As soon as the two other Earth Overturning Great monsters ca out, they imdiately started to attack the count and the mid level knights as they were the biggest threat in this place.
Taking this opportunity, Karl used the life force control technique that Weiss had taught him and he had barely managed to learn to run away while hiding from the Earth Overturning Great monsters.
That was nothing unnatural as everyone was doing the sa. While the the super powerful monsters were focusing on the powerful count and the mid level knights, all the low level knights and other apprentices present were trying to get away as far as possible from here.
With the arrival of these two perfectly fine Earth Overturning Great monsters, there was no chance of victory anymore. So if these Knights could get away from the monsters with their life intact, that would be the biggest victory in their books.
The knight did not stay together and scattered in all directions. While running away, Weiss saw Karl and gave him a ssage to go after one of the count’s Knights. Weiss would take care of the remaining ones.
No one noticed this secret eting between Karl and Weiss as all of them were busy running away. So after getting his new orders, Karl imdiately went after his target.

There were two knights that Weiss was targetting. One of them was the sa man who had threatened the rcenaries with his strength.
But he currently had one of his legs broken, so he would not be able to go too far. So Weiss let him be for the ti being and went after the other target of hers.
It was the man who was handling the artifact mirror and was in charge of reporting to the count. Even now, as he was running away, he was grabbing the mirror in his hand tightly.
But before he could get too far, suddenly an arrow hit him on the back of his head and he imdiately died. Weiss silently ca out, took the mirror and everything else that he had and slipped away again.

Dex Lapis was the son of Count Falgur’s right hand man Rex Lapis and his talent as a knight was also top notch. So after only being praised from dawn to dusk, he had turned out to be an arrogant person for obvious reasons.
But currently all his arrogance was gone. He was in a very bad situation. While plunging a dagger in the wound of the Earth Overturning Great monster, he had gotten hit by its tail and had suffered from bone fracture in several parts of his body.
Even though these wounds were slowly healing, with two super strong monsters after his life, he did not have the luxuries to wait for his wounds to heal.
So he had to try and run away. He had heard from his father that the Earth Overturning Great monsters were not fond of water, so his plan was to hide in a watering hole and wait for his wounds to heal. Then he would escape into the forest.
But Dex had no idea that his biggest threat here was not the monsters but a hidden enemy lurking in the shadows. And he was soon going to find that out.
An arrow ca toward him out of nowhere and scored a direct his on his less injured leg. Imdiately he fell down on the ground.
Weiss, covered in black from head to toe the ca out and without giving him any chance of resistance, knocked him out.
There was a very simple reason why she had not killed him. This man should know a lot about the affairs of the Count Falgur’s household. So he was a very valuable source of information, even if the count died here.

After picking Dex up, Elena went to et with the ladies in their hiding spot. Karl was already there with the loot that he had gotten from his target.
Weiss handed the ladies Dex’s unconscious body and the items she had gotten from the two knights. Then she told them to get out of the forest. Karl would be with them as their guide.
As for what Weiss was going to do, she had still not given up on getting at least a few things from the Earth Overturning Great monster.
At first she was planning to attack the count when he was almost out of the forest but now doing that had beco impossible. So carrying the complete body of the monster beast was not possible anymore.
Still there were several parts of the Earth Overturning Great monster’s body which were the most valuable. And they were easy to carry. Those parts were the targets that Weiss currently had in her mind.
Even though the situation had beco extrely dangerous with the arrival of two great monsters, she was still confident in her ability to get away from them unhard.
Not just that but she had also observed the count very closely and had found him to be not as strong as she had thought him to be. So even if she had to face off against him, Weiss’s chance of winning was not zero.
So even though she was definitely taking so risk, it was all calculated. After thinking about this, Weiss had decided that these risks were worth it for the gains that she could get here.

Currently the count had blaming his bad luck for everything that was happening to him currently. He had never imagined that there would be more than one Earth Overturning Great monsters here.
These monster beasts were supposed to be solitary beings. So how could he even guess this outco ? Everything had went exactly according to his plans, but this unexpected miscalculation had ruined everything.
At this mont, the count was busy was battling the two monsters. Even though he was facing off against two extrely powerful monsters, he was actually still completely unhard. And the reason for that was his trump card that he had used.
Currently there was a thin layer of transparent barrier that was protecting his body. And with this barrier, he was managing to fend off the attacks from the pair of Earth Overturning Great monsters without taking any damage.
He had still not given up on getting at least two things from the already injured Earth Overturning Great monster. They were the absolutely essential items that he must get his hands on. Or all his sacrifices would he in vain.
But it looked like the two beasts here had detected his killing intent toward the injured monster. So they were actively keeping him away from it.
Even though the count could withstand their attacks without dying, he was still pushed back again and again. So currently both of the sides were in a stalemate.
