Luo Feng told Bing Ruolan that he planned to go to Qingfeng Town to buy a weapon.

Upon hearing this, Bing Ruolan’s eyes sparkled slightly, and she chuckled, "I know a bit about weapons; let accompany you."

"This..." Luo Feng had just shown a hesitant look when Bing Ruolan pouted unhappily, her Daii arched lightly.

"It’s rude to reject a girl’s invitation."

"Alright then." Luo Feng forced a smile and nodded.

Having a beauty like Bing Ruolan by his side felt pretty good.

Seeing Luo Feng agree, Bing Ruolan bead, her eyes curving into crescents.

Turning, Bing Ruolan took light steps towards the courtyard exit. "Wait for ; I’ll go back and change."

She had just taken a few steps when she suddenly stopped, turned her beautiful blue eyes to Luo Feng, and said softly, "Also, you should stop calling ’Class Leader.’ It feels weird..."

"What should I call you then?" Luo Feng was taken aback.

"Just call Ruolan," Bing Ruolan said quickly, then turned and walked away, her delicate ear tips flushing crimson.

Luo Feng didn’t mind; it was just a title after all.

After changing into ordinary clothes back in his room, Luo Feng carried the silver notes left from buying elixirs and left his yard.

He waited at the gate for a short while when Bing Ruolan’s voice suddenly ca from a nearby alley.

Luo Feng turned around and was instantly stunned.

Bing Ruolan had changed into a fitting blue outfit. The light blue color lent her a lively air. Tight trousers accentuated her slender, well-shaped legs. She stood gracefully, her temperant elegant, reminiscent of a pure lotus—a truly pleasing sight.

"No wonder she’s known as the Jade Legs Fairy, one of the three greatest beauties in the outer court..."

After a mont of admiration, Luo Feng returned to normal. As Bing Ruolan approached, he joked, "Ruolan, why are you dressed so splendidly?"

It was Bing Ruolan’s first ti going out alone with a male student, and she was incredibly nervous, her palms sweating. Hearing Luo Feng’s jest, her cheeks burned as she ducked her head and pushed him forward. "Let’s go!"

"Hey, don’t push !"

"Well, who asked you to talk so much..."

The two set off towards the academy gates, laughing and chatting. Halfway there, they ran into a group of students from the Silver Moon class.

Seeing Luo Feng and Bing Ruolan’s intimate behavior, the students’ eyes widened in disbelief.

Bing Ruolan, with her beauty and cultivation, was the most dazzling pearl of the Silver Moon class and had many admirers.

But she was solely focused on her cultivation and was sowhat indifferent to everyone, earning the reputation of an icy goddess whom the male students found difficult to approach.

Seeing her now walking side by side with Luo Feng, smiling, many people rubbed their eyes to make sure they were not hallucinating.

Upon confirming it was real, they cast envious, jealous, and suspicious glances at Luo Feng.

Luo Feng wasn’t bothered by their expressions. His training at the cliff edge had steeled his resolve. Why should he care about their gazes?

After passing through two alleys, a clear voice suddenly rang out from the front.

"Hey, isn’t that the beautiful Class Leader? Where are you off to?"

A handso teenager around fifteen or sixteen years old erged from the crowd and approached Bing Ruolan.

The boy was wearing a Silver Moon class uniform. Although he was sowhat pale, his eyes burned with passion as he looked at Bing Ruolan. However, when his gaze inadvertently fell on Luo Feng, a cold glint of disdain flashed in the depths of his pupils.

"It’s Nanfei!" The nearby Silver Moon class students recognized the youth blocking Bing Ruolan’s path as Nanfei, whose strength in the class was second only to hers.

"Hehe, Nanfei has been pursuing the Class Leader without success. Seeing her joking and laughing with Luo Feng now, he must be insanely jealous!"

"It’s more than that. Yesterday, I saw Luo Feng push the Class Leader into his courtyard with my own eyes. Nanfei was there too, his face green with jealousy. Looks like there will be a good show coming up." A bystander whistled, looking forward to the drama.

Bing Ruolan looked at Nanfei blocking her path, her slender Daii knitted. "Nanfei, if there’s nothing, please step aside. I have things to do."

