"Thank goodness, we're finally saved."

Inside the elevator, Ned had no idea what was going on and kept shouting. It seed that earlier, when little Spider-Man hadn't arrived yet, he had been comforting everyone—pretending that Spider-Man would co back to save them so they wouldn't panic. Now that Spider-Man had actually co, he was the first to fall apart.

But panic aside, the elevator was incredibly heavy, and the web holding it seed to be loosening. It looked like little Spider-Man wouldn't be able to hold on much longer.

Seeing this, Blaine realized there was no opportunity for him to intervene. As long as little Spider-Man could maintain this state, things might still turn out fine…

Originally, Blaine had planned to take advantage of this crisis to "blackmail" little Spider-Man, but it turned out he didn't need any help at all.

As the elevator continued its downward pull, the people inside managed to climb out one by one—everyone except MJ.

Whether it was fate or deliberate design, MJ ended up being the last one. A scene like this was quintessentially Marvel—if this wasn't a forced setup, what was?

At that mont, the two web lines snapped with a loud crack, unable to bear the strain any longer. The elevator plumted.

At the critical mont, little Spider-Man reacted instantly. He released the tension on his webs, shot out a new strand that stuck to MJ, and then fired another toward the top of Big Ben.

Just like that, he saved MJ with a perfectly executed inverted swing.

"Little Spider-Man—"

"Kiss her!"

"Don't talk, just kiss her!"

Blaine, watching from the shadows, couldn't resist stirring things up. He knew Peter Parker had always secretly liked MJ. In the past, even holding her hand would make him blush, and after exchanging just a few words, he would show off about it to Blaine for ages. And now, wasn't this the perfect mont? The hero saves the girl and seals it with a kiss—classic movie material.

As the two gazed at each other, and with Blaine's instigation, little Spider-Man slowly leaned closer to MJ, still hanging upside down.

Sotis, fate plays cruel tricks. Just as they were getting closer and closer, and everyone held their breath in anticipation, ready to cheer, a slab of concrete above broke loose due to the snapped cables and crashed down—dragging little Spider-Man with it.

Whoosh—

Another web shot out. But in the rush, instead of sticking to the wall, it snagged Ned's backpack.

Fortunately, little Spider-Man didn't completely lose himself in the mont. After all, the alien device was still counting down to detonation. It might have sounded like there was ti, but everything was happening in the blink of an eye. There was no room to think.

What followed was a series of pained cries echoing through the elevator shaft. In his haste to deal with the bomb, little Spider-Man hadn't had ti to protect himself. He slamd into the stone walls again and again, or was struck by jagged pieces of steel protruding from the structure.

Boom—

Sowhere far from Big Ben—no one knew exactly where, but it was a vast, sparsely populated area—a massive explosion erupted.

The blast thundered across the empty land. The flas that burst forth were an eerie purple, and even the dust carried strange violet particles, giving the entire scene an almost hypnotic, otherworldly glow.

That's right—this was the effect of the alien device's explosion.

Not far away, atop a building, little Spider-Man watched the sudden blast intently and couldn't help but draw a deep breath. Now that he had seen how such a seemingly simple alien device could produce such devastating power, his determination to eliminate the alien weapons dealers only grew stronger.

"Are you going to carry out the mission again?"

At so point, Blaine had landed beside little Spider-Man. Looking at the new armor he was wearing, Blaine asked curiously.

It had to be said—Tony's craftsmanship was truly remarkable. The mont little Spider-Man put on this suit, he instantly gave off the aura of Spider-Man. Especially the red-and-black interwoven tal components, gleaming under the sunlight, which added a heroic and striking presence.

If his previous tight suit had the feel of simple pajamas, then now, clad in Tony's custom spider armor, little Spider-Man truly looked like a superhero.

"Yeah,"

"I have to catch them myself,"

"Not just for Mr. Tony,"

"But so no one else gets hurt by them."

As he finished speaking, little Spider-Man's gaze hardened with resolve. He raised his hand, fired a web at a building across from him, and swung away without hesitation.

Because of what he had said earlier, Blaine chose to follow him to see how things would unfold. After all, Blaine was determined to secure his second "order" on his path of upgrades today.

Swinging through the city alongside little Spider-Man, they eventually ca to a stop on a massive cruise ship.

It appeared to be a U.S. vessel carrying both passengers and cargo, likely five or six decks tall, with several more levels above the main deck. A large smokestack rose at the stern, giving it a silhouette not unlike the Titanic Blaine had once heard about. It was clear that this ship's tonnage was imnse.

After landing on the ship, little Spider-Man imdiately began searching for his target. But instead of using his eyes, he relied on advanced technology—after all, he was now wearing a newly upgraded suit.

In this version of the armor, Tony had undoubtedly installed an advanced AI system—sothing akin to J.A.R.V.I.S. or F.R.I.D.A.Y. Infrared scanning and enhanced vision capabilities were basic features.

Combined with Ned's all-night tinkering, not only had the tracking and positioning restrictions been removed, but many of the suit's hidden functions had also been unintentionally unlocked.

With the assistance of the suit's AI, little Spider-Man could locate targets far more efficiently and quickly.

Sure enough, after only a few scans, the system detected energy fluctuations inside a warehouse at the stern. The suit imdiately provided detailed data: exact location, quantity, threat level, and confirmation that the objects were indeed alien weapons.

Without wasting a second, little Spider-Man headed straight for the warehouse.

Strangely, aside from the alien weapons identified by the suit, there didn't appear to be anyone else inside.

Just as little Spider-Man was starting to feel puzzled, the mont he turned around—

Two burly n suddenly appeared behind him.

Without saying a word, they grabbed a Gatling-like alien weapon nearby and imdiately fired, unleashing a barrage straight at him.
