Carter sighed and said, "Young Master, I am not worried about myself, but instead about you. If the family head finds out that it was your decision to hide this, you might get into trouble. You should also worry about yourself."

Calvin then asked, "Why did he get into an argunt with Asher? Did he mock Cedric or say sothing?"

Carter hesitated before saying, "Young Master Cedric was the one mocking Asher, and Asher did not even get angry. He simply ignored Young Master Cedric, but then Young Master Cedric got angry and tried to attack him."

Calvin sighed and said, "So it was all Cedric’s fault, and his strong reaction must be related to his crush on Aria Velmora."

Carter did not say anything. Everyone knew Cedric had tried to propose to Aria many tis but was always rejected.

Calvin then continued, taking Carter’s silence as confirmation, "When will he move on? So if the situation did not escalate further, then what is this ssage for?"

Carter then said, "Asher got angry because Young Master Cedric wasted the food, and even after the intervention of the Discipline Committee, Young Master Cedric kept provoking him. Then Asher cut off Young Master Cedric’s tongue."

Hearing this, Calvin did not say anything for a mont.

The the calm expression on his face finally changed.

"What?"

Carter lowered his head slightly and said, "Young Master Cedric’s tongue was cut off in front of many students."

Calvin stayed silent for a few seconds before asking, "How serious was the injury?"

Carter imdiately answered, "Fortunately, the Academy healers treated him quickly, so the tongue was restored without any permanent damage."

Hearing this, Calvin silently let out a breath of relief.

Then his expression beca complicated.

Calvin then said, "Cedric really got himself into serious trouble. Even after knowing about Asher’s power and cruel nature and watching the recording of it, he still dared to provoke him. I am relieved that only his tongue got cut. I guess the rumors and that recording were really true."

Carter just nodded and said, "Yeah, both brothers are cruel. One killed his brother, and after killing his brother, he also killed his mother. The other one does not have any ambition but is too talented and cruel toward his enemies. Really a family full of monsters. Even after the death of Selena Astrean, no one can argue that they will be the strongest in the future if Asher and Aron keep growing like this, especially Asher. Calvin then said "So did they ask for compensation in letter or punishnt for Cedric actions "

Carter hesitated for a mont then said "It is a punishnt given by Asher Astrean as well as a threat that Young master Cedric will be killed if we did not agree with the punishnt "

Calvin expression beca grave then he asked "What is punishnt?"

Carter said "It is too cut all financial support provided to Young master Cedric from now on till he reaches Master rank "

Hearing this, Calvin beca silent.

After a few seconds, he frowned and said, "That is not a simple punishnt."

Carter nodded and replied, "Yes, Young Master. For soone like Young Master Cedric, losing the family’s financial support is almost the sa as cutting off most of his cultivation resources."

Calvin rubbed his forehead and sighed.

"Asher Astrean really knows where to strike."

Then Carter asked, "So what are you going to do about it?"

Calvin sighed and said, "What else can we do? We are going to agree to it. It is far better than offending the Astrean Family."

Then he stopped for a mont before continuing, "It is also better than Cedric’s life being in danger, and this punishnt will also serve as a lesson for him to understand the value of money and the consequences of his actions. Calvin thought for a mont before answering, "Yes. Send the reply under my na for now and tell them that the Silverre Family accepts the punishnt."

Then his expression beca slightly cold as he continued, "And also tell Cedric that from today onward, not a single extra coin from the family will reach him."

Carter bowed slightly and said, "Understood, Young Master."

But just as Carter was about to leave, Calvin suddenly spoke again.
