Now reading: Chapter 409 409 from Marvel's Kryptonian Scientist, a Action novel by TutorialNPC.

It seed that divine authority was making its return.

Within the Black Hole Dinsion, Drex Valen finally recovered from the overwhelming feast.

Power beyond imagination coursed through every part of his body.

With a casual gesture, he could now erase hundreds, even thousands, of single universes.

The magnitude of that strength was difficult to comprehend.

At this level, even if he stepped into another Dinsional Lord's domain, he no longer needed to worry about being overpowered.

Yet he remained dissatisfied.

"This kind of strength can still be asured," Drex said quietly. "True power should be infinite. Boundless."

His goal had never changed.

He wanted to reach the level of the Thought Robot.

Even among multiversal entities, the Five Great Gods were insignificant compared to that existence.

But Drex believed that once he crossed into the multiversal realm himself, he would be capable of challenging the Thought Robot.

Perhaps even destroying it.

He refused to believe that rebooting the multiverse was the only way to erase such a being.

After consuming the Heaven Dinsion, Drex reconstructed Heaven itself within the upper reaches of the Black Hole Dinsion.

Only now, it belonged to him.

The eight hundred million angelic souls harvested from Heaven had been converted into energy for the Black Hole Dinsion.

All except one.

Michael's soul.

Michael, the six-winged Seraph, stood among the highest-ranking angels of the Heavenly Host.

Unlike ordinary angels, he possessed genuine self-awareness, emotions, and individuality.

More importantly, he possessed divine status.

Within Jehovah's pantheon, a Seraph was no different from a god in any practical sense.

The only reason Michael remained classified as an angel rather than a deity was because Jehovah's faith operated under a strict monotheistic structure.

It was a matter of title, not power.

Because of that, Michael's soul was fundantally different from every other angelic soul.

The others had been tools.

Michael had been a god without a divine na.

"What a sha."

Drex examined the soul floating above his palm.

"If this were the DC version of Michael, I'd probably jump straight into the beyond-multiversal tier after absorbing it."

Still, he had another use for it.

He needed subordinates.

Powerful ones.

Subordinates capable of accelerating his harvest of souls.

In other words...

The age of divine judgnt had arrived.

God would judge.

God would sentence.

God would enforce justice.

Humanity would no longer be divided by borders.

Cri itself would cease to exist.

A cold smile touched Drex's face.

"Let's wipe out evil in one stroke."

He snapped his fingers.

The countless souls transford by the Black Hole Dinsion beca new life.

One hundred million beings appeared.

Every one of them possessed flawless features and ideal physiques.

n and won alike stood tall and radiant.

Their bodies were powerful and perfectly proportioned, carrying an effortless sense of dignity and strength.

Behind them spread enormous wings.

Golden wings.

Their feathers glead like sunlight forged into tal, each one resembling a strand of pure gold.

rely looking at them inspired feelings of reverence and nobility.

"My God."

The newly created beings imdiately possessed intelligence and self-awareness.

And they understood their purpose.

Purify all evil.

A far harsher creed than anything preached by traditional monotheistic religions.

"Go."

Drex nodded.

He had gifted these Golden Angels with unimaginable power.

One hundred million of them.

Enough to cleanse the world with ease.

At the sa ti, Angel Yan and her angelic legions joined the operation.

There was no declaration.

No warning.

The Purifying Divine Judgnt began without fanfare.

The Golden Angels would appear before their targets, recite their cris, and then strike.

Nothing more.

A flash of gold.

A severed head.

A bisected body.

The execution was swift and absolute.

A single Golden Angel could slaughter thousands of heavily ard terrorists without difficulty.

They moved so quickly that their victims rarely understood what was happening before they died.

By the following morning, nearly thirty percent of the world's population had vanished.

Every one of them had been connected to criminal acts or evil deeds.

The Golden Angels paid no attention to social standing.

Politicians.

Business magnates.

Military leaders.

Celebrities.

None of it mattered.

What significance could mortal authority possibly hold before divine judgnt?

"Even Nick Fury got cut down."

Drex casually rolled a soul between his fingers.

The harvest had been enormous.

Although these souls could not compare to the quality of the eight hundred million angelic souls he had gained from Heaven, they were still valuable.

Unfortunately, the consequences were imdiate.

The Earth of this cinematic universe descended into widespread panic.

The Ancient One did nothing.

As long as humanity wasn't facing extinction, intervention rarely interested her.

In fact, she might have considered the situation beneficial.

The United States suffered particularly severe losses.

Large portions of its leadership had been wiped out.

Only a handful remained.

The resulting vacuum threw the nation into chaos.

So people who had never committed major cris before took advantage of the confusion to loot and riot.

Most survived only a few minutes.

The mont they crossed the line, a Golden Angel found them.

There was no trial.

No courtroom.

No appeal.

Just execution.

The Golden Angels made no effort to remove the bodies afterward.

The corpses were left where they fell.

Fear was part of the lesson.

Drex's actions had dramatically increased the cost of cri.

In many countries, even severe offenses no longer resulted in execution.

Life sentences and absurdly long prison terms had replaced capital punishnt.

That system no longer mattered.

The Golden Angels could not be bribed.

They could not be pressured.

They could not be manipulated.

If they judged soone guilty, the sentence was always death.

Resistance was aningless.

So nations even attempted to exploit Arica's collapse and launch military operations against it.

The leaders responsible were promptly executed.

Across the world, ordinary people lived in fear.

No one knew how to adapt to a world ruled by a god.

If every cri resulted in death, how was society supposed to function?

Most people avoided major cris already.

But minor wrongdoing?

Who could honestly claim a completely spotless life?

Making matters worse, the new god who had destroyed Heaven had offered no explanation.

No commandnts.

No scripture.

No guidance.

International conflicts created an even greater dilemma.

One nation's hero could easily be another nation's villain.

As long as nations and ethnic identities existed, such contradictions would remain.

How would divine judgnt handle that?

Would everyone involved be condemned?

Fortunately for humanity, they didn't have to wait long.

One of the Golden Angels made contact with a major world power and delivered the divine decree of the God of Destruction and Ruin.

There would be no more national borders.

No more human legal systems.

God would provide protection.

Any extraterrestrial threats would be handled by the Golden Angels.

This arrangent would allow Drex to maximize soul collection, whether those souls belonged to criminals or ordinary people.

The Earth of the Mutant Universe received the sa treatnt.

After cleansing evil across multiple Earths throughout the multiverse, only ten thousand Golden Angels remained behind in this universe.

The rest departed for the Mutant Universe.

The amount of evil there was significantly greater.

The resulting harvest filled Drex's coffers with an enormous number of souls.

At first glance, the strategy seed shortsighted, like slaughtering livestock instead of breeding them.

But from Drex's perspective, it made little difference.
