Kakashi materialized with Kamui before Asgard's palace. He had placed a hidden marker there.
The guards snapped to attention, their spears raised. Their eyes widened, recognizing the ninja who fought their King Odin to a standstill.
'The Midgardian who challenged the Allfather,' one guard thought, gripping his weapon tighter. 'He's no re mortal.'
"Midgardian, Queen Frigga is expecting you," the lead guard said, his voice tense. "We'll escort you."
Kakashi thoughts were calm despite being surrounded by ard aliens. 'They're jumpy. Guess fighting their king leaves an impression.'
"Lead the way," he said as he followed them
The throne room was vast, its golden walls etched with runes. Queen Frigga sat on the throne, her presence commanding yet warm.
She smiled, her thoughts fond. 'This is the warrior who made Odin smile.'
"Midgardian, my husband spoke of you. I watched your battle with him. I haven't seen him smile like that since I called him a handso young man two years ago."
Kakashi blinked, unsure how to respond. 'Handso young man? Odin? Love is really blind. Jiraya san's novels did not lie.'
"Uh… thank you," he said, his tone awkward. 'Not used to royal complints.'
Frigga's eyes twinkled, her thoughts curious. "I'm a witch, you know. I see you use chi, not magic, and do things that should only be possible with sorcery. I'd love to learn more, but with Odin resting, I must guard Asgard until Thor is ready."
Kakashi nodded, "Duty cos first," he said, keeping it simple.
Frigga's voice softened. "The ship to pursue Loki isn't ready yet. We'll inform you when it is."
Kakashi's eyes narrowed, figuring out Frigga's sches in seconds,'She's stalling, giving Loki ti to slip further away. A mother's love, huh?'
He recalled the negotiations with Odin, realizing his oversight. 'I did not set a tiline for the search party Should've caught that. Can't outsmart a millennia-old king.'
"I understand," he said, his tone even. Fury won't like the delay, but I'll have to deal with it.'
Frigga held out a small object, her smile returning. "Here's the bone, crafted from Uru with runes to return to its bonded owner. It's a fine weapon, but I believe it's ant as a chew toy. The dwarves would weep to see such tal used this way."
Kakashi took it, sealing it into a scroll. 'Pakkun's gonna lose his mind.' His thoughts were amused.
"Thanks," he said.
Frigga handed him a tablet inscribed with runes, her voice steady. "This contains knowledge of the universe—Kree, Chitauri, Badoon, the Nova Empire ruled by Xandarians, and the other Nine Realms besides Asgard and Midgard. It's information your world needs."
Kakashi tucked the tablet away, 'Fury'll drool over this. He's been itching to understand the universe.'
"Appreciated," he said, his voice calm.
Frigga's expression grew somber as she signaled a soldier. "Bring the gold for Midgard's fallen." The soldier returned with a chest, heavy with Asgardian gold.
Frigga's voice was heavy. "I'm sorry for my son's actions. Gold can't replace lives, but it may ease their families' pain."
Kakashi nodded. "It'll an sothing to them," he said, his tone soft.
Frigga's voice turned firm. "As for our alliance, Asgard will warn Midgard of alien threats and send reinforcents via the Bifrost. We know Earth isn't ready to aid Asgard against threats we can't handle."
Kakashi listened. Frigga continued, "For now, we ask two things. If Asgard falls, I want Earth to shelter our refugees."
Kakashi's eyes narrowed. 'Big ask.'
"I'm not authorized to agree to that. I'll need to talk to my superiors."
Frigga nodded, understanding. "Understandable."
Her smile brightened, her tone lighter. "And the second thing—I'd like you to teach Thor to wield lightning. He relies on Mjölnir like a crutch, barely touching his divinity. You might succeed where we've failed."
Kakashi's thoughts paused. 'Another student? A centuries-old god?' He imagined Thor's brash enthusiasm, his hamr-swinging style. It would be like training Naruto, but with a bigger ego.'
'It could be fun. Asgard's not a bad spot for a vacation.' "I'll do it," he said, nodding.
Frigga's smile widened, her thoughts warm. "Wonderful. It was a pleasure, warrior. Visit Asgard anyti. And… could you bring a photo of this Jane girl Thor adores? As a mother, I must judge her myself."
Kakashi's eye crinkled. 'Motherly instincts, huh?'
"Sure thing," he said, preparing Kamui. He vanished in a swirl, the throne room fading.
Frigga's aura shifted, her eyes narrowing as she looked to a corner.
"I know you are here."
"What are you doing here, girl?" A blonde figure stepped out, confident but wary.
The woman smiled but remained conscious as she faced one of Asgard's greatest sorceresses and Odin's wife. She knew that she had to tread carefully if she did not want to turn into a puppet and be a part of Frigga's collection.
"I was just curious about the Midgardian that fought All Father. He looked like soone capable. Besides, I just wanted to test the security of palace guards and they seed pretty relaxed. Oh and I also wanted to et my ntor." The woman said with a smile.
"Do you think that I don't know about your sches girl? That man is dangerous and you better stay away from him. He would not fall for your petty tactics." Frigga scoffed
"But as your ntor, I know that you would not listen to . So do as you wish but rember if you break the alliance that my husband had forged, I would cage you up with my daughter." Frigga said with her magical power leaking.
The woman did not flinch.
"I understand." She nodded and left while inwardly thinking, 'With that man by my side, the throne would be mine soon. He looked like a handso man soone who is worthy of .'