"Hehe, Class Leader, you’re going to Qingfeng Town, right? I happen to be free today. Why don’t I accompany you?" Nanfei said, his expression unchanging, a gentle smile on his face.

"No need," Bing Ruolan flatly rejected.

Nanfei’s mouth twitched, but he didn’t move aside.

Luo Feng, sowhat irritated, said to Nanfei, "Nanfei, Ruolan told you she has sothing to do. Do you not understand?"

Ruolan...

Nanfei’s eyelids twitched. He had only heard the instructor call Bing Ruolan that. He himself had tried once but was flatly rejected. Yet now, Bing Ruolan showed no sign of displeasure.

A trace of jealousy flared in Nanfei’s eyes.

If the person standing next to Bing Ruolan were from the inner court, or one of the geniuses from the Golden Sun Class, he wouldn’t have minded. But it was Luo Feng! A piece of trash far inferior to him! This was unacceptable.

Bing Ruolan didn’t want to get entangled further. She tugged Luo Feng’s sleeve. "Luo Feng, let’s go."

Luo Feng nodded. Just as he and Bing Ruolan were about to walk past Nanfei, a low, sneering voice suddenly sounded.

"Hehe, a loser who gets played by won dares to act high and mighty in front of !"

Luo Feng stopped, turned, and his icy gaze fell on Nanfei. A hint of killing intent spread from him.

"Nanfei, apologize to Luo Feng at once!" Bing Ruolan frowned at Nanfei.

"Why should I apologize? Wasn’t what I said the truth? He and Lin XiaoXiao..." Nanfei sneered at Luo Feng. Just as he was about to reveal Luo Feng’s past misdeeds, the view before his eyes blurred.

SLAP!

A sharp slap echoed through the alley.

An eerie silence fell. The students watching the commotion stared, wide-eyed and incredulous.

Luo Feng had actually slapped Nanfei!

"Am I seeing this right? Luo Feng dared to hit Nanfei?"

Nanfei’s strength was at the mid-stage of the Rigid-Soft Realm. In the Silver Moon class, he was second only to Bing Ruolan, firmly holding the rank, and was very popular.

"Huh? Look! Luo Feng’s cultivation is also at the mid-stage of the Rigid-Soft Realm!"

"My goodness, how is he progressing so quickly!"

Sensing the aura Luo Feng exuded, a cry of astonishnt rose from the crowd.

During his duel with Lin Hui, Luo Feng’s cultivation was only at the mid-stage of the Third Layer Strong Body Realm. In just one month, he had advanced to the mid-stage of the Rigid-Soft Realm. Such a cultivation speed was simply inconceivable!

Nanfei clutched his burning left cheek, stunned. He couldn’t believe Luo Feng had dared to strike him.

Hearing the exclamations from around him, Nanfei snapped back to reality. Getting hit in front of the girl he admired—it was enough to make his chest burst with anger. His eyes blazed with fury as he glared at Luo Feng. "Luo Feng, you piece of trash, how dare you hit ! I’ll kill you!"

"Angry Rock Fist!"

Nanfei’s figure flashed, the muscles on his right arm bulging like pythons. He lunged toward Luo Feng like a massive boulder, the fierce gust of his charge making the surrounding students squint.

"It’s the lower-grade Yellow Level Martial Art, Angry Rock Fist! Nanfei has cultivated it to the Great Achievent Realm. Luo Feng is done for now!" exclaid a student familiar with Nanfei’s strength.

Luo Feng calmly watched the onrushing Nanfei, unfazed.

Even when he was only in the early stage of the Rigid-Soft Realm, he had defeated Li Yunhao, who was in the late stage. Now that his strength had advanced another level, why would he even regard Nanfei, who was rely in the mid-Rigid-Soft Realm, as a threat?

WHOOSH!

By the ti Nanfei drew close, two Qi Dragons suddenly appeared beside Luo Feng. The onlookers felt their vision blur, and Luo Feng had vanished from his original spot.

