In Transforrs 5, Quintessa called herself the Pri of Life and prepared to use the Staff of rlin to absorb Unicron's energy, thereby restoring Cybertron, acting as if she was dedicated to Cybertron.
But many of her actions were suspicious. Perhaps she was still an outsider, just like in the original setting.
Otherwise, the Cybertronian Knights would have no reason to betray Quintessa and denounce her as a liar.
