Through the Joker Community, Franklin asked Chloe about the prison where Ivan was being held.

After receiving the ssage, Chloe imdiately used the powerful performance of her supercomputer to search all of Paris’s traffic caras and quickly found Ivan’s trail.

Last night, caras near the Eiffel Tower had captured footage of Ivan being shoved into an armored car by special forces in black.

By tracking the armored car’s route via caras and the communication signals of the special forces inside, Chloe finally discovered the place where Ivan was imprisoned.

Chloe was just about to tell Franklin the destination when she found that the prison, hidden deep in the mountains, showed signs of nurous armored personnel carriers entering and exiting.

To find out the truth, Chloe hacked into the prison’s intranet and the prison guards’ cell phones, discovering that the French governnt had set a trap for Franklin and A-Train.

Not daring to be careless, Chloe imdiately notified Jason, who was in New York.

After getting the news, Jason wasn’t surprised.

As one of the five permanent mbers [of the UN Security Council], it would be ridiculous if France couldn’t even find the real culprits behind the Paris terrorist attack.

Instead, it was the trap they had set in the prison that piqued Jason’s curiosity.

Based on the trap’s layout, Jason concluded that the French governnt already knew about Franklin and A-Train’s superpowers, as well as their strengths and weaknesses.

If this weren’t the case, they couldn’t possibly have formulated such a detailed and flawless plan of action.

But this was the first ti Franklin and A-Train had operated overseas. How did the French governnt get this intel?

Running the recent events through his mind, the answer was obvious.

Tony Stark, Iron Man, just happened to be vacationing in Paris yesterday. As an old "friend" of the Joker organization, he had personally experienced the mbers’ superpowers and had a unique insight into their limitations.

Tony hated the Joker organization from the bottom of his heart. As long as the French governnt wanted to deal with Franklin and A-Train, he would definitely be eager to step up and spill everything he knew.

The source of the intel leak was found, but the problem at hand was still not solved.

The Paris prison was already heavily trapped by the military. According to the intel Chloe revealed, if Franklin and A-Train barged in, it would be certain death.

There were only two paths before Jason. First: give up on recruiting Ivan and order Franklin and the others to pull out imdiately.

With their powers, the French governnt definitely couldn’t hold them.

However, Jason wasn’t willing to give up on Ivan, and he didn’t want to be cornered by the French governnt and Tony Stark. So, he had to help Franklin find a new way out.

Luckily, this path wasn’t hard to find.

The soldiers in the prison were wearing heavy armor, waiting with their bare hands for the two to walk into the trap.

But that didn’t an Franklin and his team also had to storm the prison empty-handed.

A flash of inspiration hit Jason, and he ca up with a brilliant plan.

......

Franklin was driving around downtown Paris, seemingly aimlessly.

The surveillance vehicles tailing him changed one after another, but they were all being led around in circles like dogs on a leash.

Just then, a new ssage finally ca through the Joker Community.

Franklin held the steering wheel with one hand, holding his phone with the other to read the action plan sent by Chloe.

The plan detailed the prison’s geographical location and structural layout, simultaneously warning him that the prison was heavily trapped by the military. But luckily, Jason had thought of a way to break the stalemate.

After finishing the plan, Franklin smirked and put down his phone.

.........

The target vehicle suddenly turned and accelerated, making the officers tailing him sense that sothing was wrong.

They reported the situation to headquarters while speeding up to follow.

Unfortunately, Franklin had no intention of bringing them along.

His superpower activated, and the tailing vehicle swerved violently to the left.

The driver was shocked, gripping the steering wheel tightly with all his strength, trying to wrench the car back on course.

However, the power steering wheel locked up completely. The driver strained until his face turned red, but he couldn’t turn the wheel back.

He and the officer in the passenger seat could only watch helplessly as the vehicle sped towards a roadside cafe.

Inside the bright, floor-to-ceiling windows, several custors were leisurely enjoying their coffee.

They happened to look back, only to see a car hurtling towards them at high speed.

