But all those magus families were mighty and secretive. So without so luck or special connections, it was almost impossible to find them. And unfortunately, Jonus was not a big enough figure to have such connections.
The third and final thod was to find a mana resonance stone. If a child with the talent of a magus touched this stone then it would create a special frequency which would spread throughout the whole world.
All the worlds known by the magus had a special device that could detect this special frequency. So if anyone could find a mana resonance stone, then soone related to a magus would definitely co to find that person.
Jonus was actually lucky enough to find a mana resonance stone in his childhood. That was how he was able to go to the world of the magus.
But unfortunately, when he was facing financial troubles as a low level apprentice magus, he had sold that mana resonance stone which was useless to him at that ti to gather so funds.
So Weiss would not be able to replicate this thod to start her own journey.

So currently, Weiss did not have any way to co in contact with soone related to the world of the magus. But still, after knowing this much, she was not going to give up on this path.
Ancestor Jonus had proved that mana resonance stones could be found in this world with little Mana too. So she was going to keep an eye out for them.
Jonus had provided a detailed description about how a mana resonance stone looked. So if she luckily ca across one in the future, she would not mistake it for sothing else.
Not only that but Weiss was going to keep the second thod in mind too. For that she was planning to increase her wealth and authority in order to find a way to search for a local magus families of this world.
She was not sure if a magus family even cared for regular nobles or not. But doing sothing was better than doing nothing. So Weiss was at least going to try this thod.
At the sa ti, she was also going to continue her practice as a knight to beco strong enough to have the strength to explore the danger zone where the spatial node ntioned by Jonus Souran was.
This thod might have the highest chance of success for Weiss as her talent as a knight was truly exceptional.

With her future plans made, Weiss got ready to leave this room. She had a lot of things to do today. As for the other items in the chest, they were all related to magic.
But as she had no idea how magic worked and as this world had almost no magic in it, they were currently useless to her. But if she could go to the world of the magus in the future, then these items would be helpful to her.
As for what these items were, there were a few mana stones and two 0th circle spell formulas here.
Mana stones were the currency of the magus world, so they had no value here, where no one knew about them.
The spell formulas were definitely very valuable but Weiss could only use them after becoming a proper witch.

As Weiss left the baron’s room, she saw that the sun was just starting to rise. Last night had been extrely hectic and this day was going to be the sa. Weiss had a lot of things to do today.
As she was walking in the hall, she ca across a pair of mother and daughter. They were the only remaining maids still alive in this castle.
Previously the Souran castle had a total of five maids but three among them had taken advantage of Weiss’s terrible circumstances to torture her too.
Whenever her mother was done hurting her, they were there to take advantage of her powerless situation and get a few hits of their own on her.
Getting the chance to bully the child of a noble family was an exciting event for them that they really enjoyed.
So Weiss obviously did not let go of them in the massacre of the previous night. All of them were beheaded at the very beginning of the massacre.

As soon as the mother and the daughter pair saw Weiss, they knelt on the ground and bowd their heads. Weiss was able to feel that they were quite fearful of her presence, which was a valid response.
Last night she had slaughtered more than a dozen of humans. So after witnessing sothing like that, not feeling fearful of her would be abnormal. But at the sa ti, Weiss could feel so respect in their eyes too.
Once Weiss was thrown out of the castle on a snowy night. At the sa ti, she was naked and had buckets of cold water poured on her. With that horrible treatnt, she had caught a particularly dangerous cold from all this.
At that ti, Mary, a maid of the castle and her daughter Dora had secretly handed Weiss so herbal dicine in secret to cure her.
Even though Weiss had so trouble in feeling and expressing emotions, it was not like she was a heartless person. So she had rembered this kindness shown to her by this mother and daughter pair.
That kindness was the reason why Weiss had taken the risk of letting them live even though they were witness to the previous night’s incident.
Weiss could not let the truth about the last night to be leaked if she wanted to officially take over the Souran territory.
So killing these two would have been the best decision. But Weiss did not want to do that. That was the simple reason why they were still alive.
Weiss nodded her head at them and continued walking. This might look like a very cold treatnt as Weiss did not even greet them, but both Mary and Dora were surprised and happy that Weiss had at least responded to them.
They were aware of her cold personality, so even getting a nod of acknowledgent from her was rare. With this display, the fear in the heart of the mother and daughter pair lessened considerably.
Their relationship with the other servants were not that good in the first place. So that was also one of the reason why they did not feel too bad about the sudden death of their colleagues.
Even though they still had so fear about the young lady in their hearts, the mother and daughter pair of Mary and Dora decided to do their best to support the young lady for the ti being.
She had reciprocated their kindness and had not shown them any hostility. So the mother and daughter pair decided to trust their young lady who had suffered nothing but misfortune since her birth.
