"It's just such a coincidence."
William smiled, then his expression tightened and he hesitated, "Your friend wouldn't happen to be that..."
"No. I forgot to ntion, that Blood Clan mber is already dead."
As he spoke, Ning Fan explained what he knew, but he concealed the matter of the Corpse Refining into God Formation.
Ning Fan said vaguely, "An Evil Sect seed curious about the Blood Clan's power, so they captured him."
William said murderously, "Which Sect?"
If it was rely under the guise of protecting the people, the Blood Clan might not have cared.
But this Sect's actions were completely targeting the Blood Clan, with intentions against them.
This is sothing all Blood Clan mbers absolutely cannot tolerate.
Ning Fan said calmly, "That Sect has already been exterminated by ."
"Thank you for taking action. Our Blood Clan owes you another favor."
William, having witnessed Ning Fan's strength, did not doubt his words.
"No need to be so formal. That Sect just happened to provoke ."
Listening to his casual tone, William was startled, "Such a deadly aura. Just provoking him led to the complete eradication of the opposing force."
Recalling last night's duel, William wondered, if the Blood Fang Tribe had not agreed to apologize, would Ning Fan have slaughtered the entire Blood Fang Tribe.
"Given Ning Fan's character, he certainly would have. Otherwise, he wouldn't have deliberately demonstrated his strength, for he doesn't lack power."
Glancing warily at Ning Fan, William thanked him, "Thank you for helping us solve this mystery."
"Between friends, there's no need to be so polite."
"Right!"
William nodded, then said, "Your friend, if he returns to Arica, is very likely at the Exorcism Association!"
"Really?"
Seeing Ning Fan's eager expression, Andrew felt sowhat uncomfortable.
After all, Ning Fan had never been this excited about his daughter.
"The Exorcism Association has a major event recently, almost all Hunters are involved."
Noticing Ning Fan's tense deanor, William smiled, "No need to worry, this mission is not life-threatening."
All the large and small mafia forces in Arica have been dealt with, and the Committee is about to be established; next is handling matters between the Alien Clans.
The Exorcism Association assigns Hunters the task of collecting intelligence on the Alien Clans, information on bases, personnel, and strength.
Moreover, the Exorcism Association has issued a strict order that this ti it's a secret investigation, prohibiting the Hunters from engaging in a conflict with the other side.
The Committee's main approach to these Alien Clans is to incorporate them.
Only if negotiations fail will there be a conflict.
Even if a conflict occurs, it's not the Hunters' place to intervene.
After all, this is an internal matter of the Blood Clan and other Alien Clans, the Exorcism Association needn't act, increasing the Hunters' casualties.
"Since it's just gathering intelligence, I'm relieved."
Having witnessed the strength of the Alien Clans, and this being just the tip of the iceberg.
Ning Fan always thought, that it was sheer luck that Ma Fei'er was still alive.
"How long has the mission been going on?"
"It's been a while. By this ti, they should almost be back."
Hearing this news, Ning Fan couldn't wait to rush to Las Vegas.
"Why don't I accompany you?"
"Old man, why are you ddling?"
Andrew rebuked and quickly said, "Let Alice accompany you, she's lived there for a while."
Ning Fan politely declined, "Well... that's too troubleso. Never mind."
Andrew said calmly, "But without a Hunter's Token, how can you enter the Demon Domain."
"Hunter's Token?"
"It's this little thing."
With that, Andrew took out a silver tal tag, about the size of a Guardian Jade dal.
"This is a small gadget crafted by an Alchemist, it's the key to entering the Demon Domain, and can also block auras."
Seemingly worried that Ning Fan might overthink, Andrew explained, "It's not that I'm being stingy. The Hunter's Token recognizes its owner, recording the owner's aura, even if I gave it to you, you still couldn't pass through the Demon Domain's Magic Formation."
"Then..."
Ning Fan looked at William expectantly, just waiting for him to say sothing.
But William, under Andrew's murderous gaze, said dryly, "Sorry, I received a ssage from the Prince, His Highness wants to see ."
"Could that excuse be any worse? Could he not send an ordinary clansman with ?"
Ning Fan inwardly complained.
The usually clever two Dukes seed like they had rocks for brains, not even thinking of this compromise.
Using an even worse excuse, Andrew said, "Alice has been itching to go to Ryan Town for a while, you two might as well go together."
"But... wouldn't that trouble Alice too much?"
If Ma Fei'er found out, Ning Fan really wouldn't know how to explain.
After all, Ma Fei'er abhors those innocent-slaying creatures, hating them so much she'd sacrifice her life.
Even if Alice is a well-behaved mber of the Secret Party, at most she'd go from extre hatred to just hatred.
Andrew waved his hand repeatedly, "No trouble at all. It's not any trouble. She doesn't have much to do anyway."
Seeing Andrew clearly wanting to push his daughter on him, Ning Fan had no choice but to compromise, "Shouldn't we ask Alice's opinion first? If she's unavailable, it would be a hassle for the Duke to send soone."
A slightly embarrassed William quickly said, "That's fine."
Just then, Alice suddenly burst in, "What are you guys talking about? I think I heard sothing about whether I want to or not?"
Andrew stated directly, "Sweetheart, you're just in ti. Ning Fan needs your help with sothing."
"Ning Fan, is there anything I can help you with?"
Alice looked at Ning Fan curiously.
"Well, Ning Fan wants to go to the Hunters Association, but without a Hunter's Token, so he hopes you can take him in."
Listening to Andrew's nonsense, Ning Fan didn't have ti to explain before Alice nodded quickly, "Sure. No problem."
Ning Fan reluctantly said, "Alice, you really don't need to go out of your way for my sake..."
"No, it's just that I haven't seen Rachel in a while and kind of miss her."
Noticing Andrew's satisfied look, Ning Fan realized he had fallen for the old fox's trick.
"Alice really did say she wanted to go. Now there's no backing out."
Ning Fan could only chuckle bitterly, hoping that dreaded scenario wouldn't unfold.
"When do we set off then?"
Hearing this, Alice was surprised, "So soon?"
Ning Fan felt a bit of joy and politely said, "If you have matters to attend to..."
Before Ning Fan finished speaking, Alice, in a slightly playful tone, pleaded, "Can we leave tomorrow? Since it's a rare trip, I want to buy so gifts to bring back for friends."
"Alright."
Ning Fan was thoroughly resigned this ti.
If it were a matter of waiting a few days, he could still persist reluctantly.
But being unable to wait even a day seed a bit too unreasonable.
"Old man, do you really trust ? Aren't you worried I might do sothing to your daughter..."
