SANHA, the main vocalist of the idol group Antiheroes and Lee Junsu’s boyfriend, chuckled when he heard Han Yechan’s sarcasm on the other end of the line.

This dude really has a temper a small dog.

He leaned against the backseat of the sofa, watching the news of the death of President Lee Hoon’s grandson while listening to Han Yechan bark.

"Let’s talk again once you’ve cald down. You worked hard today, so get so rest and stop being grumpy," Sanha said, ending the phone call. He turned off the TV and turned to the person sitting on the other end of the sofa. "Is it done?"

"Yes, sir," Lucky, the leader of a cult called ’House of the Heavenly Lucky Star,’ said after he was done injecting Sanha’s dicine in his arm using a syringe. "But I wouldn’t recomnd suppressing your Alpha pheromones any longer. You’re destroying your body, sir."

"I just need to pretend to be a Beta for a bit longer," Sanha said while unrolling the sleeves of his shirt. "So, why did Lee Jaebeom end up killing himself? I only asked you to threaten him into pretending that he hired Taejoon Hyung to kidnap Song Sihyuk’s son."

All to protect Lee Junsu from getting exposed as the mastermind behind the kidnapping.

If Park Sohee didn’t get involved in the kidnapping, I wouldn’t have ddled. But I know my older brother all too well. I knew he would try to rape Park Sohee again. If that happened, Kim Heedo would destroy our family.

Worse, his identity as Jin Taewook would have been exposed, too.

"That coward probably got scared," Lucky said while scratching his cheek. "I threatened to expose his obsession with trying to turn young male Betas into Ogas if he didn’t cooperate with us. He knew his grandfather would kill him if he found out he was ssing with minors, and he cared too much about other people’s opinion, so those things probably pushed him to the extre."

"But that won’t make it to the news, right?"

"Of course not, sir. Lee Jaebeom worte a note that said he killed himself because his Beta partner died from drug overdose. That won’t make it to the news either, but I’m sure Song Sihyuk-ssi’s subordinates who ca to investigate in secret didn’t miss that information."

"We should be careful about choosing our next clients," Sanha said, sighing. "For now, stop selling miracle pills even to our VIPs and regular custors. We’ll stop trading those pills for information related to chaebols in the anti."

Lucky nodded politely. "Yes, sir."

There was only one thing left to do.

Sanha raised his head and acknowledged the person who had just entered his penthouse. "Lee Junsu still listens to that lady shaman, right?"

"Yes, sir," Sangwoo--- Lee Junsu’s manager--- said with a smile. "Don’t worry, Sanha-ssi. Lee Junsu will lay low for now, as advised by the shaman he trusts."

And that made everything worth it.

If not for that shaman, Lee Junsu would never break up with Kim Heedo back in high school.

And Sanha wouldn’t have gotten a chance with Lee Junsu if the breakup didn’t happen.

He did wait for a long ti, but it was worth it since he was dating Lee Junsu now.

Sanha leaned his head against the headrest of the sofa before closing his eyes. "Make sure Lee Junsu won’t do sothing stupid just to get his hands on Kim Heedo’s pheromones."

SOHEE almost dropped the apple that he had just bitten after seeing the trending news online.

"The President’s grandson committed suicide..."

He trailed off because he realized it wasn’t sothing a child like Gunwoo should hear.

Sohee glanced at the baby nervously.

Thankfully, Gunwoo was busy watching videos on the computer tablet with Hong Sera and Cho Euntak.

The two were in charge of babysitting Gunwoo after Sohee played with the kid for hours.

Sohee knitted his eyebrows. "Why not?"

They have proof, so I believe them," Lim Garam explained, his voice still low. "Apparently, Lee Jaebeom forced himself on his stepbrother who was in middle school while he was already an adult. Then he claid his stepbrother as his partner after his stepmother divorced his father."

"Oh. That’s the first ti I’ve heard about that..."

"It’s not sothing that would actually reach the news."

Right.

"Anyway, when his partner beca an adult, he lost interest in him," Lim Garam continued. "Last I heard, he was getting involved with minors."

"Argh. Good riddance then."

Lim Garam nodded in agreent.

Sohee was about to ask Lim Garam about more juicy gossipbs involving the elite when they heard a knock on the door.

"Park Sohee-nim, may I co in?"

Ah, it was Shin Kang.

"Co in, Mr. Shin."

Shin Kang entered the room and closed the door behind him quietly. Then he greeted everyone in the room politely before standing next to Sohee.

It looks like Mr. Shin has sothing urgent to report.

The ahjussi’s expression made Sohee nervous.

"Park Sohee-nim..."

"Go ahead, Mr. Shin," Sohee said while nodding. "I trust everyone in this room. But if it’s sothing a child shouldn’t hear, then you can just whisper it to ."

Shin Kang nodded politely, and then he leaned down to whisper in Sohee’s ear. "Sir, I just received a report saying that your half-brother, Go Gunjoon-ssi, tried to take his own life."
