"Professor, how is this an unreasonable request? You’re clearly helping out of a tough spot!"

Li Zheng laughed heartily and invited, "But there’s no rush for this matter. Today, I’ll treat everyone to a gathering. We can chat while we eat."

"Sounds good," Rothschild accepted the invitation.

That evening, Mirel was busy for a solid two hours, cooking up a table full of delicious food, much to Xiaoying’s delight, who looked like she wanted to jump right into the middle of the table.

Watching her gobble down like a wolf, Zhan Zhouzhou repeatedly explained, "I swear, I haven’t let her go hungry even once! Really! You must believe !"

Feng Yue and Mudala looked on with skepticism. If she hadn’t been starved, how could she be eating like a bulldozer clearing land?

Li Zheng was counting the supplies in his capsule, worried, "This isn’t good. With such a money-eating beast to feed, my savings will soon be spent."

In his cold storage were the best ingredients, and the better they were, the more he saved them for last. Even Li Zheng himself couldn’t bear to eat them on usual days.

But Xiaoying didn’t care about that; the better the ingredients, the tastier the dish. To her, it was like Pigsy eating ginseng fruit, gulping down without even chewing!

"Looks like before going to school, I’ll need to address Xiaoying’s eating habits first," Li Zheng said with a stern face.

At ho with family, letting Xiaoying be a bit indulgent was fine.

But there were guests today, and her behavior was truly sowhat impolite.

"Haha, kids, you know. In our race, we have a saying that being able to eat is a blessing," Rothschild chuckled, "because families with less fortunate conditions can’t afford to let their children eat much."

"Oh?" Li Zheng raised an eyebrow, "Your hotown has this saying too? It seems eating is sothing every race in the universe holds in high regard."

After all, concerning survival, as long as one is an intelligent being, their evolutionary history must have gone through many famines. So respecting food, eating, and deriving sayings is quite normal.

"It’s not just my race; many other races also pass down similar sayings." The professor’s mouth was like that of a crocodile, unable to chew and could only tear food apart before slowly swallowing.

Luckily, Mirel’s knife skills were excellent. Each dish was crafted ticulously, avoiding the scene where the professor would tear food apart in public.

However, the professor wasn’t accustod to using chopsticks, so he only sampled each dish lightly and then started talking business with Li Zheng.

In the Gravity Research Institute, there were many individual gravity fields, numbering in the thousands.

But many of them were usually reserved by researchers from other institutes, or long-term rented by people from other research centers. So, there weren’t many idle gravity fields available for free use.

Rothschild’s intention was that Li Zheng only needed to find ten more Water Blue Star people to participate in training and research.

Li Zheng, however, wasn’t satisfied. He wanted more Water Blue Star people to train here.

But the lack of gravity fields was indeed a big problem.

Building more wasn’t possible either.

The space in the institute was limited, and the areas where buildings and equipnt could be added had already been constructed.

Unless soone spends a fortune to purchase a property in Block 375, submits an application through the terminal, and uses advanced spatial transformation technology to expand the internal space.

Afterward, they’d order from the Gravity Research Institute, purchasing enough gravity generation fields and monitoring equipnt for the control room.

"If I were to establish a hundred gravity rooms, including the cost of property and equipnt, how much would it cost in total Crystal Coins?" Li Zheng asked Rothschild.

"A complete set of equipnt for a fifty-ti gravity generation field costs about..." Rothschild, busy with research, couldn’t imdiately recall.

"A thousand Purple Crystal Coins," Feng Yue interjected, "That’s just for the equipnt, not including the shell of the gravity room. If you want to build a hundred sets, you’d need to prepare at least 150,000 Purple Crystal Coins. And for properties that could house a hundred gravity rooms, the price varies between 10,000 Purple Crystal Coins to 100,000 Purple Crystal Coins depending on the block."

Feng Yue was referring to areas outside of Block 50, where larger houses in the first fifty blocks are priced even higher.

"Furthermore, there’s also the ongoing cost for energy, which is a significant expense," Feng Yue advised, "Pathfinder, building your own gravity rooms isn’t cost-effective. At most, build one for your own convenience, but constructing a whole setup for others to use is truly not worth it."

After all, a gravity field is different from places like martial arts clubs and gyms.

Going to a martial arts club or gym, the worst that can happen is getting injured.

But training in a gravity field can be deadly!

So, outside the Gravity Research Institute, no one was utilizing this technology to open shops and make profits in the Outer City.

If Li Zheng were to establish a hundred gravity rooms, it would be a complete loss.

"Alright..."

After contemplating for a while, Li Zheng said to Mudala, "Tomorrow, go to Block 4 and find soone nad Lu Li. Have him select ten people and co with you to Block 375."

The Water Blue Star players in Block 4 were initially managed by Zhan Zhouzhou. However, she found it botherso and passed the responsibility to Xiao Siyuan, who went to Block 375 to train instead.

Now, Xiao Siyuan also left Block 4 to study with a doctor and handed the responsibility over to Lu Li, who had been cured of his ntal illness.

After his ntal illness was cured, Li Zheng and the others realized that Lu Li was surprisingly reliable, and many things weren’t the "broad-thinking of a ntally ill person" joke that everyone used to make, but he actually had many unique perspectives.

Sotis, Li Zheng wondered if it wasn’t for the ntal illness, Lu Li’s achievents might have been higher than Lu Manjiang’s.

"Yes, my lord!" Mudala nodded emphatically; this was the second task her master assigned her to do alone, and she was determined to complete it seriously.

After deciding the number of Water Blue Star people to co over, Rothschild soon made an excuse to leave.

Feng Yue followed shortly after.

Only Zhan Zhouzhou was left among the outsiders present.

After dinner, Li Zheng transferred so travel expenses to Mudala and then sent her off with Zhan Zhouzhou to stay at her rented place for the night.

By the way, he also sent Xiaoying over.

Upon hearing Li Zheng’s arrangent to let Xiaoying stay at Zhan Zhouzhou’s place, Mirel instantly understood his intention, with her eyes twinkling like spring water, she quickly tidied up the leftover dishes.

The following eight thousand words are omitted.

Deep into the night, just past midnight, Li Zheng erged from the bathroom with Mirel in his arms.

The two sat on the bed and proceeded to open today’s Treasure Chest.

With a muffled "thud," today’s Treasure Chest finally appeared in a form that was never seen before.

"A new Treasure Chest!"

Mirel’s eyes lit up, "Could it finally produce sothing other than Wish Stone Fragnts?"

"Maybe..." Li Zheng’s expression suddenly changed, his right ear twitched, and he turned his head to listen: "Is it an illusion? I think I heard soone talking from the Treasure Chest?"

Mirel listened carefully for a while, equally puzzled, "I heard it too."

Could the Treasure Chest possibly contain a living person?

The two exchanged amazed glances and quickly got dressed.

Li Zheng solemnly said, "You step aside, just in case whatever’s inside is hostile and hurts you."

"Okay." Mirel moved to the side, leaving Li Zheng alone in front of the Treasure Chest.

With both hands on the Treasure Chest, Li Zheng could clearly hear soone shouting inside.

"What fiend dares to imprison !"

"Release at once if you know what’s good for you!"

"If not, when I break free, I shall annihilate you all!"

"Do you hear ?"

"Quickly let out!"
