"Left people, right fish?"

Li Zheng imdiately lost interest, complaining, "That’s just way too crude."

Turning back to select the room with Abyssal Aura, Li Zheng carefully considered and then chose to swipe his card.

"The last ti I encountered Abyssal Walking, I got twelve vials of serotonin, all Gold Level stuff."

Li Zheng was sowhat expectant, "This ti it’s Platinum Level, what will I gain?"

He stepped forward, entering the light screen.

Just as he passed through the light screen, Li Zheng suddenly got the feeling that he had forgotten sothing.

"What did I forget?"

...

Phoenix Mountain flipped through the trade hall, then flipped through private ssages, and finally cursed, "That guy with the surna Li doesn’t keep his word, what happened to the promised serotonin?"

There was nothing he could do, Phoenix Mountain had to send a private ssage to remind Li Zheng.

The result.

[Due to special environntal factors, the recipient cannot receive ssages, please try again later.]

Phoenix Mountain: "???

...

Li Zheng erged from the mbrane, cautiously scanning his surroundings.

The environnt was identical to the last ti he encountered Abyssal Walking, the sa pit, sa darkness, sa Abyssal Altar.

Thanks to the previous experience with Abyssal Walking, Li Zheng had taken out the Mysterious Declaration in advance, using its bright light to observe the surroundings.

However, after looking everywhere, Li Zheng still didn’t spot any abyssal creatures.

Until he thought to look up, Old Pro suddenly sent him a warning.

[Don’t look up!]

Li Zheng’s head-lifting motion abruptly paused, waiting for Old Pro to provide more detailed information.

[Abyssal Eye Demon

Tier: Platinum

Description: A creature with extrely bizarre abilities, its entire form is an eye wrapped in eyelids, and whoever makes eye contact with it will experience multiple negative states.

Old Pro: As long as you don’t look it in the eye, it can’t do anything to you!

Never try to look it in the eye; it will easily destroy your spiritual realm, resulting in you becoming a vegetative state.

Weakness: Difficulty moving.

The solution is simple: close your eyes and hack it to death!]

"Destroying the spiritual realm, turning into a vegetative state?"

Li Zheng was shocked after reading the ssage. He quickly turned to look at the little Sakura behind him, catching her just as she curiously tilted her head upwards, wondering why he wasn’t moving.

"Sakura, close your eyes!"

Li Zheng broke into a cold sweat, forgetting about the Mysterious Declaration in hand as he hurriedly covered Sakura’s face.

His hands forcefully grabbed the little one’s head and pushed it down hard, making it lower its head.

"Yip?"

Sakura was bewildered, confused, and kept her head down without daring to move.

Li Zheng held Sakura’s head firmly, warning her sternly, "No matter what happens next, you’re not allowed to look up, understand?"

Sakura obediently nodded, "Yip!"

Li Zheng was still a little worried, fearing that Sakura might lift her head out of curiosity, so he added, "Until I take you to the next room, you are not allowed to look up, even if you hear telling you to, understand?"

"Yip?" Sakura was puzzled, not understanding why Li Zheng was instructing her this way.

"Don’t worry about the reason; just do as I say. If you look up during this ti, I’ll punish you by not letting you eat today!" Li Zheng was really worried, ultimately using his trump card as a threat.

Now, Sakura hurriedly nodded, "Yip!!"

A day without food?

That would be her doom!

No way!

So no looking up!

No matter what!

Seeing this, Li Zheng finally released Sakura, then took out the Cutting Blade, still in the shape of a longsword, and activated the flying device, flying towards the cave’s ceiling.

He knew the Abyssal Eye Demon was surely directly above him.

It was the only place out of Sakura’s sightline.

Otherwise, given Sakura’s height, she would have been affected by just looking at him.

However, as he ascended, drawing nearer to the ceiling, Li Zheng increasingly felt a strong urge to look up.

This urge arose inexplicably, seemingly controlled by soone tampering with his instincts.

Up to the point where he almost felt that not looking up at least once would be a regret he carried for life.

Clenching his teeth hard, he resisted the urge to look up, keeping his gaze fixed on Old Pro’s prompts.

He trusted that in this situation, Old Pro would alert him when it was ti to act.

anwhile, below, Sakura, head down, was experiencing a strange scenario.

In her sight, Li Zheng remained standing before her, unmoving.

She could feel a gaze looking down on her from above and could vaguely hear a voice urging her to look up.

"Alright, the danger has passed, you can look up now."

It was Li Zheng’s voice.

Hearing this, Sakura instinctively wanted to look up.

Just as she moved, she suddenly rembered Li Zheng’s earlier warning.

"No looking up!"

"Even if I tell you to look up, don’t move!"

"Otherwise, I’ll punish you with no food for a day!"

Sakura paused, then lowered her head again, feeling aggrieved, "Yip~"

She didn’t understand why her master first forbade her to look up, then allowed it.

She was confused, not sure which instruction to follow.

"Look up!"

"Look up now!"

"Hurry and look up!"

Li Zheng’s voice grew increasingly urgent, angry, and dissatisfied.

Sakura trembled, able to tell that her master was truly angry this ti.

The little one felt even more wronged now.

Should she look up or not?

Suddenly, another of Li Zheng’s comnts flashed in Sakura’s mind, and she thought that if she did this, it might not count as contradicting her master’s initial order?

In mid-air, for the first ti since obtaining the flying device, Li Zheng felt that reaching a height of thirty ters took so long.

The urge to look up grew stronger in his heart.

Finally, gritting his teeth, he looked down.

And with just one glance, Li Zheng was startled.

Sakura, still standing there, was now flapping her wings, hovering a ter off the ground, and slowly starting to look up.

He panicked and shouted, "Sakura, do you not want to eat today?"

Li Zheng didn’t know that although his voice was loud, Sakura didn’t hear it at all.

In her ears, the impatient and dissatisfied voice kept urging her to look up.

Due to the ascent, Sakura also developed a craving to peek upwards.

"Yip?"

As Sakura floated to a ter’s height, the feet she had been watching moved further away as they rose, as if playing a ga of hide and seek, making it so she couldn’t see more of the being’s body.

Her instincts told Sakura sothing was off about this scene.

Despite that, the sudden longing couldn’t be suppressed, and she finally began lifting her head gradually.

Just then, a prompt suddenly appeared before Li Zheng’s eyes.

[The height is sufficient, thrust upwards!]

Whoosh!

With a flash of his sword, Li Zheng decisively thrust upwards with "Passing Swift".

Puff!

Like piercing a bag of water, Li Zheng felt only slight resistance before piercing through sothing.

Next mont.

Splash!

Filthy black liquid splashed down, soaking him head to toe.

Ignoring everything else, Li Zheng twisted his wrist, slicing sideways with the longsword.

"Willow Leaf Lightly Brush!"

Rip!

The sensation was akin to slicing through thick leather, and the black liquid poured down as if dumped from a bucket.

As the sword completed its arc, the urge to look up finally vanished, allowing Li Zheng to breathe a sigh of relief.

However, Li Zheng soon beca frustrated again.

This ti, it was anger at Sakura’s disobedience, daring to look upwards despite multiple warnings.

Infuriated, Li Zheng shouted, "Just wait ’til I get down there and deal with you!"

He reduced the flying device’s power, descending swiftly to the ground.

Pointing at Sakura, Li Zheng was ready to scold her, but noticing her expression, he suddenly burst into laughter.

Although Sakura had lifted her head, her eyes were shut tightly, not even aware of Li Zheng standing before her.

Sakura thought, "At first, he told to keep my eyes closed and head down, but this ti he just said to lift my head, not that I can’t keep my eyes shut."
