When the Chinese naval delegation arrived at the Russian Pacific Fleet base, Mavi and the Russian Navy gave them a grand welco. "Good morning, Mr. Yuan Kaimin, we et again," Mavi said.
The "Mr. Yuan Kaimin" he spoke of was the high-ranking naval official who had visited the Black Sea Shipyard in Ukraine two years prior to inspect the Varyag aircraft carrier. He was also the one who made a "lifesaving phone call" to Mavi during the Ukrainian nuclear destruction crisis, allowing Mavi to successfully help Ukraine thwart the European Union's covert sche. This event also made a lasting impression on the Russian President.
"Haha! Hello, Mavi. It's been about a year and a half since we last saw each other, hasn't it?" Mr. Yuan Kaimin replied with a hearty laugh. His body was still strong and his spirit was high, thanks to the solid foundation he built in his youth.
The Chinese Navy was already indebted to Mavi for his help with the Varyag carrier incident when it was detained by Turkey. Now, Mavi was inviting them to tour Russian nuclear submarines, which was like giving them another big gift. Their relationship had gone from good to great.

As for the last one Mavi introduced, the "Type 941 Typhoon-class strategic nuclear submarine," it was even more formidable. It was a nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine in the Russian Navy and the largest submarine in the world in terms of size and displacent.
Its main weapon was the new Russian submarine-launched ballistic missile, the P-39. The missile was 16 ters long and 2.4 ters in diater, could carry 10 warheads, and had a range of 8,000 to 10,000 kiloters.
