However, it was precisely because Lord Xue valued brotherhood too highly, was too upright, and neglected so interpersonal dealings, that he ended up being hunted by the entire Martial Dao World.

But a thousand years ago, the Blood Blade Sect was different; it embodied bloodthirstiness to the extre, stopping at nothing to enhance its strength.

This had violated the original intentions of Lord Xue, and it was this that had allowed the Shadow Clan to fully recognize the truth.
