Chapter 792: Chapter 615: Battle of the Holy Domain_2

“I must thank Silver Lamp for being so clever,” the voice of the rcury Wooden Horse beca softer and softer, “Perhaps she realized that although the prison of the Four Pillars can last for 30 minutes without anyone inside, since it has no root source, she only needed a montary burst of power to easily break the prison… She thought this was just another probe, another encounter.”

“You all felt the sa, you didn’t think this was the final battle, let alone believe you could capture Silver Lamp. You weren’t underestimating your opponent, but you understood the enemy’s strength too well and believed in your own might.”

“You have been the strong for too long, having forgotten the way of survival for the weak.”

Ash said, “Why do you speak as if you are one of the weak?”

“I have always been weak,” the rcury Wooden Horse said, “the kind of weak who can’t survive without relying on others… That’s why I beca a sensor.”

Her body trembled slightly, her voice becoming halting, “Dead City is about to be completely sealed off, and my sensors can’t extend here anymore…so, goodbye everyone.”

She looked at Black Crow, “Tamasi, is there anything you would like to say to ?”

“There is,” Black Crow said, “but I’ll save it for the next ti I appear before you. If possible, it would be better to say it while stepping on your face.”

“Is that so…” the rcury Wooden Horse smiled, “then to celebrate, I shall apply a facial mask tonight.”

“Farewell, Ya Sha Jin.”

A few seconds later, the mockery and arrogance in her eyes disappeared, replaced by shock and panic.

Igula moved closer to her, and after using so Miracle to verify, the Swindler shook his head, “That’s not the rcury Wooden Horse inside her.”

Ash watched the surroundings cautiously, “She said the sealing of Dead City would prevent her sensors from extending inside… Indeed, if anyone could observe or control those within Dead City from afar, the secret of Dead City would have been deciphered by mages long ago instead of remaining an unsolved mystery.”

“But she has already deceived us once, this might also be a lie from her, we can’t rule out the possibility of her descending again.” Harvey used Fog Claw to hand the Female Mage to Black Crow, the action smooth and natural, “Here.”

The Necromancer wouldn’t intentionally facilitate Tamasi’s revenge, but he also wouldn’t hinder Black Crow’s venting of anger. Naturally, tearing apart the artificial skin into which the rcury Wooden Horse descends was a pleasure ant for the deeply resentful Black Crow.

The Female Mage didn’t beg for rcy or speak harsh words, just lowered her head to look at her chest. Only her slightly trembling shoulders made Black Crow silent for three seconds.

Yet Black Crow slowly lifted his hand, gently placed it on her head. Everyone knew that with just a little exertion Black Crow could easily tear apart all the tissues and organs in her brain, leaving mostly a whole corpse apart from bleeding from seven orifices.

“Wait.”

The speaker was not Ash, not Black Crow, nor Harvey.

Igula flew up to the Female Mage, lifted her chin, brushed away the hair in front of her eyes, and stared into her brown eyes, “What is your na?”

“Gwen,” her voice trembled, “Gwen Morningstar… but now just Gwen.”

Those who leave the sect naturally can’t continue using the sect’s surna. Theoretically, believers of the Four Pillars God Sect should change their surna to that of the Pillar God, although the Pillar God appears not to have the habit of acting as a father.

Igula asked, “What was your position within the Four Pillars God Sect?”

“Acting agent,” she said, “an organization directly under the Honorable Seat, responsible for overseeing administrative matters in various regions and… responsible for the descent of the will of the Honorable Seat.”

“So you know a lot about the internal affairs of the Four Pillars God Sect?”

She didn’t respond, nor did she deny it. Igula straightened up and said, “Harvey, let her go. Since we have broken with the rcury Wooden Horse, we should also understand the enemy’s information… I will take on the task of extracting her secrets.”

Ash blinked and suddenly spoke harshly, “No! What if the rcury Wooden Horse descends into her again? There’s no need to keep this ticking bomb, better to kill her now and be done with it!”

“I am her jailer, she is my prisoner. If the rcury Wooden Horse descends again, I will be responsible for killing her,” Igula calmly said, “I can judge whether she is Gwen or the rcury Wooden Horse.”

“Do we need a complete person to interrogate secrets?” Harvey said, “At least there’s no need to keep the limbs, right? The eyes and nose seem a bit excessive too.”

“Exactly, exactly,” Ash chid in, “We’re not without ans to heal her, why not disable all her abilities first, then heal her after leaving, and besides, believers of the Four Pillars God Sect are all crazy, how could they willingly reveal secrets unless they taste so pain?”

You guys are really enjoying this, aren’t you… Igula felt a headache, too tired to argue with them, stared at the Fog Claw until it was shred to pieces by a sword sound vibrating through the air. He wrapped his arm around Gwen’s waist, “You are now a prisoner at the foot of the steps, understand?”

Gwen silently nodded, unfurling her golden and silver wings to follow behind Igula.

Igula didn’t really intend to interrogate any information, they just realized that Black Crow couldn’t bring himself to strike at the ‘temporary skin the rcury Wooden Horse was no longer using.’

If the rcury Wooden Horse was still there, Black Crow would not hesitate; but with the rcury Wooden Horse gone, Black Crow hesitated.

If he really wanted to kill, he would have already shattered Gwen’s brain tissues, instead of slowly lifting his hand like a fairy tale villain.

But Black Crow couldn’t let Gwen go, not only because of the principle of ‘Black Crow pronounces death’, but also because he couldn’t let the rcury Wooden Horse know he could be rciful.
