"You’re Jiang Chen?!"
As Jiang Chen had just stepped into the principal’s office, a low voice filled with anger ca through.
Jiang Chen looked up and saw a middle-aged man with an authoritative presence sitting behind the principal’s desk, slightly overweight, his face marked with a trace of anger, and his eyes full of disdain as they focused on Jiang Chen.
Jiang Chen’s eyebrows raised in recognition of the man; it was Wang Linjiang, the principal of Dingjing University. However, he wasn’t quite sure why Wang Linjiang seed to despise him so much.
"I am Jiang Chen," Jiang Chen responded indifferently.
Slam!
Wang Linjiang slapped the desk, bellowing, "Do you have any idea what you’ve done? You were the one driving the luxury car to school a few days ago, weren’t you? Skipping military training today and even beating up the instructor, are you lawless now?
I just want to ask you, are you here to show off your wealth or how good you are at fighting?
If you don’t want to study here, then leave imdiately! Don’t pollute our school’s learning environnt!
We don’t need students like you who love to flaunt their wealth and cause trouble by fighting!"
Jiang Chen blinked, beginning to understand why Wang Linjiang would hate him. Being specifically recruited, plus the incidents with the car and today’s events, in Wang Linjiang’s eyes, he must look like so rich heir who ca to the university just to ’gold-plate’ himself.
Wang Linjiang’s voice was so loud it burst out of the office, heard by all the students.
"Isn’t that a bit too harsh?"
"Are you dumb? Don’t you know our principal’s character? He’s the type to cherish the good students and wish death upon the bad ones. To him, Jiang Chen probably represents the worst of the worst. It’s no surprise he’s shouting like that!"
"Jiang Chen is going to have bad luck now; he hit soone from the special forces team—those people even the principal has to show respect to. This ti, even the principal might be in trouble!"
"But I heard that it was the instructor who said if anyone could beat him, they didn’t have to do military training!"
The students gathered at the door imdiately started discussing among themselves.
"What the heck! That guy just wanted to show off. ’Beat the instructor to skip military training,’ that’s just an excuse he ca up with to make a na for himself in the school."
An acerbic voice rose, and Gong Yue, seeing that there were still people speaking up for Jiang Chen, imdiately spoke sarcastically: "Such a person is just a swindler. He only ca to school to deceive girls. Why else would he show off a luxury car and beat up the instructor? Who would do such things without any motive?"
"That’s right!"
"Could he really just be doing all this to draw attention?"
"Maybe, and by doing so, no matter how the principal punishes him, he will beco soone notorious throughout the school!"
"He’s really cunning!"
On hearing Gong Yue’s words, the students began to nod, thinking there was so rit in her words, and joined in mocking Jiang Chen.
"No, Mr. Principal, I..." Jiang Chen looked helplessly at the principal, starting to explain.
"The instructor is here!"
Suddenly, a shout ca from the door. Everyone turned their heads to see and were montarily stunned. A strong man in his thirties followed by a group of instructors with unified strides was walking towards the principal’s office.
"Damn! The chief instructor ca in person!"
"He brought all the instructors with him!"
"It’s over! Jiang Chen is in for it now!"
"He was all tough while fighting the instructor, but he didn’t expect that the instructors also have clout. See, he hit one instructor, and now they’ve all co to take revenge on him!"
"The chief instructor personally taking action. Even if the principal wanted to protect that guy, he probably couldn’t now, and judging by the look of things, the principal wouldn’t protect him anyway!"
Seeing Chief Instructor Chen Jiantao and others arrive, the students exclaid, believing that Jiang Chen was now thoroughly dood!
Jiang Chen’s brow quirked, and upon seeing Chen Jianbin, he completely relaxed. Finally, no more thinking about how to explain to the principal. Being almost expelled right after finally starting to study at the university would be unfortunate!
Wang Linjiang was also startled and imdiately went to the door to greet the arrival of Chen Jiantao and his group.
"Principal Wang!" Chen Jiantao arrived at the entrance of the principal’s office, greeted Wang Linjiang with a nod, and then turned to walk towards Jiang Chen.
"That... General Instructor Chen, about this matter..."

"That guy’s in trouble now, daring to hit an instructor. The general instructor is here to personally take revenge; let him bully his way now!"
All the students were excited, many took out their phones, all staring at Jiang Chen, waiting for him to be dealt with, and then they planned to upload the video to the internet.
Gong Yue was especially excited, imagining Jiang Chen being beaten up by Chen Jiantao in her mind, and even picturing a scene where a group of instructors ganged up on Jiang Chen. Although Gong Yue knew Jiang Chen was skilled, she didn’t believe he was a match for Chen Jiantao, the chief instructor from the Special Forces Battalion.
While Wang Linjiang and all the students were waiting for Jiang Chen to be disciplined, Chen Jiantao’s next action caused everyone’s jaws to drop!
Chen Jiantao approached Jiang Chen, bowed deeply, and spoke with a respectful expression, "Mr. Jiang, I’m sorry, I didn’t know you were here. My team mber has offended you, and for that, I am truly sorry!"

In that instant, the whole surrounding area fell deadly silent!
Everyone, both inside and outside, was shocked as they stared with their eyes wide open, their mouths agape as if they could fit duck eggs, watching the scene dumbfounded.
They simply couldn’t believe what they were seeing.
The general instructor didn’t scold or lay a hand on anyone but instead bowed!
He bowed to the student who had chastised the instructor?
Did they see that wrong?
It must be fake!
Especially Wang Linjiang, Gong Yue, and Li Wenjian, their eyes bulging like brass bells, all dumbstruck!
They stared at Chen Jiantao with a look of disbelief, feeling as if ten thousand wild horses were trampling through their hearts!
How could this be happening!
A mont later, the entire office outside erupted into chaos!
"What’s happening?"
"What’s going on? The general instructor isn’t disciplining that guy but instead is bowing and apologizing to him?"
"What is this all about!"
"Who is that guy? Even the general instructor is so respectful to him?!"
All the students were discussing crazily as if they had gone mad.
They were utterly overwheld by Jiang Chen, their scalps numb with astonishnt!
