Mid-stage of the Sixth Level God Bravery Realm!

Noticing Luo Feng’s transformation, gasps rippled through the entire schoolyard.

All eyes were fixed on the energetic, blade-carrying young man, and surprise was evident on many faces.

"No wonder Li Tianyang was defeated by a single punch! So Luo Feng was hiding such strength! A Sixth Level God Bravery Realm expert at the age of fifteen—his talent is not beneath Feng Lingyue’s!"

"I think it’s more than that. Luo Feng hunted so many Demon Beasts in just one day. Feng Lingyue couldn’t accomplish that," a martial artist with a calm deanor said, shaking his head.

The people around nodded in agreent. A young martial artist, his eyes suddenly fixed on Luo Feng, exclaid, "Could he be the young prodigy from Purple Sun School whose fa has been skyrocketing lately?"

"What happened?"

Others nearby imdiately showed interest.

The young martial artist gulped and said, "You don’t know yet? This matter has been the talk of all four major schools! A ruthless character recently erged in the Silver Moon class of Purple Sun School! Not only did he dominate the Challenge King competition, winning the title of Number One Challenge King of Purple Sun School, but he also defeated Lu Han of Daluo School!"

"How could a student from the Silver Moon class possibly defeat Lu Han?"

So martial artists nearby scoffed, clearly doubting the claim, shaking their heads and laughing. "Lu Han is the acknowledged number one prodigy of Daluo School’s outer court. His Wild Wind Swordsmanship once instantly slew thirteen notorious villains of the rtiad. Surely, he couldn’t be bested by a Silver Moon class student?"

Seeing their disbelief, the young martial artist grew agitated. "Every word I said is true! My older brother is an outer court student at Daluo School; he told this himself! Moreover, the one who defeated Lu Han is nad Luo Feng!"

"Indeed, I heard about that as well."

"That’s right. My third uncle returned from Dayang City yesterday and was also discussing this matter..."

News of Luo Feng’s exploits at Purple Sun School had already reached Panlong City, and many had heard of it. Now, with the young martial artist’s reminder, it all ca back to them, and expressions of dawning realization appeared on their faces.

「Inside the schoolyard.」

Li Tianyao, jolted from his shock, stared at Luo Feng with a somber gaze.

"So, you are the one who defeated Lu Han!"

At this mont, Li Tianyao finally understood why he had felt a strange premonition upon hearing Luo Feng’s na before. He had heard about Lu Han issuing a challenge at Purple Sun School and subsequently being defeated by a Silver Moon class student. He even knew the victor’s na was Luo Feng.

However, he never imagined that this newly risen prodigy who defeated Lu Han was the Luo Family’s Second Young Master!

It was no wonder, for in Li Tianyao’s eyes, Luo Feng had always been a good-for-nothing, soone he had never bothered to give a second glance. How could he possibly believe that the wastrel he disdained was capable of defeating Lu Han?

Luo Feng, seeing Li Tianyao’s astonished expression, touched his nose and gave a faint smile. "You finally get it. It seems you do have so brains after all."

"You!" Li Tianyao’s eyes darkened. Just as he was about to speak, a furious shout suddenly sounded from the viewing stands.

"Enough!"

Li Yantian, struggling to suppress the rage boiling in his chest, glared fiercely at Luo Feng. He abruptly stood up and roared at Li Tianyao, "Haven’t you lost enough face already? All of you, get back here imdiately!"

Li Yantian’s face was extrely gloomy, all traces of his earlier spirited deanor gone. In this hunting competition, the Li Family had suffered a total, humiliating defeat. The first place they had considered a certainty was snatched away by the Luo Family at the last mont, resulting in a major blunder.

What Li Yantian found most unacceptable was that Luo Feng, in terms of both potential and cultivation, surpassed both his sons! He used to mock Luotian about Luo Feng’s shortcomings. Now, the sudden realization that Luo Feng was vastly superior to his own two sons felt like a stinging slap to the face.

"Yes, Father. We’re leaving!" Li Tianyao cast a reluctant glance at Luo Feng, then had soone help the unconscious Li Tianyang up. He led the Li Family disciples away from the schoolyard.

Li Yantian stood up, preparing to depart. Luotian waved his hand and laughed. "Li Yantian, the hunting competition isn’t over yet. Why are you in such a hurry to leave?"

Upon hearing Luotian’s words, Li Yantian’s expression turned incredibly unsightly. Just monts ago, he had used similar words to taunt Luotian. He never imagined the tables would turn so quickly. Knowing that nothing he said now would make a difference, Li Yantian huffed coldly, flung his sleeve, and departed.

Luotian watched Li Yantian’s charcoal-black face, feeling imnsely pleased. For years, the Li Family and Luo Family had been locked in open and secret struggles, with the Luo Family consistently at a disadvantage. Today, he could finally hold his head high.

That boy, Feng Er! He actually hid his cultivation and fooled even !

His gaze shifted back to the schoolyard. Looking at Luo Feng, the pride and excitent on Luotian’s face were almost impossible to hide.

After the brief interlude with the Li Family, the hunting competition resud as usual.

Steward Li waved his hand, and the entire schoolyard fell silent instantly. He then loudly announced, "The Luo Family hunted four hundred and fifty-nine Demon Beasts, achieving first place! They have gained the administrative rights to Panlong City! From now on, Luo Family Head Luotian is the City Lord of Panlong City!"

With the materials from over four hundred Demon Beasts Luo Feng brought back added to their tally, the Luo Family’s achievents were unparalleled, securing them the championship without a shadow of a doubt.

The mont Steward Li’s words fell, the entire schoolyard erupted in a wave of cheers. Those Family Heads who had previously been fawning over Li Yantian now shalessly approached Luotian to offer their congratulations.

