The spatial rift closed.

Levi opened his eyes to absolute darkness.

No planets. No stars. Even cosmic dust was scarce. The nearest star system lay three thousand light-years away—its light so faint by the ti it reached here it might as well not exist.

It had taken him two days to choose this place. Using spatial laws, he had swept across the edge of the Milky Way before finally locking onto this stretch of void—far from travel routes, devoid of civilization. Even Kree reconnaissance fleets would never co this way.

Wanda floated in the vacuum, chaos magic forming a thin mbrane around her.

Levi raised his hand.

Nine laws surged from his palm.

The Law of Space carved out a spherical region over a hundred ters in diater. The Law of Force followed, compressing and restructuring the quantum foam within, laying the foundation for matter. The Law of Reality infused it—redefining the compressed foam into solid substance.

Black rock erged from nothingness.

Layer upon layer stacked together, forming a floating teor.

The Law of Life granted it warmth and internal cycles. The Law of Ti etched protective patterns across its surface. The Law of Mind wove a net over the exterior. And at the core, the Law of Death planted a seed—any intruder would be erased along with the entire teor.

Three minutes.

The teor base was complete.

Levi landed on its surface. The rock parted automatically, extending a passage downward. He turned.

"Co in."

Wanda followed him inside. The inner walls were smooth, glowing faintly blue. Passing through three layers of defensive structures, they arrived at the core.

The space split into two sections. On the left was a circular hall, twenty ters across, with black stone covering floor, walls, and ceiling. On the right was a smaller area, furnished with simple living facilities.

...

Levi secluded himself here—but no matter what he tried, he couldn't break through the barrier to the Cosmic Overlord level.

Half a month passed.

Buzz—

The base resonated as the Law of Ti was disturbed.

Levi stood up and waved his hand. An orange Ti Door opened in the center of the hall.

Three figures stepped out.

The woman in front was familiar—B-15, whom he had repelled at the Avengers base. Behind her were two unfamiliar agents, one of them dressed in judicial robes.

Wanda imdiately entered combat mode, chaos magic gathering in her hands.

B-15 raised a hand. "We're not here to fight."

Levi remained relaxed. Though the fluctuations of ti laws from these three were far stronger than before—especially the robed judge, whose strength was at least early Celestial Father-level—they were nothing in front of him.

"How did you find this place?"

"The Ti Variance Authority can track major anomalies across all tilines," the judge said calmly, his voice aged and steady. "And you, Levi, are the greatest anomaly we've ever seen."

Levi's gaze sharpened. "If you ca here just to say sothing that boring, you don't need to leave."

His eyes turned cold.

"I advise against that," the judge continued. "Because we didn't co to prune your tiline—we ca to ask for your help."

Levi froze for a mont.

Wanda was equally stunned.

"You? Asking for help?" Levi's tone was mocking. "That's not the attitude you had last ti."

B-15's expression darkened, but she didn't refute it.

The judge sighed. "Things have changed. Five days ago, when you reversed Thanos's Snap, tilines across the multiverse began branching violently. We originally intended to prune your tiline imdiately—but He Who Remains issued a new directive: delay action."

"Why?"

"Because your power is approaching the Cosmic Overlord level," the judge said, eting Levi's gaze. "Forcibly pruning your tiline would cause greater temporal shockwaves. He judged that observation was the safer option."

Levi caught the key point. "Observation? So you still plan to prune it—you're just waiting."

"That was the plan," the judge said. "But three days ago, things spiraled out of control."

He raised a hand, projecting a vast network of tilines. Countless golden strands intertwined like a massive tree—but its branches were growing wildly, new offshoots forming every second.

"This is the structure of the multiverse," the judge explained. "Before, He Who Remains would prune all branches that deviated from the Sacred Tiline, maintaining a single path. But now, because of you, one branch we failed to prune returned to its original trajectory."

Levi frowned at the rapidly expanding tree.

The judge's voice deepened. "In that tiline, when the Avengers traveled back to collect the Infinity Stones, Loki escaped with the Tesseract and beca a ti criminal. We captured and judged him… and in the end—he killed He Who Remains, took his place, and beca the new guardian of ti, single-handedly sustaining the Temporal Loom."

"Loki?" Wanda couldn't help but interject. "Thor's brother?"

"Yes," B-15 said. "And his philosophy is the opposite of He Who Remains. He believes every tiline is sacred—each deserves to exist. So he ended the TVA's pruning of all branching tilines."

The projection zood in, showing tilines splitting uncontrollably.

"The result is this," the judge said. "The multiverse is completely out of control."

He paused.

