Every angel is an unparalleled genius of their era, suppressing the tis, or they would not have earned the favor of the Divine Lord. There’s nothing they haven’t seen, but when they read Ash’s resu, they realized this was indeed sothing they hadn’t encountered before.
However, when they saw that Ash was the Sense of the Gods of Four Pillars—now the Sense of the Gods of Five Pillars—the angels were relieved. Such an extraordinary experience is too advanced for mortals, but just right for the Sense of the Gods of Four Pillars, resolving all mysteries: Why is Ash so talented? The power granted by the Lord of Infinite Radiance. Why does Ash always gain maximum benefit in various adventures? The wisdom bestowed by the Lord of Wind, Rain, and Snow. Why does Ash always escape death? The life force reinforced by the Permanently Burning Heart. Why does Ash have so many won following him? The seductive charm enhanced by the Dreamy Freedom Soul.
If the Gods of Four Pillars spent so many years and resources to painstakingly create a Chosen One, it would be no surprise. The angels didn’t envy Ash, after all, becoming the Sense of the Gods of Four Pillars ans rging your soul into them, which is no longer being a dog, but becoming the senses of an Evil God.
It is said that Ash is also the only Sense of the Fifth Pillar God, and all the nutrients needed by the nascent Evil God co from the Sense. Who knows what cruel and terrifying ceremonies Ash must conduct to satisfy the needs of the Fifth Pillar God.
"Allow to introduce."
Standing in front of the Sky Garden, the Angel Ling Ting spread her arms, "Starting with , I am Ling Ting, the Intelligent Angel under the All-knowing Weaver, a demigod of sound technique, and also a temporary gardener of the Sky Garden."
"Beside is the Intelligent Angel Yiyan, a demigod of the mind."
Beside Ling Ting was a young girl with black hair, wearing a tallic aluminum-like mask, with her sickle weasel ponytail tied up, her hands in her pockets. She didn’t speak, just nodded to Ash and the others.
"Those two are the Blessing Angels under the Extre Master of Blood Moon, Yan Hua and Qiu Ye. The forr is a demigod of the blood fire dual faction of the Blood Saint Clan, the latter is a demigod of fist-claw from the Moon Shadow Clan, also well-versed in the rare Gluttony Faction."
Floating above the sea of blood and mountains of corpses was a man and a woman. The man was dressed elegantly, wrapped in a scarf, looking scholarly like a professor about to give a lecture, with blood-red eyes, completely unconcerned with Ling Ting’s introduction, engrossed in reading the poetry book in his hands.
The woman was nearly two ters tall, slim, dressed as a nun yet exuding a rogue aura, with deep dark circles around her eyes, and a large wolf tail wagging under her skirt. Upon hearing Ling Ting revealing her background, she tilted her head at a 90° angle and said eerily, "A thousand years since we last t, Ling Ting, you look even more appetizing."
"Over there, those two under the Imaginary Music Master are the Poetry Angels, Shoumo and Yinhen. Despite their deadly-sounding titles, Shoumo is an alchemy demigod and Yinhen is a water magic demigod. Compared to combat, their greatest strength is managing the Heavenly Kingdom, but their combat skills are equally formidable, underestimate them at your own peril."
On the other side, imrsed in Wind, Flower, Snow, Moon, was another pair of angels, a man and a woman. The man wore tactical goggles that completely covered his eyes, clad in sleek black armor; the woman donned a vibrant blue feathered robe, sleeves reaching to her knees, with a gentle and elegant deanor. In response to Ling Ting’s introduction, she gave a slight smile, "You flatter us, Angel Ling Ting."
"And finally, the Authority Angel you just killed earlier, warriors under the Lord of Infinite Abyss." Ling Ting’s tone was less pleasant addressing these deceased individuals, "Unlike us, the Lord of Infinite Abyss doesn’t fancy giving angels titles; they all call each other by na. The shooting technique demigod was nad Najilfa, and the shield war demigod was nad Vester. By the way, though Vester is a werewolf, he has no relation to the Moon Shadow Clan. Vester evolved into a werewolf from a beastman, whereas Qiu Ye beca a Moon Shadow Wolf from a human curse, so—"
"Enough with the nonsense!" The Moon Shadow nun Qiu Ye shouted sternly, an implicit growl in her voice, the intense sense of crisis made Ash and the others shiver, "We’re here to take them away, not watch you chat!"
"It’s rare to co down here. Qiu Ye, why hurry back? Hundreds of years chasing your tail in the back garden, aren’t you tired of it?" Ling Ting shrugged, "And after so many years without eting, isn’t it nice to catch up a little?"
"You can chat all you want, I don’t care." Qiu Ye pointed at Ash, speaking grimly, "I’ll take him away to report back to the ancestors first. The ancestral banquet is prepared, waiting for him to take his seat."
"As if it’s not the sa for everyone." Ling Ting said leisurely, "The All-knowing Weaver has been looking forward to Ash for a long ti. But Ash’s strength is seen by all, fighting hasn’t been our best option from the start. If we can complete the task through negotiation, why risk starting a war?"
"Sorry," Ash said calmly, "I don’t believe negotiation alone is enough to make surrender my life to you."
Ling Ting did not imdiately respond but glanced at the girls beside Ash. To the surprise of the sound technique demigod, even faced with four World Secret Domains and six angels, not only did the four demigods, including Sword Maiden, imdiately take up combat stances, but even the two Holy Sanctuary Mages, Felix and Dedarose, showed no sign of fear.
It seems sparking internal strife will not be easy... Ling Ting swiftly thought, the smile on her face growing gentle, "Ash Heath, we are not your enemies. At least, we are not here to take your life—there’s no grudge between you and the Divine Lords, and my Weaver appreciates you and Igula greatly. Do you have any reason to consider this a matter of life or death?"
