While Walker knew that Onyx and Rey were letting the others know and had even begun communicating with the scouts and others who would be able to assist him, he felt that he was still sowhat stuck.
It wasn't the imnsity of the first chain in this quest, that felt normal for the position he and the others were in. His party had dealt with things in the world which could be considered as so of the largest turning points in history. Even if that sounded arrogant, it was just the fact of things right now.
Yet, when it ca to improving ten of the elental bridges to the elental planes, he was sowhat stumped. The simple reason being that he had managed to do so already by using an imnse amount of mana to stabilize the space mana and encourage the bridges to be smoother already.
The idea that he needed to go back to each individual one of the ten bridges ant that there was sothing more that needed to be done. They were not strong enough to handle what was happening with the elental planes and what might affect them if chaotic mana broke through accidentally to the world.
It wasn't the fault of the space mana, it was purely a lack of proper balance. The chaotic mana causing pressure would in turn cause there to be more issues. If there were so many elental planes out in the chaos, it also presented another curiosity for Walker.
The origin beings, his race, those that were so much more powerful than him… why would they be struggling to bring all of the elental planes in to the areas that they held them?
It also made him question why there had been so many of those elental planes existing spaced out and waiting for the chance to join the other elental planes. Was it that the process was troubleso? Or was it to maintain the balance and it had to be done more slowly?
He had seen so of the issues being the beings within and how they might be too dangerous, but that could be handled potentially in ti. And from what he knew, the other more powerful origin beings might be able to influence ti mana to so degree so they might be able to even handle that issue.
Would that be viable though? He had no idea but had a sneaking suspicion that it would not be possible whatsoever.
All of this was a pressure on his shoulders making question what he should be doing right now in terms of his own preparation.
The natural mana around him pulled in slightly as Walker noticed that Fleur was pulling more of every mana in to her self and helping store it in his spirit markings. He naturally absorbed natural mana too now but with Fleur beginning to prepare Walker knew that she also had a quest.
It was sothing he really worried about because when Fleur left her place resting within the spirit markings, it was to handle business with the spirit race. They would need her to assist in various aspects of Genesis.
While issues with the spirit race were so rare that it was hard for him to even na one, Walker knew that was because of their hard work and dedication. Their growth in intelligence and magnificent bonds with mana allowed them to do incredible things.
Those that controlled the dwarven golems of various forms was evidence of that. They could reside within the cores of those golems and use them as another body. Many of them took jobs moving heavy items, exploring dangerous elental areas, and even fighting alongside the soldiers.
Where Fleur often had to act was when they struggled to control their mana or they needed help learning to do sothing she had experiences with.
She was a world spirit now though too. His class was more than the representative or leader of a race. It was as a being most connected to the world.
The world had connected to existence as it should be but still had a will of its own. That wasn't surprising knowing that each mana and its own United will as well though. Fleur could interpret that will to so degree though, and if she was gathering and condensing natural mana to hold on to and share with Walker, it ant that he should look to enhance his manas as well.
The space mana he knew he would need to influence the bridges was primary. Then there was life and death manas.
These two manas were harder to casually gather and condense, but with what he knew he would need them to both enhance the areas where the bridges were and also to assist the elental planes he would pull in to the world.
After a deep breath, Walker stepped in to the air and moved to the bridge that was nearest.
It was still in the middle of the fire and earth territories of Genesis. Still being watched but with fewer guards since the true earth sage had made it clear he was handling the other side of the bridge personally. That alone had caused a lot of stress to leave the people's minds since there was not a monster threat potentially breaking in.
It also made the areas a very good place for him to fall in to ditation while sensing the bridge to the elental planes itself.
If he didn't know exactly how to focus on fixing the issue, then he should explore the manas and the feeling of the bridge while he condensed manas as well. He could enhance the density of life mana to so degree and even do so with death mana even though he lacked experience in doing that. Besides this, he could use natural mana to enhance this process overall.
Falling in to a state of ditation here didn't surprise any of the guards. They knew the oddities surrounding Walker always led to new improvents to their lives. If not right away, they would hear or see the results in ti. That was the base of trust they had in him.
The imdiate resonance with the bridge next to Walker was sothing he should have expected. He'd bonded with them by influencing the space mana associated with all of them. He'd even taken space mana in to his body and anchored it as a clearer part of who he was.
While that was a step toward becoming a proper origin race mber, Walker would have to admit that it also put him more in tune with existence itself. Space was everywhere after all, not many could even sense it or grasp at it, but it was even part of all other manas in so shape, way, or form.
His mana reached out tentatively. He wasn't worried, he was just trying to be delicate as he delved in to the space mana which made up the bridge before him.
He had originally believed that what he'd done before would make it more efficient and strong enough to handle everything, but realistically he'd been foolish.
The influence headboard in all the bridges to the elental planes had just been enough to handle the pure mana flowing through it at the mont. Not a higher influx of mana that would co when the elental planes were shifting and showing the effects of growth.
He noticed the space mana to be as stable as it was before. The smooth flow of earth mana was still there, if not slightly stronger than what it had been the last ti he was here.
He did detect a little wind mana though. Potentially the effects of the elental planes shifting and soon to be running more pure wind manA through this bridge specifically.
While this would present its own challenges since the trend was for the true sages to visit, Walker needed to focus on other things right this mont.
The space mana felt solid. Not that it truly was but it felt to Walker's senses that it was well anchored and would be very hard to stress. However, that was all foolish fluttering thought. The pure manas that would pulse through the elental planes would easily stress and pressure the space mana making the bridges too small to withstand it all.
His eyebrows twitched as the idea of size truly ca forward in his mind.
The bridges would be too small to handle the amount of manas flowing through. Yes, massive monsters could co through but the reason that worked was assistance from others.
If the bridges were expanded then they would be able to allow manas to move back and much more easily. That was what Walker needed right now. It would just take a lot more space mana than he'd used thus far.