"And worse—before his death, He Who Remains had sealed countless Kang the Conqueror variants from other tilines. Now those seals have failed. These variants are beginning to wreak havoc across their respective tilines."

Levi looked at the projection, already understanding.

This was the continuation of Loki's story—the beginning of multiversal chaos.

"So you ca to ," Levi said, "to help you prune tilines?"

The judge shook his head. "We want you to beco a consultant for the TVA."

Levi raised an eyebrow.

"You possess nine laws, including the Law of Ti," the judge continued. "Your understanding of ti surpasses most of our agents. And you appear to have… a copying ability."

Levi's expression darkened.

The judge noticed. "Relax. We cannot read your mories. This cos from a file left behind by He Who Remains before Loki killed him. It contains his suspicions about you."

"What did he know?"

"Everything," the judge replied. "He observed the Sacred Tiline for countless years. From the mont you awakened on the World War II battlefield… to the mont you reversed the Snap."

Levi fell silent.

He should have expected this. A being who controlled tilines—how could he not know?

"Why didn't he prune ?"

"Because he saw the future," the judge said. "In certain tilines, there exists a threat even he cannot rival. You are the only variable with a chance to oppose it. Your existence is unique—you exist only in your own tiline. Beyond that, even his records say nothing more."

"What threat?"

The judge shook his head. "He left no specifics. Only that it would appear after the multiverse fell into complete chaos."

Levi looked back at the projection. The branching tilines were multiplying endlessly, the structure of spaceti itself growing fragile.

"What do you want to do?"

"Help us stabilize the tilines," the judge said. "Not prune—guide them. Loki allows all tilines to develop freely, but that will lead to countless Kang variants rising and triggering a multiversal war."

Levi understood.

The TVA was trapped. Pruning violated Loki's ideals—but not pruning ant chaos. They needed an external force—soone not bound by TVA rules.

"Why should I trust you?"

The judge was silent for a mont, then took out a small device engraved with intricate temporal runes.

"A fragnt of the Temporal Loom," he said. "Left to you by He Who Remains. With it, you can freely enter and exit the TVA, unrestricted. It also allows you to glimpse other tilines."

Levi took the device. It was cold to the touch, and the runes lit up instantly.

Information flooded his mind.

He saw countless tilines—

In one, Tony survived, but Earth was destroyed by Thanos.

In another, Steve was never frozen, but Hydra ruled the world.

In yet another, Peggy beca Captain Arica, and Doctor Strange defeated Thanos alone.

All of them shared one trait.

Levi did not exist in any of them.

The visions faded.

Levi clenched the device. "What's the point of showing this?"

"A reminder," the judge said. "With great power cos great responsibility. That applies not just to Peter Parker—but to you. If you refuse to help, the multiverse will collapse. At that point, no amount of laws you fuse will matter."

Levi fell silent.

Wanda stepped beside him. "I trust your judgnt."

Levi looked at her, then back at the judge.

"I need ti to think."

"Of course," the judge nodded. "But please be quick. Each day, hundreds of new branches form. Once the Kang variants fully rise, it will be too late."

B-15 and the two agents turned to leave.

"Wait."

They stopped.

"Did Kang's file ntion the Anti-Monitor?"

The judge froze. His expression changed.

"You've encountered it?"

"Yes," Levi said. "In another universe. I felt its void power."

The judge took a deep breath.

"It's recorded. He Who Remains identified the Anti-Monitor as one of the greatest threats to the multiverse. It exists beyond all tilines, thriving on destruction. If it has taken notice of you… it ans you already have the potential to threaten it."

Levi lowered his gaze to his right hand. Black mist churned beneath his skin, completely suppressed by the Law of Life.

"Is there a way to remove it completely?"

"Yes," the judge said. "At the TVA's core lies a purification pool—an apparatus created by He Who Remains to eliminate temporal anomalies. Void energy is, at its core, a type of anomaly. The pool should be able to cleanse it."

Levi's eyes lit up.

"But there's a condition," the judge added. "Only official TVA mbers can use it. If you agree to beco a consultant, we can take you there imdiately."

Levi understood.

A transaction.

They were offering the purification pool in exchange for his cooperation.

"I'll go," Levi said. "But I have three conditions."

The judge gestured for him to continue.

"First—I'm not bound by TVA rules. I'm a consultant, not your subordinate."

"Agreed."

"Second—I want free access to the TVA and all archives on Kang and the multiverse."

The judge hesitated, then nodded. "Agreed. But access to core classified records will require Loki's approval."

"Third," Levi glanced at Wanda. "She cos with ."

B-15 frowned. "The TVA does not allow outsiders to enter freely."
