Chapter 532: Chapter 432 Gospel in the Chaos Renewal

“It’s all Ash’s fault!”

In the Belladett main house, Yvalin stomped her foot angrily after reading the list, “If it weren’t for Ash’s ddling, we could have received rewards from two lists this ti!”

Now, Reya is nowhere to be found, and the rewards will definitely go to her parents, Anfeier and Igula; and Yvalin herself has also been nad ‘the happiest rchant,’ making Belladett truly reap a big harvest in the ‘Happiness List,’ being listed twice in a row.

However, because of Ash’s appearance, the list is invalidated, and the rewards are scrapped!

For Yvalin, this is more infuriating than being collected into Ash’s harem on the list—missing out on two rewards! When not making decisions, Yvalin is actually quite a stickler for details, other clan leaders would definitely care more about the information in the list than the rewards, but Yvalin couldn’t stop thinking about the rewards.

After all, for her, everything she has cos from Belladett; she doesn’t own anything herself. She ran away from ho when she was young, longing for true love. Now that the Gospel actually acknowledges her personal value, she almost got a reward ‘exclusively for her,’ only for it to be squandered because of Ash, so it’s no wonder she’s not mad.

“No way, I need to manipulate Igula to lure Ash over too!” Yvalin fud while sitting at the table, “Then you handle Igula, and I’ll handle Ash. We must squeeze the rewards back!”

Anfeier looked at Yvalin a bit strangely—his sister’s focus on Ash was perhaps a bit excessive, and since Ash was not a debtor, he theoretically wouldn’t enter her decision-making factors. Speaking of which, although his sister always pursued ordinary love, she inherently liked the overbearing CEO trope. But the most overbearing CEO in the Gospel was herself…

“Yvalin, the reason our list was invalidated and the rewards scrapped actually has nothing to do with Ash.”

“Huh?” Yvalin tilted her head, “How is it not his fault? If he hadn’t chard , how would I have lost the title of happiest rchant?”

Anfeier said, “Think about it seriously. Ash is just a contributing factor, or rather, just an excuse. Just as I can only make suggestions, but the real decision-maker is you, Yvalin.”

Yvalin blinked, “You an…”

“Ash Heath, is just a fig leaf for the Gospel.”

“But it’s fine for the Gospel to write our characters destructively in fanfiction, but why am I always portrayed as the source of all evil, ddling in other people’s stories?”

Ash, puzzled, said, “And it’s been ten tis in a row—In its storyline, I’ve beco an antagonist of the Gospel, a champion of chaos. Anyone listed in the ‘Happiness List’ has their life changed by , causing the ranking to beco invalid… Why don’t I just go back and snuggle with my wife if I have so much free ti?”

“Ash, aren’t you a champion of chaos though?” Harvey, biting off a small piece of lamb, asked curiously, “I’ve never seen you doing anything good for order.”

Ash wanted to fiercely refute the Necromancer with examples, but upon recalling the good deeds he had done—jailbreaks, smuggling, deceiving the Gospel, escape from bounties… Not to ntion he had just instigated a legion war in the Void Realm.

Thinking about it, the title ‘Source of Chaos’ wasn’t really inaccurate!

“I adopted Liss, isn’t that a good act of order!” Ash lifted up Liss, who nodded repeatedly in agreent.

Harvey was montarily bewildered—wasn’t it initially because Liss thought Ash was easy to bully, so she clung to him as a scapegoat? Did he rember it wrong, or had Ash and Liss started rewriting the Ti History Book?

“Ash, you got it wrong,” Igula took a sip of hot milk and said, “The Gospel needs you to be the source of all evil, so it writes stories about the people around you.”

“What do you an?” Ash looked confused, rubbing Liss’s white furry head to soothe his nervous heart, “Have I insulted the Gospel? Why would it retaliate against like this?”

“Speaking of which, I haven’t explained why you guys are the ‘teor.'”

Hanna flicked her earring, saying, “The significance of the teor lies in its ability to destroy all characters, leading to an imdiate end of the story—for the Gospel, which is rushing to update, ‘ending’ is exactly what it needs.”

“In fact, from the list, you can also see that the Gospel actually has quite a bit of ‘original content’—besides Reya and Harvey’s wife, Daphne, Cleos, Yvalin, Qinna, they are all already born of the Gospel, so the Gospel can’t ss up their projections.”

“But,” Hanna paused, “the Gospel has only projected a little bit of their future and doesn’t have enough ti to continue. What to do then? At this point, it needs the teor to destroy them, directly ending their stories.”

“Ash, Igula, Harvey, you are that teor.”

“As long as you ddle in their lives, recklessly destroying their fates, then the Gospel doesn’t need to weave their futures anymore, making the list invalid. As for why you will do this in the future…”

“It’s because we have ‘endless possibilities.'” Ash said bitterly, “The Gospel is using us like toilet paper to wipe its ass!”

