Adam examined the panel carefully.

Instantly, his perception shifted.
The walls of his room beca transparent in his senses as the world expanded around him. Life signatures appeared like flickering soul flas.
One stood directly outside his door.
Adam focused on it.
Ivy.
She stood there, pacing slightly.
And she looked agitated.
But Adam didn’t have ti to deal with that.
In front of him, Judgent’s evolution was reaching its peak.
The scythe floated in the air, radiating waves of dark violet light.
Another knock hit the door.
Then another.
The knocking grew louder.
Adam frowned slightly.
What is she doing?
But he still didn’t move.
Opening the door now would only interrupt the evolution.
The glow from Judgent intensified.
Light spilled across the room.
The weapon trembled in the air as energy condensed around its blade.
Outside, the knocking beca violent.
It sounded less like knocking now...
And more like soone trying to break the door down.
But before he could investigate, the knocking suddenly stopped as silence filled the room.
Then the light faded.
The evolution was finished and Judgent dropped gently into Adam’s hand as he e stared at it.
The scythe had changed.
It was still black.
Still terrifying.
But the design had evolved into sothing far more refined.
The weapon’s fra was darker, almost absorbing the surrounding light.
Its long curved blade stretched outward in a deadly arc.
The shaft was reinforced around a central pivot joint, allowing the weapon to shift its balance or collapse slightly during combat.
Hidden along the spine of the blade was a compact rotary engine, a small chanical core designed to ignite during impact and drive the blade forward with explosive force.
It wasn’t just a weapon anymore.
It was a machine of destruction.
Adam turned the scythe slowly in his hand.
Admiring it.
But he quickly noticed sothing else.
The change wasn’t just physical.
He could feel it.
A deeper resonance flowing through his body.
Judgent now felt far more connected to him than before.

The door burst open.
Adam turned.
Ivy stood in the doorway.

But she wasn’t looking at Adam.
Her eyes were locked on the scythe in his hand.

Then her shoulders slumped.
Her face filled with pure disappointnt.
"I missed it..."
Her voice ca out in a small, whining complaint.

Back in Hol Bear Woods, Redy and Felecia stood surrounded by dozens of Hol Bears.
Golden fur bristled.
Claws scraped against the forest floor.
Low growls echoed through the clearing.
The peaceful atmosphere from the dance contest had vanished.
Now the monsters had returned to their true nature.
Redy drew her rapier in one smooth motion.
Beside her, Felecia cracked her neck slightly.
Then she activated her physique.
"Blessed Purgatory."
A deep red aura erupted from her body.
Heat rolled off her skin as power surged through every muscle.
The aura dragged out every ounce of strength hidden within her body, forcing it to the surface.
Her presence instantly grew heavier, more dangerous and more violent.
Redy glanced at her briefly.
Then activated her own power.

Unlike Felecia, there was no dramatic physical transformation.

An additional presence appeared behind her.
