In Taiping City, Zhao Qiao’Er and Song iqin got into a squabble—just so playful bickering between the two of them.
Song iqin was the first to stop their playful spat. "Alright, we haven’t even seen a shadow of the man, so why are we already fighting over him?"

"Alright, alright. I’ll go arrange for the mansion to be tidied up properly to welco our husband ho." With that, Song iqin went to find the old butler.

A tall, skinny lackey next to the bandit leader stepped forward, leaned in, and whispered into his boss’s ear, "He doesn’t look like Magistrate Lu from Taiping City."
The bandit leader took another look and whispered back, "How could it not be? The news has spread these past few days that Lu Yuan is taking this road back to Taiping City with his wife."
Clearly, Gu Gaoxu and Gu Ziye, on horseback, had been mistaken for Lu Yuan and his wife.
"But, Boss, I heard Magistrate Lu has the look of a frail, refined scholar. This guy leading on horseback doesn’t look like that at all!" the tall, skinny man continued.
"Hey! You bandits, what do you want with your Grandpa Lu?" Gu Gaoxu taunted, tilting his head up.
’Let’s see what kind of characters these guys are,’ Gu Gaoxu mused.
Seeing that their target had just admitted it, the bandit leader decided not to overthink it.
He hefted his Wolf Fang Club with both hands, yelling and grunting as he feigned a charge.
Gu Gaoxu, now interested in this bunch, swung himself off his horse and walked forward alone.
He angled his body at forty-five degrees—a standard Martial Artist’s stance, ant to minimize the exposed area of his body.
Then, Gu Gaoxu extended his right hand and beckoned the bandits forward with a classic "co at " gesture, a smirk on his face. "Co on, all of you," he said.
The bandits saw that the man before them wasn’t falling for their act, so they decided to teach him a lesson.
"Everyone, get him!"
Gu Gaoxu held back, but within a few moves, he had knocked the entire group of bandits to the ground.
The bandits were all rolling on the ground, clutching their stomachs.
