If soone has never encountered a robbery, they are definitely not a genuine Arican.

It's evident how chaotic Arica is, especially in civilian areas with inadequate police presence, it's practically a war zone.

Now, Ning Fan is deliberately heading into these dark corners, like a rabbit walking into a wolf's den.

Except, it's still unclear who's the rabbit and who's the wolf.

Mary, on the other hand, seems quite enthusiastic about Ning Fan's fishing expedition.

As for Vivian, she completely ignores these matters, not even knowing what Ning Fan is up to.

After walking through several dark alleys, all Ning Fan encountered was the stench of urine, with no gain at all.

"Are you kidding ? Is this still Arica?"

Ning Fan was speechless, having not seen even a single thug on the way, his original idea of acquiring so extra funds was instantly dashed.

Vivian, who doesn't have a great temper, was the first to lose her patience, "What exactly are we doing?"

Ning Fan was embarrassed; he certainly couldn't say that he wanted to lure out a few reckless people to gather so extra cash.

That would seriously damage his heroic image.

What if Vivian tried to imitate him, the situation could get hilarious.

Wanting to set a "morally correct" example for Vivian, Ning Fan wouldn't normally bother with this.

Just then, Mary suddenly said, "I just rembered."

"What did you rember?"

"Your way doesn't work."

Mary hesitantly explained the details.

It's a well-known fact that Arican tropolises have chaotic public security.

However, Las Vegas, in so aspects, has the best security.

It's hard to imagine that such a sin-breeding gambling city could rank first in city security.

But it's true.

The city of Las Vegas relies entirely on gambling and tourism.

The number of tourists is the lifeline of this city.

If it were deed unsafe, there would be a massive loss of tourists.

So, the gangsters making a living in Las Vegas adhere to a common iron rule: Do not disturb tourists coming here.

Anyone breaking this rule won't even need the police to act; the gangs themselves will make a move, even compensating for tourist losses.

It is precisely this reason that Las Vegas's cri rate is the lowest.

In general, tourists usually don't face harassnt from gangs or thugs and can feel very safe.

Of course. If you're unlucky and encounter an anti-humanity shooting or try to dine and dash, that's a different story.

So, Ning Fan's idea of fishing is basically unfeasible.

After hearing Mary's description, Ning Fan muttered bullshit.

He believed there was a system maintaining underground order here, but saying it could completely eradicate cri was far-fetched.

"I just don't buy it."

Ning Fan muttered angrily to himself, continuing on his journey to find bigger ga.

Luckily, the two won weren't as fragile as they appeared, and didn't complain on the way.

Only Vivian was growing more impatient; she knew Ning Fan's plans but couldn't understand his principles.

Getting Gold Coins isn't that hard!

In Vivian's opinion, they should just slaughter till rivers run red and families are destroyed, then shout, "Hand over the Gold Coins and jewels to the king."

Then those bugs would obediently hand over the gold and jewels, with both hands offering them up.

And then vanish in a sea of fire.

The whole operation would be simple and efficient, unlike the current hassle of running around.

"I miss the old days."

Recalling those glorious years in Middle Earth, Vivian subconsciously licked her crimson lips, then her gaze dimd.

Ning Fan had warned her that if she dared act recklessly, she would face a punishnt of at least five hours.

"Damn it. When can this king regain freedom? Only the endless sky is this king's true place."

Ning Fan didn't know about a certain dragon indulging in fantasy; he knew he'd finally found his target.

"Thank goodness. Finally saved so face. But..."

Ning Fan's expression shifted; the big catch he imagined hadn't appeared, only a small fry was in sight.

At the end of the alleyway stood a man with a stocking on his head, aiming his revolver at Ning Fan and his group.

"If you don't go rob a bank, it's a waste of that look."

Ning Fan shook his head in disappointnt, knowing that even if given ten lives, this man probably wouldn't dare rob a bank.

The trembling hands and feet, the drool trickling down the corners of his mouth, the wide-open eyes, all signified his nervousness, proving he was a novice robber.

"Hand over...the money, I don't want to hurt you."

Hearing this, Ning Fan frowned deeper; not only was it obviously the man's first robbery, but he likely, like Ning Fan, had a wallet emptier than his face.

"Could my luck really be this bad?"

Watching Ning Fan approach, the ard man grew more nervous, his legs seed to tremble, and with a trace of a sob, he said, "You... you stay back, or I'll... I'll shoot."

"Are you kidding ? Why do you act like the victim?"

Ning Fan walked forward, a pained expression on his face.

With a "bang," the gun fired.

Vivian remained unmoved.

Mary, on the other hand, was startled, even though she was a ghost and still had an ingrained impression of firearms, she instinctively cried out, "Ning Fan, are you alright?"

Watching the smoke rise from the revolver, under the pungent sll of gunpowder, the man snapped back to reality, realizing he had fired the gun.

"Ah!"

The man scread in terror, dropping his gun to the ground with a clang.

"No... it has nothing to do with , I didn't an to. I didn't want to shoot."

Saying this, the man squatted down and actually started to cry.

"Hey, I'm not dead yet."

Hearing this, the man ca to life, jumped up from the ground, and exuberantly grabbed Ning Fan's hand, exclaiming, "Thank God! It's great that you're okay."

"Why are you acting like this?"

Ning Fan was perplexed looking at the man; this scenario was playing out differently than he imagined.

The man asked in confusion, "Friend, why do you say that?"

"Who the hell is friends with you."

With that, Ning Fan punched him, but not hard, just enough to make the man bend over like a shrimp, as a small punishnt.

This leniency was due to the concern the man showed earlier, though, coming from a robber, it was quite bizarre.

The man painfully straightened up, not saying anything like why he was being hit, probably knowing that he deserved the punishnt.

"Robbery, hand over the money."

Looking at the hand extended towards him, the man's eyes showed a hint of confusion.
