In the chaos of battle, Ash saw two familiar figures:
"Cloud City, support the Fla Iron Ancient King."
Transforming into the Ice Fla Corpse King, the dark-skinned curly-haired figure chanted a lody of death in the wind, like poetry sung from a grave.
"Echo Palace, heed my command, focus the Ancient King’s will."
The blonde Swindler quickly linked together dozens of Demigods, adjusting the chaotic strikes into a layered, rhythmic military offensive! He seed accustod to the Commander’s position, and the Demigods were used to following his orders.
Holding the line ans death, escaping to live a few more months is also death, so is it worth dragging the whole world into Hell for a few months of survival?
Although Ash regarded Igula and Harvey as dear friends, he never had any expectations for the character of these bastards. Life to them was a shit buffet; even without an apocalypse, they wanted to create one to destroy the restaurant that produced excrent. How could they possibly want to protect the world?
So when Ash saw this scene, it was like watching two mischievous kids finally co back to their senses, like a father feeling a trace of relief... He finally used his charm to reform these two death row prisoners!
"Um," Yenifa softly said, "can you let go of ? I want to stop the Heavenly King from raising Heaven too."
"You don’t need to go."
Ash waved his hand, and three swords appeared behind him.
He narrowed his eyes slightly, locking onto the Ancient King Heavenly Execution, with Sword Intent piercing the heavens: "Because he will die."
"Death Mad,"
Ash whispered in his heart:
"Help . The Ancient King Demigod of the Level Six of Hell is a bit troubleso."
"I thought you were really that powerful, turns out you’re relying on ?" Death Mad unhappily patted his face, "Why should I follow your command?"
Though she said so, Death Mad stuffed the cigarette in her mouth into Ash’s mouth, then held his hand, gripping the Mage Nesis on the far left together, "Take a puff."
Ash inhaled the smoke into his lungs, and as he and Death Mad gripped the Mage Nesis, it imdiately radiated molten gold-colored bloody patterns, the sword scabbard roared like a beast, as if an engine was growling. He spat out the cigarette butt, activating "Flashing Ripple," with three consecutive ripples flashing across the battlefield, when the Demigods noticed the Seven-winged Mage, he already drew the Mage Nesis, cutting towards the Ancient King Heavenly Execution from afar!
One sword, two halves!
All defenses were aningless, all resistance crumbled to dust, a monstrous river of blood penetrated the Ancient King Heavenly Execution, slicing him in half, and the ascending Heaven imdiately halted and began to tremble as if to collapse!
The Hell Ancient King, the Level Six of Hell Demigod, was eradicated with one sword!
Even the Divine Lord... might not be able to achieve that?
The Demigods dumbly watched the sudden ergence of a Seven-winged Mage pull a rainbow across the battlefield, landing before the Commander of Cloud City, asking a peculiar question:
"What’s the truth passed down by Hagen Dazs?"
Harvey responded without hesitation, not considering the first topic after a long reunion odd, "Those destined to die will die, those ant to live will certainly survive."
"Indeed a truth."
Ash looked at the approaching Igula, not waiting for him to speak, he opened his arms wide, embracing the Swindler tightly.
Igula: "...?"
He originally had a bellyful of words to spew out, but Ash’s hug stopped him cold. Do we really need such sentintality among our group of rascals? Enough is enough.
"Didn’t expect you to fight to the death in Hell to protect this world with in it, rather than escape," Ash said emotionally, "Though I understand, how could I not be a beautiful and important part of your life?"
Igula opened his mouth, known for his eloquence in Hell, was montarily stunned by Ash, unable to speak, and could only punch his stomach to express his excited feelings.
Though they stopped the Heavenly King from raising Heaven, there were still The Forgotten and Eight-winged beings outside. Igula sighed, "You ca... really not at the right ti."
Boom!
Ash and the others turned to see the precarious Heaven coagulating again, miraculously, the forrly dead Ancient King Heavenly Execution revived, beside him was the Ancient King’s Will, with Law dispersion phenona occurring nearby, obviously having used a disposable Divine Being—to save the Ancient King Heavenly Execution, he unexpectedly squandered his precious one-ti Divine Being!
Yet Ash wasn’t surprised. Didn’t Igula and Harvey also have friends like him filled with good virtues? Good or bad, enemies or allies, even the Ancient King Heavenly Execution might not be a bad person... he just wanted to live.
But his price for survival was dragging everyone to die together!
Ash held the second Mage Nesis, but this ti he had no chance to unsheathe it.
The sky collapsed.
With a massive and soundless tremor, the Ancient King Heavenly Execution’s Heaven finally shattered the sky. A beam of pure white light not belonging to Hell shone through from the crack outside, even though the Fantasy Hell was bright, the Demigods felt the pervasive corruption pierced and purified.
It was the light of Heaven.
Level Six of Hell, connected to the outside once more.
Reality finally revealed the gap the World Snake eagerly awaited.
It’s over.
Ash placed his hands on Igula and Harvey’s shoulders, his heart sinking, an icy chill in his blood. The World Snake is about to invade reality, the final five are surely eager to replace them, everything will move towards an end—
Suddenly, a rushing rainbow poured in from the gap, like an illusory sea outside about to drown Fantasy Hell. Simultaneously, five Demigods on the battlefield suddenly floated mid-air, including Tiramisu, Amilo, and even Yenifa, whom Ash had once seen.
"Cloud City Tiramisu, in the na of the Blood Moon."
"Echo Palace Amilo, in the na of the All-Knowing."
"Dragon Snake Valley Enfier, in the na of the Eternal."
"Lost Paradise Seth, in the na of Skydream."
"Observatory Yenifa, in the na of Dazzling Star."
The rainbow flood split into five pure light rivers, flowing into the bodies of the five Demigods. The Eight-winged being seed sowhat impatient, all of its eyes focused on the gap, the rainbow flood imdiately paused, as if invisible forces were pressing through the gap outside.
"Return."
As a cold command echoed through Hell, all eyes of the Eight-winged being simultaneously closed for an instant, its body retreated slightly. Yet it’s a colossal presence spanning hundreds of kiloters, its slight movent caused terrain-shattering tremors for Demigods in Hell.
But the Demigods didn’t panic, they stared at the five figures standing upfront, the internal storm of despair instantly cald. Whether the rebellious Ancient King Heavenly Execution, or Igula and Harvey, their tense nerves of a whole month relaxed nearly uncontrollably.
Even Ash was no exception.
Although They were his sworn enemies, at this mont, under these circumstances, watching Them stand up front, Ash couldn’t help but feel... reassured.
"Nice to et you, Uroboros."
Stepping on the flowing light, draped in starry specks, Dazzling Star wore a galaxy-weaved gown, raised her chin to gaze at the massive entity ahead. Though she looked upwards, it felt as though she was gazing evenly at the Eight-winged being.
"Although I’m extrely curious about the possibility you hold,"
She raised her right hand, using Starlight to completely block the gap between Hell and Heaven, holding Heaven with one hand. Simultaneously, infinite Starlight gathered in her palm, Galaxy for handle, Star Cluster for body, Gamma-ray Burst for blade.
"But bearing the na of Supre," Dazzling Star said, "I don’t allow you to touch my world."
She swung out the Starry Sky, and sliced the entire world into halves.
