Under Luo Aiman’s worried gaze, Li Zheng held a tablet, operating it continuously and selecting the materials he needed.
Soon, he handed the tablet back, regrettably saying, "It’s a pity you ca too early. If you had co in a few more days, I could have exchanged for more things."
Luo Aiman broke out in a cold sweat, comparing the quantities Li Zheng selected with his inventory, and was relieved to find that no items were sold out this ti.
No one could understand how terrified Luo Aiman, who had the attribute of a shut-in, was of going out.
"Just wait a mont, I’ll initiate a remote transfer to get the items delivered to you." Luo Aiman put away the tablet, waving two of his thickest tentacles beside him in a wavy motion, like so kind of shaman performing a ritual.
Li Zheng was not in a hurry, waiting for Luo Aiman to operate slowly.
This ti, he exchanged almost all of his Silver Level blood materials, using up the Bronze Blood accumulated over these days, planning to bring out more Silver Level Potions for sale at the auction.
In addition, Li Zheng took out all the Gold Level Fire Elent items mutated from Fla Flowers, a total of twenty-seven fruits, and only exchanged for one Platinum Level Thunder Elent.
Originally, Li Zheng thought this price would be rejected by Luo Aiman, and he was a bit worried.
Now it seed that Luo Aiman had no objections, suggesting that his price might have been a bit too high.
For the last trading opportunity, Li Zheng took out so skeletal materials to exchange for a Radium Light Converter and a Beam Concentrator, used to create a Radium Light Repair Device.
Soon, the exchanged items were transferred over, piling up in front of Li Zheng.
After Li Zheng counted the numbers, Luo Aiman took his leave: "The transaction is complete. I’ll take my leave now. I look forward to the day I et you in the Outer City."
Before his words were finished, the phantom figure and the pile of materials Li Zheng had put out for trade vanished without a trace.
Li Zheng mulled over Luo Aiman’s last words, feeling as if the dead octopus bore so grudge against him.
"I didn’t seem to provoke it, did I? Why does it seem a bit resentful towards ?" Li Zheng couldn’t figure it out and put the matter aside.
After trading with Luo Aiman, Li Zheng had many things to attend to.
He decided to pause his exploration and released his capsule residence.
Upon entering it, Li Zheng first went to check the growth status of his Arctic Cattail.
It was just four minutes away from being ready for harvest.
However, the temperature inside the Cultivation Dish was a bit high, and growth had paused.
Using Ice Attachnt to cool it down, "Faceless" went off to the compost room and brought a bottle of Cultivation Liquid to water it.
Sealing the cover, Li Zheng pulled out the blueprint for the Radium Light Repair Device, confird all materials were adequate, and chose to construct it.
The hand-crafted device was a bit slow, so Li Zheng took the opportunity to queue up the last Silver Potion and several already-complete Golden Potions at the Potion Making Station for production.
During the potion-making process, the Radium Light Repair Device was completed, and after finding an empty spot to place it, Li Zheng began researching how to use the device.
He first took out a damaged Power Core he had acquired earlier and placed it inside, with the device quickly reading the core’s paraters and indicating the areas needing repair.
However, even with this device, Li Zheng was still unable to proceed with the repair work.
It wasn’t that the repair couldn’t be done, but rather that he lacked a material called "Radium Elent."
The "Radium Elent" in the Matrix was not the sa as the radioactive elent on Earth but was more like a "welding rod."
"If it’s not one thing, it’s another. So annoying." Li Zheng searched in the trading hall and was surprised to find soone selling this material.
The player selling "Radium Elent" was the only one, but the price was outrageous, requiring ten Platinum Level Genetic Developnt Tools.
Clearly, this was a typical case of soone not knowing the item’s use but fearing underpricing, hence setting an arbitrary high price.
Li Zheng clicked on the attributes of the "Radium Elent" to view its description, which showed that it was an extrely "versatile" material, not only usable for the Repair Device but also applicable in the dical field.
"That explains it." Li Zheng mused, "The more useful sothing is, the higher its price—it’s common sense. Plus, when this person listed the item, they probably searched and knew they were the only player selling Radium Elent."
"Even adhering to the principle of rarity commanding a high price, setting an outrageous price isn’t hard to understand." Li Zheng attempted to contact the player, but the system indicated the person didn’t accept ssages from strangers.
Helpless, Li Zheng searched for the person’s na, intending to buy so other items to bypass the private chat restriction.
However, this player nad "Wu Hao" only had "Radium Elent" under his na, so Li Zheng had to give up.
"Forget it; I’ll leave it for now." Li Zheng had no other solutions at the mont and would have to wait until he acquired "Radium Elent" to continue researching the Repair Device.
Throwing the repair device into a corner to gather dust, Li Zheng returned to pick up the potions he had made and consud them all.
As several Golden Potions were ingested, a profound sense of enhancent from breaking the Tier flowed through his physique, as if an inexhaustible strength was accumulating within, yearning to be unleashed.
"Much stronger than the Silver Limit physique." Li Zheng clenched his fist, experiencing the feeling brought by the breakthrough.
He could sense that his current strength, although not matching the Exoskeleton Armor, was quite close.
"It won’t be long before even the Exoskeleton Armor will beco obsolete for ; I might as well put it up for auction."
Feeling an intense urge to vent his energy, Li Zheng fetched his Sheathed Sword and went outside to find an open space to practice swordsmanship.
