When Cho Euntak lifted his head from the laptop that he was using to make a report, he was greeted by an unfamiliar yet beautiful face of a young man.
He’s an Oga.

Cho Euntak realized that he caught a whiff of the older student’s scent.

"No need to be too formal," the sunbae-nim said. "I’m Ahn Jisoo, a junior."
Ah, the sa as Heesung Hyung-nim, then.
"Hello, Jisoo Sunbae-nim," Cho Euntak greeted the older student politely. "Please speak comfortably with ."
Ahn Jisoo smiled and nodded. "Can we talk outside, Euntak-ah?"

CHO EUNTAK followed Ahn Jisoo outside the building.
But it wasn’t like they got far.
The sunbae just bought him a cold coffee from the vending machine.
And then the two of them sat on the bench next to it.
"I would have treated you to a proper al, but I have class in ten minutes," Ahn Jisoo explained, and it seed like he was really in a hurry. "Can I get straight to the point, Euntak-ah?"
"Yes, please, Sunbae-nim."
"Then please be careful of Jung Heesung."
"Excuse ?"
"This is embarrassing to say, but Jung Heesung is only using you to get my attention."

At that mont, Cho Euntak realized who Ahn Jisoo was based on the rumors that he had heard so far.
Jisoo Sunbae-nim is the rumored childhood friend of Heesung Hyung-nim.
The one that Jung Heesung was supposedly in love with.
"I hate to admit this, but Heesung would often target innocent Alphas like you just to get a reaction from ," Ahn Jisoo said, sighing while shaking his head. "You seem like a good kid, so I don’t get want you to be involved in our ssy relationship. I’m telling you this now because I don’t want you to fall in love with Heesung when he’s only using you."
To be honest, Cho Euntak didn’t know how to react.
He wasn’t in love with Jung Heesung yet, so knowing that Jung Heesung was in love with another person didn’t hurt.
But he was kind of upset.
Why would you flirt with soone when you’re already emotionally unavailable?
But maybe Cho Euntak was being a hypocrite.
After all, I also tried to get into a rebound relationship to forget Baek Jeho.

"You must have been shocked," Ahn Jisoo said apologetically. "I won’t force you to end whatever relationship you have with Heesung, but please reconsider it."

He asked Jung Heesung to co there on purpose.
"Euntak-ah, did soone approach you—"
"Jisoo Sunbae-nim talked to , Heesung Hyung-nim."
Jung Heesung flinched, already looking guilty.
"Please tell the truth, Heesung Hyung-nim," Cho Euntak said in a calm yet tired voice. "Are you in love with Jisoo Sunbae-nim?"
Jung Heesung answered him with a loud silence.
That the ’yes’ kind of silence, to be precise.
Ouch.
"Then why did you approach when you’re already in love with Jisoo Sunbae-nim?" Cho Euntak asked bitterly. "Were you really going to use just to get his attention?"
Jung Heesung shut his eyes tight. "I’m so sorry, Euntak-ah."
Oh.
So, all the rumors were true.
And Baek Jeho was right.
Cho Euntak really didn’t want to hear Baek Jeho say ’I told you so’ to him, but it would definitely happen later.
