“Kid, you’re refusing a toast only to drink a forfeit!” Hai Ba looked at Ning Fan, eyes narrowing, and said coldly, “Since you’re so unaware of how high the heavens are, I’ll teach you a good lesson!”
With that, Hai Ba raised his finger towards Ning Fan, and a water arrow imdiately shot out from his fingertip, speeding towards Ning Fan.
Seeing the incoming water arrow, Ning Fan casually raised his hand and slapped it away.
When Ning Fan’s palm struck, the water arrow instantly shattered into countless droplets, sprinkling onto the ground.
“You do have so ability.” Seeing Ning Fan’s move, Hai Ba was sowhat surprised. His water arrow had contained his True Qi!

Hai Ba saw that Ning Fan was still joking around with Xu Xiaoqing as if nothing had happened, and his inner rage intensified.

As his words fell, Hai Ba flew towards Ning Fan, swinging a punch at Ning Fan’s body.

“Damn it!” Angered, Hai Ba wanted to pull back his fist, but when he tugged his arm, he found his fist wasn’t moving at all, as if it had been fixed in place.
“What’s going on?” Hai Ba looked at his fist and found Ning Fan’s hand was gripping his fist like a vice, preventing him from withdrawing it.
“Kid, let go of !” Hai Ba raised his other fist to strike at Ning Fan’s head, intending to smash it open.
“Let go, huh?” Ning Fan’s mouth curled into a sly smile, and he said faintly, “Since you’ve asked, I’ll oblige you!”
As soon as he finished speaking, Ning Fan grasped Hai Ba’s wrist, exerted a little force, and lifted Hai Ba’s body off the ground.
“What are you going to do! Put down imdiately!” Feeling Ning Fan’s strength, Hai Ba panicked and shouted loudly.
“You want to let go, so I shall satisfy you.” Ning Fan said with a smile, and with that, he casually tossed Hai Ba far away.
Boom!
Hai Ba’s body crashed heavily into a large tree, snapping several trees before coming to a stop.
But Ning Fan didn’t let Hai Ba off so easily. He pushed off the ground, his body shooting towards Hai Ba.
In just an instant, Ning Fan was beside Hai Ba, closely eyeing him.
“What… what are you going to do!” Hai Ba, sowhat terrified, looked at Ning Fan, realizing that his power was not on the sa level as Ning Fan’s, so he dared not be arrogant anymore.
“Naturally, to root out the threat.” Ning Fan said with a smile.
“No! No, I was wrong, please, don’t kill !” Upon hearing Ning Fan’s words, Hai Ba’s face turned pale, and he begged for rcy incessantly.
“Die.” Ning Fan paid no mind to Hai Ba’s pleas. Transforming his palm into a blade, he slashed it at Hai Ba’s neck. Like flowing light, his hand cut across Hai Ba’s throat, creating a several-centiter wound from which bright red blood gushed, dyeing the surrounding grass red.
Hai Ba quickly lost all signs of life.
After watching Hai Ba die, Ning Fan went back to his original spot, not daring to leave Xu Xiaoqing alone for too long, as she was just an ordinary person with no True Qi cultivation, so harming her would be far too easy for anyone.

Seeing Ning Fan co back, Xu Xiaoqing excitedly rushed forward and threw herself into Ning Fan’s arms.

Turning his head to Tian Xuan, Ning Fan asked, “Great Elder Tian Xuan, Hai Ba was only at the Early Stage Aerial Mastery Realm, how did he manage to injure you?”
Tian Xuan shook his head helplessly and said, “That guy caught off guard with a sneak attack, and my True Qi was almost depleted, so naturally, I wasn’t his match.”
“But why did you save ?” The Great Elder looked at Ning Fan and asked.
Ning Fan smiled and said, “Because I found that Sea Clan idiot unpleasant, how’s that for a reason? Compared to that Sea Clan, you Celestial Clan folks are rather likable.”
The Great Elder smiled bitterly and said, “Without a Clan Leader, if we don’t crown a new one soon, our Celestial Clan’s extinction isn’t far off.”
“Alas, I’m too incompetent as the Great Elder. I really have no face to et our ancestors!” The Great Elder sighed deeply, speaking in despair, “I never thought our Celestial Clan would face extinction in my hands!”
“Great Elder Tian Xuan, let offer you a deal, how about it?” Ning Fan looked at Tian Xuan and said with a smile.
“What kind of deal do you want to propose?” Upon hearing Ning Fan’s words, Tian Xuan looked at Ning Fan with so confusion, unsure of what Ning Fan had in mind.
