At present, the entire Fallen Revelry was already nearing the final stages of completion.
This ti, Fallen City had, for the first ti in its history, built an entirely new city.
To accommodate the tens of millions of frenzied visitors, Jester Tycoon and the others had innovatively constructed a separate City of Revelry right beside Fallen City.
Of course, such an enormous investnt had to be paid back sohow.
Yet at the Fallen Revelry, all food and drink were free to enjoy, and there would even be all kinds of performances overflowing with style.
But if one wished to truly imrse oneself in the local customs and pleasures, then one would have to pay out of pocket.
Pointing at the nearly completed City of Revelry within the crystal sphere, Jester Tycoon raised his goblet high.
"Everyone, this Fallen Revelry will be unprecedented in scale. It is a great honor to attend the completion ceremony together with all of you. Co—raise your glasses and drink to your hearts’ content!"
Along with Jester Tycoon’s passionate and spirited speech, the discussion reached its clear climax.
Including Shaki, the Mind Demon King, the rulers of the various demon races all raised their glasses one after another, their cups clinking in celebration.
At this mont, they were all filled with anticipation for tomorrow’s Fallen Revelry.
It was as if they could already see endless quantities of Mana Ore flowing nonstop into their storehouses.
Evelyn picked up a slice of mille-feuille and said while eating heartily,
"I really didn’t expect these demon races to be so good at enjoying themselves."
"A celebration on this scale every single week... I honestly have no idea how their finances can support it."
Caelan did not respond imdiately. Instead, he frowned and fell into thought.
According to Jester Tycoon, the Fallen Revelry was held once every week.
If that were true, then why was there not a single newly built city anywhere else in the Abyss?
Caelan voiced his thoughts to Evelyn beside him.
Evelyn froze slightly, then furrowed her brows as well.
In truth, she had never considered this question before. But after Caelan brought it up, she too began to feel suspicious.
"That really is a question worth thinking about."
Not every demon race in the Abyss had established diplomatic ties with the Myriad Races World.
Only the powerful upper races—such as the Mind Demons—had contact with the myriad races, and so had even ford diplomatic relations.
For years now, the demon race had continuously invited awakeners from the myriad races to participate in the Fallen Revelry.
And yet this kind of party—one with no entrance fee at all, where everyone could freeload to their hearts’ content—had actually continued for so long. That alone was sothing worth pondering.
To put it simply, nobody does business at a loss.
Either the demon race had other ways of making money off those awakeners, or they had ulterior motives.
Only... with insufficient intelligence, there was no way to make a proper judgnt.
Just then, a deep voice interrupted their conversation.
"Great Lord Caelan, so this is where you were!"
Jester Tycoon had no idea where he had popped out from, his face piled high with ingratiating smiles.
Faced with Jester Tycoon, Caelan remained perfectly calm.
"Lord Tycoon, do you need sothing from ?"
Jester Tycoon nodded, his massive head looking like an enormous ball of flesh.
"It is Her Majesty Shaki—Her Majesty Shaki, the Mind Demon King. She wishes to spend so ti alone with you, preferably taking a stroll in the royal back garden. This invitation is a very precious one indeed!"
Caelan was slightly taken aback. In his mind, he recalled Shaki’s exaggerated waist-to-hip ratio.
"You’re sure that’s what she ans?"
Jester Tycoon nodded at once.
"Of course. Her Majesty Shaki holds you in extrely high regard and wishes to have a deep exchange with you."
"If you have Her Majesty Shaki backing you, then in the Abyss, aside from the Lord of Abyss, no one else would dare offend you. You could practically swagger sideways through the Abyss!"
Jester Tycoon spoke with endless exaggeration, spittle flying everywhere, painting Caelan a vivid illusion in which he had practically beco the ruler of the Abyss.
But Caelan was utterly unmoved. Instead, he waved a hand and said,
"I’m not interested in living off a woman."
Hearing that, Evelyn’s bright eyes lit up slightly.
However, at that mont, Jester Tycoon continued,
"Lord Caelan, you should rember the matter you entrusted to Her Majesty Shaki yesterday, yes? Regarding the Fragnts of History—I currently have no relevant information, but Her Majesty Shaki certainly knows sothing."
"After all, if even Her Majesty Shaki doesn’t know, then in the entire Abyss, aside from His Excellency the Lord of Abyss, no one else would know anything about the Fragnts of History."

Caelan was slightly startled, then smiled and shook his head.
"No need. I probably won’t be staying here for very long."
"Compared to that, I’m more curious about a beauty’s daily life..."
The two of them chatted for a while, until Caelan finally found a suitable opening.
"Beautiful lady, you should know why I ca—for the Fragnts of History. What do you know about them?"
A srizing smile appeared on Shaki’s face. The unique pink eyes of a Mind Demon beca exceptionally alluring at that mont.
"Lord Caelan, already so impatient?"
"Very well. I can tell you so things about the Fragnts of History. For example... in my palace, there is a storehouse dedicated solely to collecting Fragnts of History."
"Perhaps Fragnts of History are precious treasures, but I do not lack them."
At this point, Shaki’s gaze beca suggestive as her eyes slowly swept back and forth across Caelan’s abdominal muscles.
