Marvel: One Step At A Time Chapter 43 43: 43. Bigger , Better , Stronger

It's pretty simple actually.

Adrian got his ass handed to him in Marvel Universe , many people died, he got used like a pistel to crush a pregnant lady into minced at , the sa pregnant lady whom he chose over multiple people to save and in the end she died anyways, he got traumatised, Silk who he knows as a long ti viewer probably died for him.

So if he teleported to another place then ti would still move on making Abomination wreck even more havoc.( Hulk will not co :) )

While he was smashed through a truck the system used shadow blade creation ability by amping it a bit and forming a tendril to grab a high energy item sealed in a case.

The truck he smashed through was a governnt transport truck , the governnt was trying to take so research stuff ,but sadly the driver ran off.

Project Sentry wasn't that well known I believe, like a literal druggie broke in and stole the serum.

So for his ntal health ( and for plot ) too it just yeeted him off to another universe that was DC.

Like Raven isn't from Marvel you know, not to ntion Death of The Endless.

Sentry Serum amplified the users skills thus he got a qualitative upgrade and it was more prominent with the perfect genes trait…

Like could I have sent him to another Marvel universe or so dinsion or realm like Hela's Helheim , Yes … But what about the DC babes 🐍.

Like I don't decide or plan while writing but the only thing I had in mind was Superman after watching the movie.

Like even I don't know what will happen in the next chapter or what I have planned.

Pala Isley or Poison Ivy was laying low in the Riddler's hideout with her ex Harley Quinn and new house mate Catwoman as they hoped to avoid the dangers posed by the Gotham's criminal underground for a while.

Everything was normal and mundane as everyday when Pala felt her body heat up as she felt a sense of longing like no other.

It was like she was Bee to nectar as Ivy wanted to go out and search whatever it was that was calling out to her.

But out of the better judgent of her mind Ivy stayed in since there was still a bounty on her head forcing her to stay under the radar.

Ivy couldn't help but curse Batman for not cleaning up his Villains, preventing a poor woman like her from being unable to go out.

Ivy conveniently ignored the fact that if he were to start cleaning up his Villains then she would be on it too.

Ivy's gaze was fixed in a certain direction and her gaze contained a sense of longing as she gazed at the night sky mottled with stars…

Watch Tower

Raven didn't know why she had asked to go to the Watch Tower to watch over the stranger that had saved her. ( Tehee )

Was it guilt? ,A sense of responsibility? Or was it compassion?

Raven didn't know but she felt a bit at ease as she stayed near him watching him as he slept.

Although she had volunteered to watch over him it didn't an she had to glare at him all the ti.

Raven didn't understand that her actions were slightly creepy as she just spent most of her ti gazing at Adrian in silence….

Due to her very long and thorough observation of Adrian , Raven had noticed that this stupid guy who saved her was very attractive… a bit too attractive if she had to say so.

She would sotis get lost in gazing at his features and when she ca back to it she would feel like her face was blazing making her pull her hood down to cover her flushed face despite her being the only awake person now.

Raven did forget that there were caras in the room , so her actions were clearly seen by whoever was keeping watch…. Thankfully it didn't go over Raven's head , and as they say ignorance is bliss….

" T-This! " Raven's eyes widened as she got up to go call sobody since the man before her started to glow in a faint golden sheen as a shell seed to form around him encasing him in sothing akin to a cocoon…

Raven didn't need to try too hard as the changes in the room had been promptly reported.

It was a relief that the heavy hitters of the league were present as they all quickly arrived at the room and were a bit tense since things surrounding this young man were just getting weirder and weirder.

They didn't imdiately view him as a threat but were just cautious for everyone's sake….

A few days later…

*Crack!*

Loud cracking sounds resounded as the golden cocoon made of light started to show visible cracks making Diana who was keeping watch for the day jolt as she got on guard.

She knew the others should shortly arrive sensing the disturbance through the cams.

Raven who was beside Diana tensed as she gazed at the spreading cracks with a sense of anticipation and nervousness…

" Oh my ~ " Diana let out an exclamation in wonder while Raven just made a sound similar to a squeak.

'By the gods..' Diana exclaid inside her mind as she was filled with both fascination and apprehension.

Even she didn't notice how shaless her behaviour was as she was too caught up in the sight before to notice.

Raven on the other hand covered her face with her hands but still used the gaps in her fingertips to peek.

*Cough!*

A loud cough broke both of them out of their reverie but at the sa ti made the newly awakened Adrian to turn his gaze to the strangers that gazed at him with curiosity and a bit of caution.

Raven felt embarrassed to the extre as she pulled her hood to try to cover her whole body to just disappear.

Diana was slightly more thick skinned than Raven but she still had a light flush on her cheeks.

Whether it was embarrassnt or sothing else , only she knows…..

" You should cover yourself up young man…" Superman said in a kind tone as he handed over his cape making Adrian snap out of his daze as he lowered his gaze to his naked form with a twitch in his lips.

A shredded hospital gown laid beside him as Adrian pulled a sheet out of his inventory to cover his nakedness.

Superman was surprised but didn't feel slighted since he was a bit pleased that his cape wouldn't be touched by another man's dick … not that it would prevent him from being kind.

It sounded a bit gay but being seen as gay wouldn't prevent Clark from being kind , he could always wash his cape….

Adrian didn't know but his evolution had a qualitative upgrade on his whole being made his appearance almost supernatural as it has even caught soone like Diana by surprise.

Adrian grew in height and beca slightly bigger… In many ways….