"My God!"

A custor scread and scrambled to run.

But in the next second, the car smashed through the glass and burst into the shop. Those few custors didn’t have ti to dodge and were sent flying by the front of the car.

The car was moving fast. After shattering the glass, it barreled through, crushing tables, chairs, and the cafe counter like matchwood, only stopping after it punched a large hole in the cafe’s outer wall.

The elegant, refined cafe was instantly reduced to a ruin.

The floor was covered in glass shards, bricks, coffee supplies, limbs, organs, blood, and gasoline.

The car billowed thick black smoke, emitting a foul stench.

The length of the car’s body was reduced by half, the cabin crushed like a compressed biscuit.

Screech!

Seeing the car ahead crash, the surveillance vehicle behind it imdiately slamd on its brakes and stopped by the road.

The target had superpowers. The car in front suddenly losing control was definitely their doing.

Since the other party had already spotted them, continuing the tail would only lead to the sa fate as the car in front.

Looking at the grueso scene at the cafe, the plainclothes officers, shaken, quickly got out of their vehicle and reported the incident to headquarters.

Upon receiving the news, headquarters imdiately ordered their subordinates to halt the pursuit and use traffic caras to find Franklin’s location.

After hearing the order, the temporary command post sprang into action.

But after a while, a subordinate reported in disappointnt, "Sir, none of the traffic caras have spotted them."

Franklin was a superhuman. How could they possibly find him with just traffic caras?

Hearing this, the headquarters commander flew into a rage, pointing at his subordinate’s nose and cursing, "Idiots! Don’t you know how to think in reverse? Go check the operational status of all traffic caras. Any that show an abnormal status, that’s where they are!"

After hearing the commander’s words, the subordinate had an epiphany.

They imdiately checked the status of all traffic caras in Paris. Then, based on the caras’ locations and the tis the anomalies occurred, they mapped out Franklin’s escape route.

Looking at the route map on the big screen, everyone understood that Franklin was preparing to flee the Paris tropolitan area.

But the problem was, this route was in the opposite direction of the prison.

Could it be that our military might was so overwhelming that these two terrorists gave up on the prison break?

Many of the subordinates held this view, but the decision-makers in the command center didn’t think so at all.

A criminal organization that had played S.H.I.E.L.D. and the US governnt like fools—would they give up on their objective so easily?

The answer was no.

Not only that, they were definitely brewing so bigger plot.

.........

Franklin sped his car toward the outskirts of Paris.

However, his subconscious act of disabling traffic caras had also revealed his movents to the operations command.

This was sothing Franklin hadn’t anticipated, but even if he had, the problem was unavoidable.

Fortunately, the Paris suburbs didn’t have traffic caras, so the command center lost Franklin’s trail again, and his true objective remained unknown.

After speeding along the suburban highway for nearly an hour, Franklin finally reached his destination: an air force base on the outskirts of Paris.

That’s right. Jason’s flash of brilliance was to have Franklin go to the air force base, steal a fighter jet, and then bomb the "heavily guarded" prison flat.

According to the prison’s structural blueprints, a sensitive prisoner like Ivan would definitely be held on the lowest level. Flattening the prison wouldn’t kill him, so they could bomb it without worry.

Two kiloters from the air force base, a sentry on duty spotted the speeding rcedes with his binoculars.

The sentry imdiately beca vigilant and reported the situation to the base commander.

While waiting for a reply, he used a loudspeaker to shout at the vehicle, ordering it to slow down and stop imdiately.

Unexpectedly, the rcedes actually began to slow down and stopped in front of the checkpoint.

Several ard soldiers prepared to walk over and inspect it, but the passenger door opened.

A man with a 9mm buzz cut got out of the car.

The soldiers looked at each other, confused.

Just as they were about to step forward and question him, the man in front of them suddenly vanished.

A-Train zipped past the barrier and appeared in front of a soldier, staring at him with a mocking expression.

The unlucky soldier blinked, and suddenly saw a face right in front of him.

