Capítulo 1328: Chapter 63: Longing Takes Root

Within an hour of boarding the Giant Rock Battleship, Mu Fan entered the dical room. Lu Qingyu did not dare say a word and cautiously observed her surroundings.

The interior style of the battleship at first glance seed to be sumd up in two words: rugged.

Vast expanses of black tal, thick designs full of edges, and the thickness of a corridor hatch was unexpectedly as deep as half a palm!

This was entirely a battleship piled up with tal.

But when she cald down and observed closely, the refined details inside the battleship left her utterly stunned. Despite the seemingly cumberso tal platform, when gently brushed with the hand, the surface was as smooth as a mirror, with a level of intricacy that was astonishing.

The tal products… were almost devoid of welding points.

Take, for example, the most basic steel chair: sitting on it surprisingly felt exceptionally conforming to the human body, providing a level of comfort.

Such details are often difficult to perceive at a glance.

“What are you looking at?” A voice ca, and Lu Qingyu, startled, quickly withdrew her hand. It was Mu Fan, shirtless, who approached her, accompanied by two robots.

Instinctively, Lu Qingyu wanted to turn her head, but the scars sprawling over Mu Fan’s body kept her eyes fixed.

Mu Fan casually sat in the wide and heavy chair, while the two robots behind him simultaneously fixed his arms left and right, comncing the third laser beam-assisted treatnt.

As the light shone, the wounds along Mu Fan’s arms, where the blood had stopped, slowly zipped up like a zipper, with a faint green smoke rising, causing Lu Qingyu’s heart to skip a beat.

This… must be very painful.

Yet Mu Fan’s expressionless deanor instilled more fear in her heart.

Unconsciously, the shy student image of Mu Fan that she initially t had faded. Facing him now felt more suffocating than confronting the family elder.

“There’s no one else… human on your ship?” Lu Qingyu had long wanted to ask this question, as everywhere she looked were robots, making her feel like she was in a chanical factory.

“Just .”

“Then the ship’s piloting…”

“Fully automated.”

“Those chanical guards, and dical robots…”

“Fully automated.”

Lu Qingyu nodded outwardly, but inwardly, she could barely suppress the surprise and shock.

An entirely chanized, intelligently controlled large battleship—sothing she had never heard of in her life!

Limited by chanical programs, it could not perform divergent thinking like the human brain, typically resulting in rigid operations.

Thus, while comrcial flights could be temporarily managed through intelligent programs, it was nearly impossible for warships, which required high-intensity combat, to achieve…

Yet she now clearly saw, particularly in how the two dical guards accurately treated Mu Fan’s wounds, indicating that the situation here wasn’t sothing achieved overnight.

Who exactly is supporting Mu Fan…

Could the Federation have reached such a frightening technical level?

Industrial prowess is most easily discernible in fine details.

Evidently, the shock the Giant Rock Battleship gave Lu Qingyu was not sothing that could be dispelled with a few words.

Seeing Lu Qingyu’s sowhat dazed and lost expression, Black in the virtual space felt a bit empathetic.

Lord Black wanted to tell her that the Giant Rock Battleship was just one of the lower-level models in the sequence of ships from Shadow Island…

These clunky, heavy battleships have always been used by Black as cannon fodder, made heavy only to endure a few more hits.

Such as the Dawn flagship, Nether Fire Assault Ship, Thunder Ding Guard Ship…these are the true soul of the Shadow Fleet, entities that the Galaxy Federation and Gardot Empire cannot replicate.

Poor Lu Qingyu, she’ll never know that behind Mu Fan is a terrifying industrial empire supporting him.

The true soul behind these chanical lives is Lord Black from the Yake Empire.

Alas…

“This Lord is not for sale.” Black remarked, soaking in Lu Qingyu’s shocked gaze.

Then indulged in fantasies about his unique identity for several minutes.

After the third round of wound treatnt was completed, Mu Fan received a brand-new combat uniform from the robot and carefully fastened each knot. His earnest deanor being vastly different from the Mu Fan at Sinless City.

“Tell about all the situations…” Mu Fan extended his right hand, and the robot beside him handed over a travel bag.

It was left by Lu Qingxue when they parted ways.

Inside was the last Molten Magma Fruit.

It’s his mory, which is why he’s kept it until now.

But now…

With a fierce look in his eyes, Mu Fan gripped the fruit, biting into it with large mouthfuls.

His gaze surpassed Lu Qingyu and landed on the endless starlit sky out the window…

He didn’t know that a feeling called longing was sprouting within his heart.

In the Martial Path Arena, she stroked her sword single-handedly, her white attire like snow.

Atop the green mountain, she wielded her bow, her brows akin to a painting.

She once expressed her wishful gaze towards him, saying: “I hope you’ll beco Ding Chuan’s pillar soday.”

When they were deeply trapped in the toxic land, her pale palm clutched his hand tightly.

As he thought about it, Mu Fan’s eyes, once unwavering even when facing death, surprisingly revealed a seldom-seen tenderness.

At so point, her figure had burrowed deep into his heart, akin to an eternal ice sculpture, with its cool, indelible imprint erging deep within whenever he reminisced.

[That gaze…]

Lu Qingyu felt a jolt in her heart.

She organized her thoughts and began to explain to Mu Fan.

“The people we’re facing are terrifying, I don’t know their origins, as they’re not from this universe…” Lu Qingyu’s first sentence struck like a thunderbolt.

This ti, however, Mu Fan’s eyes showed no movent.

“Continue.”

The true residence of the Snow Clan was never marked on any star map, even if the radar scanned the current location, it would appear void.

When Lu Qingxue enrolled, the registered place of the Snow Clan within the Federation had long been abandoned.

For months, the entire comrcial building had been in a vacant state of maintenance.

At the edge of the third Star District, the Ice Feather Star, perpetually covered in heavy snowfall, seed to no longer host the once prosperous Lu Family…

At this mont, a pure white warship appeared from the jump point near Ice Feather Star’s edge, accelerating instead of decelerating for maneuver adjustnts.

This was extrely dangerous for both the ship and its crew.

Approaching a planet at near warp speed, becoming trapped by the planet’s gravity could spell instant destruction for the ship and crew.

The defense station of the Ice Feather Star’s orbiting space station saw on the radar a red dot rapidly approaching, the alarm quickly sounding.

But just as it sounded, the white warship entered warp, utilizing a nearby large satellite’s gravity to trace an eerie S-shaped curve, swiftly reflecting toward the cosmos.

Upon returning to the wormhole’s side from whence it ca, the warship gently adjusted its bow and quickly plunged into the nearby Chaotic Stone Sea, where a ripple spread out from its depths and the snow-white warship vanished.

The defense station’s alarms ceased, with bewildered Sentinels shaking their heads at the records.

In a world blanketed in snow, beside towering snow-capped peaks, a spaceship punched through the firmant and descended rapidly.

With a colossal tremor, snowstorms rose to the mountains’ feet.

Snowflakes landed on the sizzling hull, creating clouds of rising steam.

The hatch opened.

A row of white figures sprinted down.

“Inform the family, maximum alert!”

Lu Feng exited with arms crossed behind him, his expression cold as ice.
