THE ARTICLES were taken down.
Sohee wasn’t really interested in checking the university’s community board, but Hong Sera kept encouraging him to co and see the uploader’s apology.
So, here he was now.
Lying down on his big and soft bed while reading Cha Jinha’s short apology.
["This is the author of the articles attacking Park Sohee, a freshman from the Webtoon Animation.
I would like to formally apologize for the baseless rumors I posted.
Everything was a lie I fabricated because I was jealous of him.
To Park Sohee-ssi, I’m sorry."]
Aigoo.
That apology really sounded like Cha Jinha— blunt and half-sincere.
"Cha Jinha probably only apologized because Ahn Yujae convinced him to," Sohee whispered to himself. "Oh, well. At least, this will help repair my reputation a bit."
He honestly didn’t care about his reputation.
But I guess I need to have a social life if I want to enjoy my university.
Haaah.
Sohee put his phone down, thinking how long his day had been.
The scandal...
The revelation of his marriage to Kim Heedo...
eting his contract husband’s friends...
Dealing with Ahn Yujae and Cha Jinha’s drama...
It was a hectic day.
But, now, it was quiet.
Sohee’s apartnt was lively earlier when Kim Heedo and his friends were there.
But when he went ho after confronting Ahn Yujae and Cha Jinha, the kids were already gone. They left a note saying that they had classes that afternoon.
I haven’t heard a word from Kim Heedo since then, though.
Sohee’s thoughts were only interrupted when his phone rang.
At first, he thought it was Kim Heedo.
But it was actually better than his contract husband.
Sohee got up and politely switched into a kneeling position even though the caller couldn’t see him anyway. "Hello, Mother-in-law."
Yes, it was President Kim Nari— Kim Heedo’s mother.
Hmm?
Oh, right.
Kim Heedo and his friends are like a big family.
"I’m sorry, ma’am."
Sohee kept reminding himself that the Kim Family was only kind to him because their family’s fortune relied on his well-being.
However, he was starved of parental love.
Hence, even though he knew he would just get hurt and disappointed in the end, he still chose to live in his delusions that the Kim Family genuinely cared about him.
It’s okay if I treat my mother-in-law like my own mother, right?
Even if it was just for a mont.
"It’s not like that, Mother-in-law," Sohee said to assure his mother-in-law that they didn’t fail him. "Heedo offered to help as soon as he found out, but it was who told him that I’d be fine. Well, I thought the rumors would die naturally. But as soon as I realized that it wasn’t the case, Heedo and his friends were already by my side— helping deal with the issue."
President Kim Nari let out a sigh of relief.
Of course, that got Sohee’s hopes up again.
Maybe my mother-in-law really sees as her son.
That would be nice.
Aww.
Sohee smiled and nodded, touched by the warm words that lted his heart. "Thank you, Mother-in-law."

WHEN SOHEE attended class the next morning, he imdiately noticed that the "vibes" had changed drastically.
He was no longer greeted by disgusted looks from his peers.
In fact, he could tell that most of his classmates were itching to start a conversation with him.
I bet they just want to ask about Kim Heedo.
Sohee had only been attending university for a week, but he could already tell that Kim Heedo was very famous for being a handso and rich Dominant Alpha.
Very predictable.
These kids will go crazy if they find out that Kim Heedo isn’t just rich— he’s rich rich since he’s the grandson of the Ilsung Group.
"Sohee Hyung."
Hmm?
Sohee raised his head, and then he smiled at the familiar face that greeted him. "Cho Euntak."
It was the kid that he had to take care of during the welco party for freshn.
Cho Euntak is one of the few who seem to care about during the height of the scandal.
"Hyung, can I sit next to you?" Cho Euntak asked shyly, his face a little red. "I promise to be quiet."
This kid seems genuinely nice.
"Of course, you can," Sohee said, patting the seat next to him. "You didn’t co with your friend this ti?"
"I only share elective classes with Baek Jeho since he’s from the Political Science Departnt," Cho Euntak explained, and then his face suddenly turned apologetic. "Hyung, I’m sorry. My friend is too overprotective of , but I swear he’s a good person. So, please forgive us by how we behaved the last ti."
Ah.
Cho Euntak was probably talking about the ti that he tried to console Sohee, but the kid’s friend (Baek Jeho, was it?) stopped him from approaching Sohee.
I rember since it’s amusing to see an Alpha being too protective of another Alpha.
Even now, Sohee could feel Baek Jeho’s protectiveness over Cho Euntak.
Does this kid know that he’s covered with his friend’s pheromones? He’s an Alpha, so he should know, right?
"Hyung?"
"Oh, I’m sorry," Sohee said, smiling apologetically at the kid. "Euntak-ah, don’t worry about what happened last ti. Your behavior was understandable. But thank you for apologizing."
"I’ll ask Baek Jeho to apologize to you later, Hyung."
"I don’t need it, but I’d appreciate an apology from your friend."
Cho Euntak bead, but he suddenly got nervous while looking at Sohee’s expression. "Hyung, am I making you uncomfortable? I’m sorry. I must have acted like we’re close..."
"No, no. It’s not like that, Euntak. You know that I’m an Oga, right?"
"Oh, are you, Hyung? I’m an Alpha."
Aigoo.
Cho Euntak probably thought Sohee was just introducing his Secondary Gender.
What’s wrong with this kid’s sense of sll?
"Yes, I can tell that you’re an Alpha," Sohee said, smiling while shaking his head. He found Cho Euntak’s innocence (er, naïvety) pretty endearing. "And I can sll your friend’s strong pheromones over you. I’m sorry to say this, but it’s making a bit uncomfortable."
Cho Euntak looked confused at first, and then his face turned red. "Baek Jeho, I’ll kill you..."
Woah.
Sohee was surprised to hear Cho Euntak curse under his breath.
I almost got fooled by this kid’s innocence...

Sohee actually wondered for a mont why Hong Sera had to call him just to inform him about Kim Heedo’s schedule.
Then he rembered that Kim Heedo was his husband.
Right, that makes responsible for him to so extent.
"I’m embarrassed to admit this, but Kim Heedo and I don’t actually communicate unless it’s important," Sohee said while putting several fresh kimbap and a bento in the little basket in his basket. His schedule today was packed, so he didn’t have ti to cook. That was why he decided to grab so snacks before he went ho to study. "Have you tried visiting him?"
"What’s wrong with Kim Heedo this ti?"
"I think I saw it trending before, but I don’t watch TV."
I really don’t want to, but I guess I signed up for this when I married Kim Heedo.
"Alright," Sohee said, nodding. And then he quietly asked the part-tir to ring him up. "I’ll check on Kim Heedo later."

ACCORDING to Sohee’s research, ’Just Got Married’ was a reality show where celebrity couples would be given several challenges that would allow them to experience what it would feel like to organize their own wedding.
Kosmos’ Jamie (Lee Junsu) and Antiheroes’ Sanha were a part of the cast.
"So, Lee Junsu and Antiheroes’ Sanha were given a modest budget— along with the other cast mbers," Sohee said after watching the first episode of the new hit show. "And the challenge is for the two of them to organize a wedding within that budget. That’s an interesting concept. No wonder it was a hit."
"Hyung, are you picking a fight with ?"
Aigoo.
Sohee looked at the lifeless Kim Heedo lying down on the floor, and then his gaze landed on the several bottles of soju and beer. "Let’s get you admitted, Kim Heedo," he said bluntly, and then he made a phone call. "Hello, I’d like to admit my alcoholic friend to your facility—"
"Park Sohee Hyung!"