The soldier’s heart nearly burst from fright, and he subconsciously threw a punch.

Unsurprisingly, the punch hit nothing but air.

A-Train moved to his side and pulled the pistol from the soldier’s leg holster.

Click!

A round was chambered.

A-Train pressed the gun to the soldier’s temple and pulled the trigger.

Bang! Blood spattered everywhere.

The soldier crumpled to the ground.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

A series of gunshots rang out. Many soldiers died ingloriously without even seeing the enemy.

A few seconds later, all the soldiers guarding the checkpoint were dead.

A-Train tossed the pistol and picked up a soldier’s walkie-talkie.

An urgent voice ca from it: "What’s happening at the checkpoint? Why are there gunshots?"

"Soldier, please respond! Soldier..."

A-Train didn’t understand French, but he just smirked, keyed the mic, and said, "Sorry, he’s never going to answer you again."

"My God! Who are you..."

Smash!

The walkie-talkie hit the ground and was crushed under his foot.

A-Train crouched down, grabbed two guns, hit the switch for the electronic barrier, and ran back to the car.

"Hold on, I’m flooring it!" Franklin slamd the accelerator to the floor.

The roar of the engine erupted. The rcedes burned rubber as it took off, speeding towards the air force base’s main gate.

"Oh, shit!"

A-Train was caught off guard by the sudden acceleration. "Bro, slow down!" He yelled.

Franklin glanced over and mocked him, "You, a speed superhuman, are afraid of speeding? Hahaha... how interesting."

A-Train fell silent, his face dark.

The rcedes was only halfway there when piercing alarms blared across the sky.

All base personnel assembled imdiately, donning bulletproof vests and grabbing rifles, lining up in formation outside the plaza.

All pilots sprinted to the hangars, preparing to take off to prevent these unknown individuals from destroying the aircraft.

The soldiers guarding the main gate had also received kill orders. They stared intently at the approaching rcedes, waiting for it to enter firing range.

But just then, the rcedes began to slow down again.

Franklin said, "Driving through is too dangerous, we’ll be torn to shreds by bullets. You should just carry over."

Hearing this, A-Train smiled, thinking his chance for revenge had finally co.

He unbuckled his seatbelt and said, "It’s fine, bro, you don’t need to get out of the car."

Franklin whipped his head around, complaining, "Hey! That was just a joke, don’t..."

Before he could finish, A-Train had already opened the door and vanished from sight.

After activating his superpower, ti around him seed to slow down.

Even the rcedes, moving at 180 km/h, seed to crawl like a turtle.

A-Train walked to the back of the car, stretched his limbs, and placed his hands firmly on the trunk.

He pushed hard with his legs, and the rcedes’s slow speed instantly rocketed.

The car went faster and faster, quickly breaking its 220 km/h top speed, and appeared at the base’s gate in the blink of an eye.

Only then did A-Train begin to pull back on the car, slowing it to a stop.

His power disengaged. Franklin’s upper body bounced back and forth like a spring, his head spinning, unable to open his dazed eyes.

Knock, knock, knock!

A-Train tapped on the window, grinning. "How was that for a ride, bro?"

Franklin, coming to his senses, said angrily, "You little shit. I’ll rember this."

A-Train just laughed, unconcerned. He pointed at the stunned soldiers at the base entrance. "Bro, you better make your move. Otherwise, you’re really about to be turned into swiss cheese."

Franklin snorted coldly and made a grasping motion in the air.

The high-voltage electric fence on the base walls instantly exploded, crackling and popping.

The next second, a dense storm of purple lightning raged and danced.

The soldiers guarding the gate were struck by the lightning storm. Their bodies instantly went rigid, and then they fell to the ground, stiff as boards, like a row of dominoes.

The lightning storm ended. A-Train lowered the arm he’d used to shield his face. Staring at the ground littered with corpses and electrical sparks, he was completely dumbfounded.

He’d reaped hundreds of lives in a single move. Franklin was too fucking strong.