"Luo Family Head, no, City Lord Luo! Congratulations, congratulations!"

"City Lord Luo is a true hero, and the Luo brothers are both dragons among n. Truly, like father, like son! The Luo Family is sure to achieve great things in the future!"

...

His wish fulfilled, Luotian felt a surge of excitent. He stood up, full of energy, and, cupping his fists to the crowd, said, "Thank you all for your support. Tonight, the Luo Mansion will host a grand banquet to celebrate. I hope everyone present can attend."

"Since City Lord Luo has invited us, we certainly wouldn’t refuse! We just hope the City Lord won’t regret the expense later," a Family Head on good terms with Luotian joked.

Luotian laughed heartily. "Everyone, please eat and drink to your heart’s content tonight! We aim for complete enjoynt—no one leaves sober!"

"Since City Lord Luo is so hospitable, we absolutely must attend!"

The entire schoolyard was imrsed in a lively, celebratory atmosphere.

At this mont, Yang Wanyi walked to the center of the schoolyard. She glanced gently at Luo Feng and chuckled, "Luo Feng, co forward."

Luo Feng’s eyebrows furrowed slightly. Why is she calling out alone?

Looking at her eyes, which were as deep as an autumn lake, Luo Feng felt a little apprehensive but obediently walked over.

"What’s up?" Upon reaching her, Luo Feng looked at the mature, alluring woman before him and asked directly.

Yang Wanyi’s jade-like cheeks colored faintly. Her Daii arched slightly as her rosy lips curved into a light smile. "I believe I saved your life. Is this cold attitude how you repay ?"

Luo Feng imdiately understood she was referring to when she had blocked Li Yantian’s attack for him. A glint flashed in his eyes, and a shy, youthful smile appeared on his young face. He patted his chest and declared, "Sister Waner, is there sothing you need my help with? I, Luo Feng, am at your service! I would brave mountains of daggers and seas of fire, plunge into the abyssal Demon Realm, and traverse the Eight Wastelands and the Six Harmonies for you..."

"Stop! I concede. I truly can’t figure you out." Seeing Luo Feng showed no sign of stopping, Yang Wanyi gave a wry smile. She pinched her smooth forehead, looking sowhat exasperated, then retrieved a jade box from her sleeve and handed it to Luo Feng. "Take this."

"What is this?" Luo Feng accepted the jade box.

"A top-tier, third-grade Spiritual dicine, the Guixu Pill. It can help an expert at the Eighth Level of the Hell Realm advance one entire level."

Her captivating eyes lingered on Luo Feng for a mont, a aningful look flashing within them. "It would be best if your father took this Spirit Pill as soon as possible."

"Why?" Luo Feng detected an unusual note in Yang Wanyi’s words.

Yang Wanyi gave a charming smile but didn’t explain. "You’ll find out in a couple of days."

Luo Feng put away the Spirit Pill without further questions, but he silently committed Yang Wanyi’s words to mory.

Yang Wanyi gazed deeply at the young man before her. Years of experience in the Dayang Comrce Alliance had honed her judgnt to an extre degree. Upon closer observation, she was startled to find that while the teenager appeared ordinary, his pitch-black eyes held a chilling undercurrent, like a deep and bottomless abyss.

"Miss, it’s ti," Steward Li suddenly said to Yang Wanyi.

Yang Wanyi nodded her smooth chin, preparing to leave. As she turned, she looked back at Luo Feng and said with a light smile, "Luo Feng, I will be leaving Panlong City today to return to Linglong Hall. I hope that by the ti we next et, you’ll have been accepted into the Golden Palace. You’re the first person to ever pique my interest this much—don’t disappoint ."

With that, Yang Wanyi and Steward Li promptly departed.

What a strange woman. Watching Yang Wanyi’s retreating figure, Luo Feng couldn’t help but shake his head.

With the departure of Steward Li and the others, the hunting competition concluded successfully. The crowd, buzzing with discussions about the event’s highlights, gradually left the schoolyard.

「That evening...」

The Luo Mansion hosted a grand banquet, causing a sensation throughout Panlong City. Every significant power in Panlong City ca to congratulate Luotian. Luo Feng accompanied Luotian, welcoming the guests.

As the most notable dark horse of the hunting competition, Luo Feng’s na was now renowned throughout Panlong City, his fa even beginning to eclipse that of the forr number one genius, Feng Lingyue.

Many Family Heads brought their eligible daughters, praising Luo Feng for being young and promising while unsubtly introducing their daughters to him. Their intentions couldn’t have been clearer. The young ladies, too, kept casting coy glances at Luo Feng, much to his exasperation.

"Luo Feng, it seems you’re quite popular."

Just as Luo Feng was struggling to manage the attention, a light, lodious voice sounded. Feng Lingyue, clad in simple, light silks, walked in with a smile. Beside her was the Feng Family Head, Fengtang, wearing a slightly awkward expression.

Seeing Feng Lingyue, Luo Feng breathed a sigh of relief. He walked over to her side and said in a low voice, "Xiao Yue, not only are you not helping, but you’re also teasing . Well then, don’t bla for what happens next!"

A mischievous smile appeared on Luo Feng’s face.

Feng Lingyue felt a flicker of unease and nervously asked, "What are you going to do?"

Luo Feng, however, didn’t deign to answer. He directly grabbed Feng Lingyue’s soft, delicate hand and, smiling at the nearby group of girls, announced, "I have so matters to attend to, so I’ll excuse myself for now."

With that, he pulled a blushing Feng Lingyue away, disappearing into the crowd.

Fengtang watched their retreating backs, a gleam in his eyes. He had been worried about how Luo Feng might feel about their agreent and was wondering how to broach the subject. Seeing this, a weight was finally lifted from his mind.
