The earth being less and less led to the oddity of walking on what felt like nothing for the rest of the party. Onyx took a spot on Su's shoulder this ti so he could send out dark or like spikes at enemies and work from a distance if need be. Midnight had taken the full dragon form instead of the dragonkin form while Alice humd softly making light plates to walk on even though she knew she did not need them, it was just more comfortable for her.
The space mana here was higher making it just about a space elental plane. However, this was different. It allowed them to move around and through it but they had to bring their own mana around their bodies to be able to actually more. It was easier to say this was an isolating elental plane that just held things steady rather than made for travel and living.
Rey and Gil were focusing on their movents to naturally bring out their inner manas and move. Since Rey naturally carried fire mana within her body due to the fact that she had acclimated to it more and more closely as she developed her racial aspects and generally her skills, the heat and red sparks were a show of her abilities. Then there was Gil and his natural movents carrying the slightest bit of mana because he had trained with the high eleven dagger technique that drew in natural mana, he always had mana pulled toward him when he moved properly now.
They could tell there were shapes in the distance but how far they were was hard to tell. The odd bits of mana that moved and flowed around also made things harder. Gil would rarely use just mana as a way to track anything but now he was using a little focus on the changes to realize there was ambient moving mana that seed to have no rhythm or reason.
"We are looking for smaller elental planes, life, death, space, and if possible ti. But we need to figure out if we can sense them or if my senses can't capture a path." Walker spoke pretty outright with what he was struggling with. He could sense manas but isolating the direction that they ca from and if they were from a small elental plane was a loss for him.
"We might manage to et a few dragons or other wandering guardians that work with the external kings and the origin beings. They will move around checking smaller elental planes and examining what they can." This was both a worry and a note of excitent. If they were to et those guardians then they would be able to get directions sowhat. However, they might also have to show them that they are not too weak to be moving through this area.
"I have no idea if we will be able to easily enter any smaller elental planes. They might be isolated. The space elental plane before had a space dragon in it and that plane was isolated almost entirely. That could an others are completely isolated but more condensed and solid space elental manas halting anything from moving through or around them. The manas in the air might be from safer less isolated elental planes."
As the rest of the party listened they understood that they might not actually get to explore everything they found. A problem that they could tackle later when they got to that point.
Otherwise, the expanse between the smaller elental planes was seemingly larger than expected. Then again, they were all considering the fact that the origin beings had been moving elental planes and incorporating in to the greater elental planes. aning there would be larger expanses between elental planes.
"So might have condensed or overlapped too. You told us that the smaller elental planes could condense before they were brought in or that life, death, space, and ti might exist over top of others." After pointing this out, Su turned and took the lead, she wasn't waiting and Walker knew that she was encouraging him not to stand contemplating everything so much, he needed to act,
Moving forward, Alice had buffs applied to everyone and Walker did the sa, he was focusing on the simple fact that they should all be prepared for safety over everything easel. Especially since they had no idea what they would find ahead. They did know that water mana was a little denser aning that the odds of nearing a small water elental plane were high.
As if proving it to them the blue cool feeling as they approached what seed to be a bubble of ice with water inside it grew bigger in their vision. It was a significantly sized ball that could be said to be the side of a town or larger village. Clear ice all around it with small bubbles proved it was not a singular water elental plane.
"There are mixed elental planes here!" Walker took a leap ahead as he understood that it would be one that needed to be placed within a border actively expanding a border rather than maintaining it. It was interesting to see since there would be dual elental species of monster or plants that ford within.
The wind mana was taking the form of air bubbles flowing through the icy bubble. aning that the mix was in the movent of cold water and wind through everything. Mixed enough to be balanced but not enough to be perfectly one thing just yet.
This also ant everything within it was isolated by the denser ice outside so that the manas would not escape. Only a little water and wind mana seeped outside of the sphere made. "So this is made by an origin being then?" Gil's question ca to Walker who shrugged as if it had to be the case.
"I would have to guess that is how it is. There has to be an origin being or beings that are strong enough to maintain it all. aning that everything we know might actually be held together by even greater forces then what he had realized." Walker's causal tone when saying this made everyone try and brush the thoughts away as fast as possible.
It wasn't because they did not find these things interesting. It was simple because they felt that if they focused on it their brains might actually lt out of their ears from trying to think too hard. The general idea that their entire existence might be held together by beings so powerful that they could literally encompass everything they thought they knew…. Well, it was just hard to comprehend at where they stood now.
"I will say this though, this space between the smaller elental planes here developing is not the space elental plane I want or need to learn from. There are more and I assu there are even different planes above or sohow on top of what we are doing now. They are just too unique and specialized for to understand either." with a shrug, Walker placed a hand on the ice and felt that there was nothing beyond what he could sense other than mixing wind and water manas.
"This elental plane of wind and water is not developed yet. There's nothing alive inside. It's just manas so I would say it must have just been dropped here recently." His thoughts also lingered on the fact that very little mana leaked out aning it was isolated just so that the manas could ld together better. And looking around them, there were a few other elental planes near enough that he could explore them as well.
"So we should head to that one then since it is way more interesting?" Subtle was not how anyone would describe what Rey was doing. However, it was the nearest spot that stood out. It was also smaller, more like a denser mansion sized bubble or red.
"You want to look at the fire elental plane over there? Yeah, we should have guessed. But it's smaller, Walker, do you know why?"
"Purity. That might look smaller but it has very high fire elental mana purity from what I can sense." Walker could tell, whether it was just his instincts or actual senses he didn't know. What he did understand though was that the fire mana he could sense within that spatial bubble was much greater than normal. Even the greater fire elental plane would only be able to compete in the central areas.
"Then it's perfect to check out. If the mana is purer, then there might be sothing growing there that no one else has ever seen." Rey grinned like a child finding a stash of candy. She was already flapping wings of fla to get there faster.
