"Sky Eye calling Wolverine, all targets are on the fifteenth floor. Possible internal conflict."

Bang!

A gunshot rang out.

Higant had only fired to vent his fear. He did not dare to shoot anyone.

But he did not dare, Frank did.

Without hesitation, Frank shot Higant dead.

Everyone imdiately turned their eyes toward the elevator shaft. The ergency lights were already on, barely illuminating the floor.

At the end of the elevator corridor stood a massive man dressed in black, a rocket launcher resting on his shoulder. Sweat dripped down his face in slow trails.

Inside the rooms on both sides, gun barrels were aid at the elevator shaft, waiting for soone to erge so they could cut him down instantly.

From the fourteenth floor to the fifteenth, the only way up was the elevator.

This was the sole entrance.

If there was anyone on the fifteenth floor who was not nervous, it was the man sitting casually at the table.

An earring hung from one ear. His head was shaved clean. A bent paperclip rolled lazily across his tongue. In his hand, a baseball rose and fell as he tossed it repeatedly.

The smile on his face grew wider by the second.

A target symbol stood out boldly on his forehead.

Yes, Lester, Bullseye.

Joe had paid an enormous price to hire him.

Bullseye had originally refused. But Joe's money spoke with remarkable sincerity, and Bullseye eventually agreed.

That said, Bullseye made one thing clear. He was good at killing people, not protecting them.

Frank had no objections.

Kill the enemy, and there would be no need for protection.

Bullseye privately approved of this logic and decided that, when the ti ca, he would take care of the problem properly.

What Bullseye did not know was that Joe and Frank had already made their own plans.

Once everything was over, they would concentrate their firepower and eliminate Lester.

Letting him hold the deposit for a few days was already generous.

Paynt? Reward?

The money had been tricked out of him. Why should they pay the rest?

Did he really think he could talk about final paynts with people like them?

Jimmy was already cleaning out the fourteenth floor.

"Hey, Big Daddy, I found the surveillance room. How do we deal with the hard drives?"

"Burn them."

"Alright."

Jimmy pulled out two barrels of gasoline from the [Horadric Cube], spread the fuel evenly, then fired a single shot.

Sparks ignited the room instantly.

He closed the door behind him.

"Sky Eye, what's the situation on the fifteenth floor?"

"All targets are clustered at the elevator entrance."

Jimmy listened carefully.

Seventeen people remained upstairs.

That was it.

Finish this quickly and be done with it.

He could even catch a short nap when he got ho.

Jimmy pried open the elevator doors below. He pulled the pin on a steel-bead grenade and tossed it upward casually.

He expected nothing special.

Instead, he heard a curse.

A baseball smashed into the exposed grenade and sent it flying back down.

Jimmy instantly dodged.

A mont later, a flaming rocket streaked downward.

Boom!

The explosion and the detonation of the steel beads sent shockwaves through the shaft.

Jimmy's expression darkened.

Above, Bullseye had reacted in ti, knocking the grenade back with his baseball. The large man holding the bazooka flipped the safety and fired without hesitation.

He slapped palms with the man beside him.

"Yeah!"

"Is it done?" Frank finally let out a breath.

"No one survives my big toy," the large man said confidently.

"Then go down and check."

"?" The large man pointed at himself.

"Yes, Now."

Reluctantly, the large man began searching for a rope, preparing to descend.

His hesitation said it all.

Even he knew that the person below was very likely still alive.

Jimmy rolled up his sleeves.

"Oh, co on, if this were just a gunfight and you were using SMGs or assault rifles, I could accept that, but rocket launchers? Really?"

"Since you want to play like this, don't bla for throwing away the rules!"

"I originally planned to face you as an ordinary person, fair and square."

"But now, I'm done pretending."

"I'll say it straight, I'm the future's strongest Wolverine."

Jimmy searched inside the [Horadric Cube] and pulled out a truly suitable weapon.

A massive iron anvil.

It was sothing Thorin and the dwarves had once used for forging. Back then, Jimmy had tossed it into storage just because he was bored.

Everything you keep for three years will eventually beco useful.

See? Now was that mont.

Jimmy tilted his head, listening carefully to the movent above. He found the right spot.

"Yep, right here."

He swung the anvil with all his strength.

Boom! Crash!

The floor shattered instantly. The anvil smashed straight through, punching a huge hole. Its montum did not stop there. It even cracked a smaller hole in the floor above.

Upstairs, everyone stared at one another, eyes wide, throats dry.

What the hell was that?

They had just been discussing how to go down. The big guy had even said his size made it difficult.

Now look at this thing.

No matter how big you are, you're not bigger than that.

What even was that giant chunk of iron?

Before anyone could finish processing the thought, Jimmy leapt up from the elevator shaft.

No one noticed him.

No one except Bullseye.

Bullseye instantly flicked his wrist, pulling three pinwheel darts from his belt and hurling them straight at Jimmy.

Jimmy locked eyes with him.

So that was it.

No wonder the grenade had been knocked back earlier.

So it was you.

Listen carefully, this is the sound of blades leaving their sheaths.

Your life ends here.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Twin pistols roared.

Jimmy dodged at extre speed, weaving through bullets. When both magazines ran dry, only two people were still standing.

Bullseye.

And Frank D'Amico.

In the blink of an eye, the situation was completely reversed.

Bullseye murmured to himself, disbelief creeping into his voice.

"I missed, I never miss, How did you dodge that?"

"Kill him!" Frank scread, firing wildly. "Kill him for !"

Bullseye snapped.

"Shut up."

Frank was practically wetting himself now. He raised his empty gun at Bullseye.

"I'm your boss! Kill him! Do it, or you won't get a single cent of your remaining paynt!"

"I said, shut up."

A dark blur flashed.

A pen from the table pierced straight through Frank's eye and into his brain.

Silence...

Completely and permanently.

Bullseye turned his attention back to Jimmy.

"Who are you?"

He held his darts tightly. Jimmy's earlier dodge had cracked sothing inside him. If he didn't kill this man, Bullseye might never trust his throws again.

This was no longer about money.

Jimmy smiled.

"Wolverine."

"Bullseye." A grin spread across his face. "Now the ga begins."

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

The darts flew, aid directly at Jimmy's vital points.

Bullseye was certain, No one could dodge at this distance.

These darts carried his absolute confidence.

They would hit.

All escape routes were sealed.

With a flick of his hand, Bullseye pulled out six more pinwheel darts, ready to finish the job.

Then Jimmy did sothing that made him freeze.

Jimmy did not dodge.

He charged straight forward.

Thud! Thud!

One dart pierced Jimmy's chest.

Another struck his neck.

Both were fatal wounds.

"Bullseye," he exhaled in relief. "Dead center."

He was about to step back and take his bow.

Then he realized sothing was very wrong.

Jimmy did not stop.

Slash!

Right through the heart.

Bullseye's eyes widened.

Heart pierced, pride shattered.

Bullseye was done.
