Karl knew nothing of Kang the Conqueror's anxiety.
He was busy hunting Alioth.
It was not that he wanted to wipe it out completely.
He was simply extrely curious about the composition of Alioth's body.
This natural combination of the Laws of Void and Ti was truly astonishing.
Before this, he had not encountered anything like it for four or five years.
Laws could actually combine into a living creature.
The world was truly wondrous.
Karl sighed inwardly.
Then his entire body shot forward.
His figure vanished in an instant.
The environnt around Karl seed to slow down.
Everything around him, in his eyes, looked like ants crawling slowly across the ground.
Every tiny detail was crystal clear.
This was naturally Quicksilver's ability.
By using the power of ti, he ford a ti bubble around himself.
Inside the bubble and outside the bubble, the flow of ti was completely different.
In Karl's eyes, the world outside had slowed down.
Karl used the universe within his body to activate this power.
From the look of it now, the cause and effect ca from the sa source.
Because the ti inside and outside had fallen out of sync, the world in Karl's eyes began to change.
The runes on Alioth's body beca extrely clear.
The structure ford by the various Laws and runes unfolded the principles of this world before him.
For a mont, Karl actually stared in a daze.
"This world really is full of miracles."
"To think a creature like this actually exists."
Karl felt that he had been more amazed in these few short hours than he had been in his entire life.
This thing was practically the ideal choice for an apocalyptic monster.
"Looks like I can't kill this thing."
"Capturing it alive would be best."
"This is basically an encyclopedia of Laws."
Karl thought to himself.
And not only that.
If he captured this thing and brought it back, the sorcerers of Kamar-Taj would all benefit from it.
It was just like the Ti Stone.
Even if one did not use its power, rely observing it could bring a trendous amount of insight.
Thinking of this, Karl could not help but smile even as he attacked.
He did not use Chaos Magic, which was extrely difficult to control.
Instead, he used the various Laws he had mastered.
He had grasped both the Law of Ti and the Law of Void.
Perhaps he was not as proficient in them as this naturally born creature, but suppressing its resistance was absolutely no problem.
Alioth's attacks against him could not stir up the slightest wave.
All of them were dissolved by Karl through the power of Laws.
But Karl's Laws were completely different.
The number of Laws he controlled was simply too great.
Various Laws mixed together, evolving from the sa origin as Alioth's own power.
Like a slow, thodical dismantling, Alioth's body was broken down by Karl inch by inch.
Its natural rune system was directly shattered by Karl's mixed Law power.
Alioth's counterattack, anwhile, was incredibly weak.
It could only keep letting out miserable howls.
This existence had entrenched itself at the End of Ti.
It had devoured an unknown number of worlds and Laws.
Yet now, it looked like an abandoned stray dog.
"Awooo!"
Alioth let out a miserable howl.
Karl looked at its wretched state, feeling both pleased and a little regretful.
"I know you can understand ."
"Shrink your body."
Karl spoke calmly.
"Roar!"
Alioth let out an enraged roar.
"Not convinced?"
Karl raised an eyebrow.
With a flick of both hands, two transparent blades appeared in his grip. Various Law auras lingered around them.
They looked sowhat flashy, but their power was absolutely extraordinary.
"Wuu, wuu, wuu."
Alioth kept making strange whimpering sounds.
"Shrink your body. I won't say it a second ti."
A cold glint flashed through Karl's eyes.
Although Alioth could not sense killing intent, it had instincts.
Extrely sharp instincts.
That was also the foundation of this creature's survival.
It could clearly sense that if it did not do as Karl said, it would die.
And it would die very miserably.
Alioth made an extrely survival-driven choice.
The purple energy churned continuously.
Then it began shrinking rapidly.
In just a few dozen seconds, it went from a cloud spanning tens of thousands of ters to a creature the size of a small dog.
"Wuu."
Alioth whimpered and looked at Karl ingratiatingly.
Karl was not fooled by Alioth's current appearance.
If no one restrained this thing, it could casually devour an entire universe.
That was the astonishing talent of this kind of monster.
Karl did not want to leave for a few days only to return and find his ho gone.
This thing had no emotions to speak of, only instincts.
With a wave of his hand, several pieces of bronze from the Infernal Realm landed in his palm.
In the blink of an eye, the bronze lted, surging and refining itself over and over.
Karl used two fingers as a brush and directly carved tens of thousands of runes into the void before him.
With another wave of his hand, the runes sank into the bronze liquid in front of him.
The red-hot liquid quickly changed.
In just a few seconds, it solidified.
It ford a collar engraved with complex runes.
Karl waved his hand.
The collar directly locked around Alioth's neck.
A flash of golden light appeared.
Dense runes began spreading continuously, directly wrapping around Alioth's entire body.
The light on its body imdiately dimd.
It turned into a small dog that looked as if it had been carved from stone.
Karl grabbed the collar and lifted Alioth up.
"Now I can relax."
"You had better behave from now on."
Karl smiled at Alioth.
Alioth imdiately shuddered.
Then it nodded ingratiatingly.
Karl was very satisfied with Alioth's attitude.
Now, he could bring this thing back and study it.
Karl held Alioth in one hand.
Yet he had never imagined how much shock this small action of his would bring to the people inside the Mirror Dinsion.
In their eyes, Alioth was an invincible monster.
Now, their feeling was as if a devout believer had watched the god they worshipped get beaten up.
Then, that sa god had been forced to work for soone else.
This feeling could no longer be described as simple shock.
Their entire worldview had collapsed.
What kind of joke was this?
That monster outside was sothing they could not even touch, yet Alioth had been subdued like this?
The gap was far too great!
Several surviving Lokis who had once been chased by Alioth could not help but bang their heads against the wall.
The current situation had dealt them far too great a blow.
Their outlook on life had changed.