Franklin got out of the car, his face dark. With a wave of his arm, the tal barrier gate lifted automatically. He then strode into the air force base.

A-Train snapped out of his daze and quickly zipped to Franklin’s side, saying with a grin, "Bro, that move just now was so cool."

Franklin gave a cold laugh. "Kissing my ass won’t help. I’ll get you back for this sooner or later."

Hearing this, A-Train’s expression froze, and a chill ran up his spine.

......

The checkpoint and the main gate had been breached one after the other. The base commander was furious.

But these two were clearly not ordinary people, so it was understandable that the soldiers couldn’t hold them.

The commander had no choice but to order the fighter jets to scramble, hoping to use their mobility and firepower to eliminate them. After giving the order, he imdiately called the President to request assistance.

A-Train had his arm around Franklin’s neck, helping him move around the base looking for fighter jets.

But the air force base was just too big. They did a full lap and still couldn’t find where the hangars were.

Just as they were at a loss, the commander provided an assist—the fighter jets actually started rolling out of the hangars on their own.

"Bro, look!"

Franklin turned his head, a look of delight instantly appearing on his face.

He’d only dread of flying a plane before, but today he could finally experience it for himself. And he was starting with a top-tier fighter jet, no less.

Tsk tsk, how sweet!

A dozen or so fighter jets rolled out of the hangar, preparing to taxi to the runway for takeoff.

Compared to A-Train’s speed, the jet’s taxiing speed was the difference between a Ferrari and a toy Ferrari.

So, Franklin wasn’t in a hurry to act. He just strolled through the air force base, looking for a plane he liked.

However, the fighter jets all looked more or less the sa, and none of them particularly caught his eye.

Just as Franklin was about to just grab any old one, a special plane appeared.

It was a fourth-generation Mirage fighter, still in the developnt phase, with VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) capabilities.

Flas jetted from the engine nozzles in the middle of the Mirage’s tail, and the fighter jet steadily lifted off the ground, hovering in the air.

The scene was incredibly sci-fi. With just one look, Franklin fell in love with this plane.

He ran over excitedly and made a grasping motion with his right hand. From this mont on, the plane was his.

The pilot in the cockpit tried to control the aircraft, only to find it was unresponsive. It was flying towards Franklin.

The pilot cried out in alarm, imdiately calling the tower: "Mayday! Mayday! Mayday! I’ve lost control of the aircraft! I repeat! I have lost control!"

The base’s control tower heard the distress signal and was completely baffled.

Through the glass, they could clearly see the plane taking off normally. Why would it suddenly lose control?

anwhile, the base commander was completely stunned after his phone call with the president.

The two intruders were both superhumans. One had super-speed, and the other could control electronics.

In this entire air force base, was there a single plane that didn’t use electronics?

The answer was zero!

How the fuck were they supposed to fight this? They might as well just surrender.

The commander made a swift decision, grabbing his trusted aides and fleeing to the safe room in his office.

The Mirage fighter lowered its landing gear and descended slowly. Franklin waved his hand again, and the fighter’s canopy opened.

Seeing this, the two pilots imdiately raised their hands in surrender.

After receiving a sharp "Get lost," the two pilots scrambled out of the plane.

Franklin and A-Train climbed into the Mirage fighter and closed the canopy. The engine roared, and the jet imdiately began to ascend.

At that sa mont, the dozen or so jets had just reached the runway.

The Mirage fighter accelerated and flew over the runway. Franklin activated his power again, taking control of all dozen jets on the ground.

The jets successfully took off, and the soldiers on the ground cheered.

But just as they were expecting the jets to eliminate the enemy, they heard a continuous stream of distress calls from the pilots.

Just like before, all dozen jets were out of control.

The "steal a plane" mission was complete. Franklin prepared to scram.

To prevent other fighters from tracking and intercepting them, he controlled the jets, preparing to fire missiles to destroy the airbase.

Since he didn’t know where the hangars were, the simplest way was to destroy every building on the base.