"Oh no!" Nanfei’s punch hit nothing but air, startling and enraging him. He tried to use his Qinggong to evade, but a violent gust of wind pressure suddenly arose to his right, stinging his cheek!

SMACK!

Another resounding slap sent Nanfei flying. He spat out blood and a few broken teeth, landing over ten ters away.

"Such speed! What kind of Light Martial Art is this?" The onlookers gasped.

Bing Ruolan watched Luo Feng’s figure, her beautiful eyes glistening. "Could this Martial Art be..."

She had seen Li Yunhao from the Golden Sun Class perform Qinggong, but his speed was nothing compared to Luo Feng’s. Li Yunhao’s Qinggong was ranked among the top five in the outer court!

Nanfei was thoroughly dazed by the slap. It took him a while to co to his senses, and when he did, he was horrified to find Luo Feng standing right beside him!

"Sliding Step!" Without a second thought, Nanfei executed his Qinggong. His body moved like a slippery snake as he darted sideways, trying to escape Luo Feng.

"You want to run?" Luo Feng scoffed.

Though Luo Feng had only cultivated his Teng Dragon’s Step to the second level, it was far superior to ordinary mid-grade Yellow Level Martial Arts. Nanfei’s Sliding Step, rely a basic Light Martial Art, seed as slow as a tortoise in his eyes.

WHOOSH!

With a slight flicker of his body, Luo Feng easily caught up to Nanfei and grabbed him by the collar.

CRASH!

Luo Feng slamd Nanfei onto the ground with such force that the entire street seed to tremble.

Nanfei’s face paled, and he spat out a mouthful of blood.

Luo Feng stepped on Nanfei, sneering coldly. "Nanfei, you called a piece of trash. Now that you’re under my foot, what does that make you? Worse than trash?"

A hint of humiliation flashed in Nanfei’s eyes. Baring a mouthful of bloody teeth, he growled fiercely, "Luo Feng, I will make you pay tenfold for today’s humiliation!"

Hmm?

Luo Feng raised an eyebrow, a cold glint in his eyes. "You still want to retaliate?"

"Luo Feng!" Sensing the terrifying Evil Qi emanating from Luo Feng, Bing Ruolan’s heart leaped, fearing he was about to do sothing irreversible.

"No need to worry." Luo Feng waved his hand. He lifted Nanfei from the ground, a smile playing on his lips. "As long as I don’t leave him permanently injured, it’s fine, right?"

"Luo Feng! You! What are you trying to do?" Nanfei was so terrified by Luo Feng’s gaze that his voice trembled, his hair standing on end. But all he received as a response was another resounding slap.

SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! SMACK!

Luo Feng held Nanfei with his left hand, his right hand striking Nanfei’s face repeatedly, back and forth. The series of crisp slaps sent an inexplicable chill through the hearts of the surrounding Silver Moon class students.

Nanfei initially tried to struggle, but he soon realized it was futile.

Luo Feng was like an insurmountable wall before him, impossible to overco!

A feeling of dread rose from the depths of his heart. Coupled with the accumulating, intense pain on his face, Nanfei held on for a mont, then completely broke down, crying and shouting, "Stop! Luo Feng, I was wrong! Please, stop hitting !"

Luo Feng stopped and narrowed his eyes. "Weren’t you going to retaliate? How could you be wrong?"

"I was wrong! I misspoke. Luo Feng, please be magnanimous and spare ."

THUD!

Luo Feng tossed Nanfei onto the ground and said coldly, "You can eat carelessly, but you cannot speak carelessly! Nanfei, out of consideration for us being classmates, I’ll let you go today."

"Yes, yes! I’ll never dare to speak carelessly again," Nanfei kowtowed repeatedly, his head bobbing like he was pounding garlic.

Looking at Nanfei, whose face was swollen like a pig’s head, the onlookers felt no contempt.

Luo Feng’s dominance sent a shiver through everyone present. Even they felt a trace of pressure, let alone Nanfei.

"Get lost!" Luo Feng waved his hand dismissively.

Nanfei promptly scrambled up from the ground. His gaze inadvertently swept over Bing Ruolan, a flash of sha in his eyes. Not daring to linger, he turned and disappeared from sight.
