other for you and the Magic Seat, what do you think?”
“However, with Demi around, I certainly can’t inherit the dukedom unless…”
Suddenly silent, Felix placed Ash back on the bed, murmuring lancholy: “Miss Lena told that if that man dies, the sect is willing to help assassinate Demi, paving the way for to beco Lord of the Stars.”

At this mont, her Miracle Bracelet buzzed, notifying her of an urgent ssage from Dedarose calling her downstairs for an ergency operation.
Felix dressed Ash, covered him with a blanket, and bending down, pressed her forehead against his, whispering softly: “Next ti, tell what I should do, okay?”
With that, Felix left the bedroom and found everyone gathered downstairs. Dedarose, Diya, Sonia, Trozan, and several mages—everyone with Holy Domain level combat power from the sect—were all present.
“We can actually let soone else take care of the Observer.” Dedarose said, “Little Filly, since you’ve achieved the Holy Domain, you should spend more ti on magic.”
The Sword Maiden and Witch had no objections, though they felt Felix took great care of him, letting a Holy Sanctuary Mage look after soone seed a bit humiliating.
“It doesn’t matter.” Felix laughed, “Since I live here, taking care of him isn’t a hassle, and the Sword Seat and Magic Seat have high standards; soone else might not satisfy them.”
Sonia and Diya exchanged a knowing glance, growing increasingly fond of Felix.
Since the mysterious mages destroyed the White Tower Fortress a month ago, the greatest change had been Felix’s elevation to the Holy Domain. At that ti, Felix wasn’t solely deceiving Sonia; the Four Pillars God Sect truly had a way to rapidly promote mages, but the conditions were exceedingly stringent, and Felix was the only qualified candidate across the entire sect.
“What’s happening?” Felix asked.
Trozan turned on the standing Light Screen in the living room, switched to a news channel:
“…the teorological Hall has announced tonight as ‘Sleepless Rain Night,’ predicting three consecutive days and nights of sleepless rain. This is an extrely rare phenonon, with the exact cause still under investigation. During the sleepless rain, everyone in the Jiale City area will be energized and unable to sleep. Citizens, please do not panic, schedule your work and rest periods reasonably, and if any physical abnormalities occur, visit the nearest dical facility imdiately…”
Felix glanced at the storm outside: “Sleepless Rain?”

Sleepless Rain is one of the most powerful among them.”
“Although Dazzling Star lacks a Legendary Water Mage now, the ‘Painter’s’ most formidable aspect is the ability to simulate miracles from other factions by consuming plenty of ti. This Sleepless Rain was mostly likely a large-scale Miracle prepared months in advance by the Painter.”
“But… for what purpose?” Felix asked, bewildered: “What is the point of preventing people from sleeping in Jiale City?”
“You should ask the opposite.” Trozan replied, “What would happen if soone were to sleep in Jiale City right now?”
“The third Angel Hunt has already begun.” Diya calmly stated, “The Source Angel has restored Dream Heaven, and now Holy Sanctuary Mages need only enter the Distant Realm to participate directly in the third Angel Hunt. Though the reason the Source Angel is doing this is unknown, the Angel Hunt is almost completely open in the Void Realm.”
“However, the Magic Master of Dazzling Star left a backdoor for the Kingdom of Stars.” She continued, “As long as we sleep in Jiale City, we can directly participate in the third Angel Hunt.”
Felix imdiately understood: “Then obviously, we should sleep!”
In fact, Sonia and Diya aren’t eligible to participate in the third Angel Hunt. As Legendary Mages, they cannot enter the Distant Realm. But with the backdoor left by the Magic Master of Dazzling Star, they can bypass the Distant Realm and directly enter the Dream Kingdom!
In this Angel Hunt, which only Holy Sanctuary Mages are eligible to participate in, letting these two Legendary Mages join is a ruthless massacre!

Suddenly, the mirrored wall in front of them emitted the sound of cracking, with cobweb-like fissures rapidly spreading!
At the sa ti, they heard noises from the other side of the mirrored wall, imdiately realizing that they weren’t the only group of mages here!
With a crisp breaking sound, the mirror completely shattered, leaving Sonia and the mages on the opposite side entirely unobstructed.