If the Gospel were really an author, Ash would want to storm up to it and yell, “You could have just gone on a break instead of producing this literary trash! To rush your updates, you actually squeezed out this trash plot—are you being fair to your readers? RNM, refund my money!”

The current situation is this: For the Gospel to update early, it added a plot twist mid-story where ‘suddenly a teor falls, destroying all characters,’ and then it submitted it for publication.

As for why the teor falls, it actually stems from a far-reaching and intricate basis: because this teor is from the Exotic Realm. Although it currently seems like an ordinary foreign worker teor, it doesn’t rule out the possibility of it becoming a Demon King teor, even if that chance is only 1%.

The Gospel wrote it easily, but did it consider the teor’s feelings!?

“teor I can understand,” Harvey mashed his potatoes and said, “but why does the Gospel also invalidate the rankings?”

“Because the rankings are truly invalid,” Igula replied. “Not only is Ash’s unexpected entrance a fabrication, even those on the list are made up—they are only there because they are related to Ash, so the Gospel filled their future into the list, thus making Ash’s interference more justifiable.”

“So the Gospel has to deny their rankings, if it were a real ‘Happiness List,’ they wouldn’t be on it at all!”

Hanna shook her head: “Not necessarily, I think the ranking of the tenth place should be valid, but only the tenth place, after all, you don’t know Daphne and her brother… it’s just to carry out Ash’s ‘Destruction Attribute,’ so the happiest wedding had to be buried along.”

“As for the other rankings, they probably set them up just to make Ash’s appearances seem reasonable, especially since Ash knows most of the people involved, it couldn’t possibly be a coincidence.”

Ash heard this, and his veins stiffened in exasperation!

The Gospel’s sches are deep, I need to return to the Blood Moon!

With Ash as the perfect excuse, the Gospel, although it updated a trashy chapter, could shift all the bla onto Ash and even take advantage to dismiss these plots as if nothing had ever happened!

Even the accuracy of the Weaving Festival remains unscathed!

Thus the Gospel mixed up an update, the readers went through a watery piece, and only Ash’s world suffered.

The living room quieted down for a while, everyone pondering the changes brought by the Gospel, until Banjee spoke, “Let’s eat; the at soup is getting cold.”

They then rembered they were having dinner, rely interrupted by the sudden topic of the “Happiness List.”

Ash turned and noticed Harvey had unconsciously eaten almost half of his food—he had been working hard all day on the construction site without using any Mage powers and was incredibly hungry.

“Uncle Harvey, can you stop eating? There’s hardly enough for !”

“Housekeeper Banjee, please serve so soup, thank you.”

“The lamb is very tender and fragrant, Ash, your Substitute’s cooking skills are impressive.”

“Mm!” Liss choked from eating too fast and fiercely in her competition with Harvey. Ash couldn’t help but laugh as he patted her back and fed her soup.

After adequate food and drink, Ash suddenly felt that despite so discrepancies, the “Happiness List” didn’t seem to affect him much. As Harvey said, even if his reputation wasn’t completely tarnished, it was at least infamous, it hardly needs any trivial bonus.

As long as I’m worthless, no one can use !

What is this “Happiness List”? It’s less important than a full stomach.

Until Igula suddenly broke the warmth, “Miss, you seem quite happy.”

Everyone turned to Hanna who seed to have a slight smile with traces of black pepper sauce on her lips. Hanna was startled, then smiled, “Because I worked all day, and the dinner is so delicious, I couldn’t help being a bit happy.”

“Is that so,” Swindler lowered his eyelids, “I thought you were happy because the list was invalid.”

Huh?

Ash, Harvey, Liss, and the others looked baffled—why would Hanna be happy if the list was invalid?

However, Hanna sighed and said, “Actually, I’m not yet certain; I’m not intentionally hiding it, Igula, you’re just too suspicious.”

“If you want my hundred percent trust, then you have to be as foolish as Ash,” Igula said indifferently.

“Alright, can we stop persecuting for now?” Ash said, “What are you all talking about?”

“Since the Gospel is rushing to conclude the Weaving Festival, that ans this kind of ‘invalid list’ situation will happen again, possibly even the next six lists could all be invalid,” Igula said. “That ans, only the first three lists are actually effective.”

“The winner of the Divine Lord’s wish will only be chosen from those first three lists.”

Ash and Liss glanced at each other, and then stared intently at Hanna!

In their minds, they recalled the first three lists acquired by the Funeral Service Office—

“Art List” first place, Hanna Doran.

“Family List” first place, Archibald Harvey.

“Deceit List” first place, Igula Bokin, and… tenth place, Hanna Doran!

In the Funeral Service Office, only Hanna had two rankings!
