Here was a realm of ambiguity, where the concepts of space and time were infinitely blurred.
Su Tu sensed numerous intersecting points and lines.
Between the points and lines, there was an inprehensible force and rule, interwoven as if forming a plete world.
Su Tu couldn’t help but reach out his hand, wanting to touch these points and lines.
However, something strange occurred; Su Tu’s physical body remained motionless, but a resplendent golden hand emerged from his forehead.
Su Tu’s expression involuntarily turned to one of bewilderment.
Though he intended to use his physical body to stretch out and touch those points and lines, his Heart and Spirit manifested the action instead.
Su Tu seemed to have thought of something. An idea arose in his heart, wanting to drive his Heart and Spirit manifestation, but this time, it was his physical body that extended a hand.
"The relationship between the physical body and Heart and Spirit is likely not as simple as I imagined,"
Su Tu murmured to himself.
The earlier instance of acting on Heart and Spirit, yet shattering the physical body, and now this directing East and West situation, sensitized Su Tu to the presence of a great fortune.
The connection between Heart and Spirit and the physical body is certainly not as straightforward as the current Star River practice suggests.
Here lies an exit from reincarnation, accumulating untold secrets of reincarnation; perhaps here exists an unknown Heaven-Reaching Dao.
While Su Tu was contemplating this.

Suddenly, a humming sound reached his ears, and the surrounding scene began to fade quickly. A bright light appeared before his eyes, and he knew he had arrived beyond the blood gate.
There was no red blood light here; dazzling sunlight cascaded down, illuminating everything in a golden hue.
The sudden brightness made Su Tu slightly unfortable. He instinctively raised his hand to shade his brows, then looked upwards.
What met his eyes was no longer a blood-red firmament, but a vast azure sky. A gentle breeze stirred, shifting the scattered white clouds, with a few birds freely roaming the sky, the sun hung high, bestowing warmth upon his entire body.

Before entering the gate, Su Tu had envisioned numerous scenes, such as heaps of corpses, terrifying monsters, or an even more enigmatic world, perhaps a high-hanging Blood Throne.
Yet no matter what he anticipated, he never thought the scene would be so peaceful and serene. Instead of relaxing, this scene made Su Tu even more vigilant.
His gaze swept across the surroundings; it was an endless plain with wisps of smoke rising nearby, arousing a slight movement in Su Tu’s Heart and Spirit, detecting several strong presences there.
There was a presence of the Human Race there, with three particularly strong individuals—certainly Lin An and his panions—but also representatives of other races.
The blood mist was extremely treacherous, and without the guiding remains, without the skull opening the gate, even Su Tu might have been trapped within. He had harbored some concern for Lin An and the others but hadn’t expected them all to arrive.
Having sensed it carefully, apart from the three, quite a few Human Race prodigies were present, which piqued Su Tu’s curiosity, wondering how they had managed to arrive.
Thinking this, he took a big step toward the smoke.
But after walking a few steps, Su Tu suddenly paused, his steps halting.
Guiding remains, skull opening the gate...
The skull encased in Buddhist light and Sanskrit chants was the forty-third guiding remain, the last predecessor’s remain Su Tu hadn’t seen before.
Initially, he regarded the skull as an aid like those guiding remains left by predecessors with gratitude in his heart, but as scenes flashed back in his mind just now.
Su Tu sensed a discrepancy; there was no trace of age on the skull!
The earlier forty-two guiding remains all bore an indescribable air of time, not merely the wear of years gone by but a unique feel of age, beyond expression in words.
Su Tu speculated this was due to the special nature of this space, leaving such a presence.
However, the skull lacked this aura, indicating it might not be a ’predecessor’ who once arrived here during reincarnation.
Thinking this, Su Tu closed his eyes, recalling the appearance of the skull.
The skull had no trace of flesh, only pure white jade-like bone.
If the skull is intact, stimulating it with Heart and Spirit to restore its appearance through Life and Death in the Palm is not difficult, Su Tu conceived.
An ineffable aura spread around him, invisible veins, branches, and cause and effect seemed to materialize in his palm, forming an intricate ’scroll’.
Soon, in Su Tu’s mind, flesh rapidly grew upon the skull, slowly filling out, as Su Tu carefully observed the skull.
If the entity is not a predecessor from reincarnation, then who could it be? And why aid him?
The guiding remains, Su Tu can understand—as he traversed the Ascension Path, he saw the Human Race’s desire for Ascension to Divinity, having failed and placing hope in those who followed.
But this last, most critical skull was not a predecessor but likely someone from this very cycle.
