"Crossing General..."

The sudden turn of events caught the two Nihong Country people off guard. Yamamoto, whose eye was parasitized, rolled on the ground in excruciating pain, screaming like a slaughtered pig as one of his eyeballs was forcibly extracted.

"Help !!"

"Aaaaah!!"

"Quick, help ..."

His twisted hands reached towards the instinctively retreating Crossing, as Yamamoto raised his head with a grimace, continually howling.

"Yamamoto!"

Crossing was still unsettled but, after steadying himself, noticed that aside from being attacked by sothing inexplicable, Yamamoto hadn't made any other moves. He felt slightly more at ease, and even entertained other thoughts.

At this mont, Yamamoto's parasitized left eye was bleeding profusely, with deep red veins spreading outward from the eye socket, giving his otherwise ordinary appearance a hint of malice.

"Help ... help ...!" Yamamoto's brain was entirely overwheld by panic, only knowing how to beg those around him for help.

Crossing narrowed his eyes slightly, pulling out a sharp dagger, and stepped closer. "I'll help you right now, bear with it for a mont!"

As he spoke, the dagger didn't stab the bizarre eyeball but instead gradually approached Yamamoto's neck.

Just one stab!

With one stab, not only could he take all the treasures in the tomb for himself, but he could also acquire Yamamoto's three top-quality items!

"Even the guardian monsters in the tomb have such strength, how precious must the burial goods inside be?"

The greed in Crossing's heart was uncontrollably and frantically growing, "At least Diamond Quality, right?"

Licking his dry lips, Crossing steeled his heart, raising the dagger high, ready to finish off Yamamoto.

Yet at that mont, the eyeball suddenly rolled upward and glanced at Crossing, revealing a strange and evil look: "Suicide!"

A red glow flickered, and just as Crossing made eye contact with the eyeball, his gaze instantaneously dulled. The dagger that was about to stab downwards instead changed direction upon receiving the eyeball's command and plunged deeply into Crossing's own throat.

Stimulated by pain, Crossing's confused gaze beca clear and then turned into an expression of terror.

He discovered that his body was no longer under his control. His wrist twisted sideways, causing the dagger to carve a ghastly wound across his own neck.

Large spurts of fresh blood gushed out, and his vitality seed to find an outlet, rapidly draining away.

"Gurgle... Gurgle..."

Crossing opened his mouth wide to breathe, only for the air he took in to bubble out from his neck, the murky foam gurgling softly.

Thud.

Crossing fell backward. Lying on the ground, he was not yet dead but his eyes were filled with boundless fear at the gradual approach of death.

His body twitched from the pain, yet because of the control of the Evil Eye, he was unable to make any significant movents.

It took nearly two full minutes of tornt before Crossing finally breathed his last in despair.

To his death, he never understood why his body stopped obeying him after that eye rely glanced at him and issued a command.

"Heh heh."

The blood vessels around the Evil Eye gradually receded, and in Yamamoto's other eye, there was not a hint of life. His body, rigid and twisted like a puppet, climbed up from the ground.

"Such weak Spiritual Power, is there no leader among this batch of players?" 'Yamamoto' muttered to himself, "I never expected, after so long, to encounter a planet with players almost identical to my holand."

"Blue Star?"

Yamamoto stretched his limbs, gradually becoming more flexible, "With Blue Star's arrival, the storm will cease. The prophecy indeed isn't wrong, this group of players ca from Blue Star, the ntal storm is about to be quelled..."

He took out his Identity Card, confirming that it could still be used in his current state, and Yamamoto smiled with satisfaction.

He casually picked a direction to open the door.

"Since the Blue Star players have appeared, the latter part of the prophecy should be correct as well."

Beep.

The Identity Card was successfully read, and the tal door slowly opened as Yamamoto walked in.

"Blue Star descends, the storm ceases."

"Dragon rises across the universe, fantasy of mountains and seas."

"Old friends, it's ti to wake up..."

The silhouette was engulfed by the light screen.

Evil Eye.

Erging.

...

"Have you decided?"

Xiao held a Diamond Quality long knife upside down, coaxing the player lying on the ground in front of him: "This is a weapon crafted with high-purity Vibranium. Selling it to you for three hundred Genetic Force points is not expensive at all; it's already a very reasonable price."

"Three hundred points? Why don't you just rob !?" The blond, blue-eyed player lay on the ground like a rag, his eyes filled with both anger and dread.

He initially thought that a wandering monster had broken into the room where he was, so he imdiately launched an attack.

He never expected that this was a Wandering rchant from the Matrix, with absurdly overwhelming strength.

He only saw a blur, and the next mont, all his bones were shattered, requiring at least an entire day for three sets of Platinum Level nanorobots to repair.

The Energy consumption during this process was an unsettling number.

If it were only that, he would take the loss.

After all, he attacked first, so being struck back was deserved.

But for a rchant to randomly take out an item and try to sell it to him was going too far!

Didn't he see that when he attacked earlier, he was using hot weapons?

What was the point of selling him a lee cold weapon?

If only he could present a Diamond Quality hot weapon, he'd resign himself even if it was forcefully sold to him.

"It's quicker than robbing." Xiao replied earnestly, "And the Terminal mandates that rchants are not allowed to rob players; they can only profit through transactions."

"Does forced buying and selling count as a transaction?" The blond player couldn't help but retort; he had never seen such a transaction thod.

"How can this be considered forced?" Xiao shook his finger, "What's the most important thing while exploring the Matrix?"

"A fearless resolve and an iron-hard will?" The blond player answered.

"..." Xiao gave him a disdainful look, "You don't think I'm an NPC, only functioning through simple programming, do you?"

"How did you even say such a senseless answer?"

The blond player's face darkened; before entering the Matrix, he was quite a gaming god with so renown in various types of gas.

The question Xiao asked had appeared in many single-player gas; he instinctively gave a template answer.

Unexpectedly, he got scorned for it...

The template answers had withstood market tests, damn it!

Scorning this answer is equivalent to rubbing all the planners of ga companies worldwide against the ground, damn it!

Yet, he only dared to think these complaints in his mind; to say it out loud would be impossible.

Who knew if this Wandering rchant might decide that he was provoking him over so "verbal sparring?"

It was better to play it safe.

"Then, what do you think is the most important thing while exploring the Matrix?" He humbly sought guidance from Xiao.

"Weapons!" Xiao spoke in an as-a-matter-of-fact tone and gave the player a 'how do you not even know this?' look, "How have you survived in the Matrix this long being so stupid?"

"Heh... heh heh..." The blond player let out a dry laugh, not resenting Xiao's insults, he glanced a few tis at the pile of scraps not far from him, screaming inwardly: Of course I know weapons are important! But you shattered my weapon to pieces!

Swish!

Xiao forcefully stabbed the long knife into the ground beside the blond player's head, his face full of seriousness: "Look, your weapon is broken. Don't you need to replace it?"

Blond Player: "..."

What the ****!!!!

Why is my Diamond Level Laser Gun broken? Don't you realise!?
