"Hello, Chen Long." As soon as the call connected, Jiang Minghui’s deep voice ca from the earpiece.

Jiang Minghui’s voice sounded surprised and pleased over the phone.

Gong Lin took a deep breath, cald herself, and said with a face full of concern, "How did you get all these wounds?"
"It was Wan Feng and his gang. They threatened with Jing Yi’s death; I couldn’t fight back!" Jiang Chen softly explained and glanced at Gong Lin. After a mont’s hesitation, he added softly, "However, I killed Wan Feng and that bunch of people!"
"This... why? Wan Feng is from the Wan Family. Killing him will bring you a lot of trouble!" Gong Lin looked at Jiang Chen with a shocked expression on her face.
Jiang Chen quietly recounted what had happened in the factory.
Gong Lin washed Jiang Chen’s body while listening quietly. When she heard about how those guys had pressed cigarette butts into Jiang Chen’s flesh, she reached out to touch the wounds on his chest, and tears stread out once again.
As she was showering him, Gong Lin suddenly asked, "If it had been treated like that by Wan Feng, would you have saved the sa way?"
Jiang Chen was taken aback for a mont and then looked up at Gong Lin, falling silent.
The expression in Gong Lin’s eyes slowly darkened. She lowered her head and continued to wash Jiang Chen’s body.

Jiang Chen didn’t speak but nodded solemnly.
He wasn’t a heartless man, nor a man without honor; he saw everything Gong Lin had done for him, and he would never fail to live up to her expectations!
Gong Lin covered her mouth at once, and her tears welled up again.
But this ti, they were tears of excitent, joy, and happiness.
Then, she suddenly threw herself into Jiang Chen’s arms, frantically finding Jiang Chen’s lips and kissed him passionately.
Jiang Chen was at first startled, then slowly responded, kissing Gong Lin back with equal fervor.
Outside the bathroom, in the bedroom, Ye Jingyi lay silently, seemingly unaware of everything. But from the corner of her eye, a tear rolled down slowly.
In that tear, there seed to be infinite tenderness and sorrow.
