Li Liyun really couldn’t bear it anymore.

Originally, she wanted to use Zhang Weiguang’s hand to hit Jiang Chen, but who would have thought that now Zhang Weiguang turned around to hit her and her daughter, ruthless and rciless, without a trace of pity for won.

And all of this was because of that Jiang Chen.

She could never have imagined that Jiang Chen would actually ally himself with Dragon Imperial, and moreover, that Dragon Imperial would show such respect to Jiang Chen.

Now, she had no other thoughts but to hurry up and agree to divorce Jiang Chen; otherwise, Zhang Weiguang would definitely beat them to death—the Zhang family was not to be trifled with.

Jiang Chen spoke indifferently, "Go get the household registration book and the marriage certificate now, quickly."

"No need, Mr. Jiang, I have a quicker way."

Zhang Weiguang hurriedly offered his advice, scurrying to Jiang Chen’s side and, as if to claim credit, took out several divorce agreents from his bag: "Mr. Jiang, these are legal divorce agreents, as long as you both sign, they will take effect. Whenever you have ti, just take these agreents and your marriage certificate to the civil affairs office to exchange for a divorce certificate."

Jiang Chen glanced at the agreent, then looked at Zhang Weiguang with a smile, "You’ve really prepared quite thoroughly, you had them ready for from the start, huh?"

Zhang Weiguang’s heart trembled, and he gave an awkward smile.

"Alright, let’s go with it, the quicker, the better."

Jiang Chen didn’t hold it against him; he just wanted to get the divorce over with as quickly as possible and didn’t want to waste another minute.

"Wait, write on the agreent that the Li family will give Mr. Jiang fifty percent of their assets as compensation," Zhang Long spoke firmly.

Li Liyun and Xu Yan’s faces turned pale with shock, looking at Zhang Long in fear.

Fifty percent of the family assets, tens of millions! That was practically their lives.

But they wanted to speak yet didn’t dare.

"No need, I’ve never cared about their money; I just want to quickly get away from these disgusting people and this place, I don’t want to wait another second," Jiang Chen said impatiently.

Li Liyun and Xu Yan sighed in relief. But then, Li Liyun’s face turned ghostly white as she looked at Jiang Chen: Could it be that she was so loathso in Jiang Chen’s eyes that he didn’t even want to stay a mont longer, even for tens of millions?

After Jiang Chen signed the agreent, he handed it over, "Sign."

Zhang Weiguang imdiately took it and then ran to Li Liyun and Xu Yan, "Hurry up and sign."

Li Liyun struggled to stand up, but Zhang Weiguang kicked her, "Who told you to stand up? Just sign like this."

In an instant, tears stread down Li Liyun’s face. She had never suffered such humiliation in her life. What’s more, she had sought out Zhang Weiguang herself.

With tears, Li Liyun signed her na.

After everyone had finished signing, Zhang Weiguang left a copy for Li Liyun and, holding the other agreent, went back to Jiang Chen. At the sa ti, he took out a golden card from his chest and handed it over along with the agreent, "Mr. Jiang, please keep the agreent safe. Additionally, this is the Splendid Dragon Emperor Card from my Zhang family’s Splendid Hotel. You can use this card at the hotel to enjoy the highest treatnt, with so services completely on the house."

The card was golden in color, noble and imposing, with four large characters inscribed on it: Splendid Dragon Imperial.

"Hmm," Jiang Chen nodded lightly, casually pocketing the card, "Tomorrow, I need Li Liyun to go with to the registration office to pick up the certificate. I don’t want to drag this out."

Zhang Weiguang patted his chest to guarantee, "No problem. I’ll bring her to the registration office entrance early tomorrow morning to wait for Mr. Jiang."

Jiang Chen nodded and left the Li family with Zhang Long.

Watching Jiang Chen’s departing figure, Li Liyun and Xu Yan collapsed on the ground, clenching their teeth in hatred, but for so reason, they felt an overwhelming sense of regret deep within their hearts.

Once in the car, Zhang Long asked, "Mr. Jiang, where to now?"

"Just take back to the bank first."

Zhang Long nodded and once again drove to Wanguo Bank.

"You should go back first; it’s too conspicuous for you to follow inside," Jiang Chen didn’t let Zhang Long accompany him. After all, he was a Jinhai bigshot—he couldn’t look like a lackey following him around; that would make him too famous.

Zhang Long also understood the sensitivity of his identity, so he didn’t insist and went back first.

"Welco!"

As soon as Jiang Chen walked into the bank, a loud welco startled him.

Inside the bank, employees stood in two lines on either side of the entrance, each standing as straight as a rod. As Jiang Chen entered, they bowed in unison, not straightening up again until he was fully inside.

"Mr. Jiang, hello, how may I assist you today?"

One of the bank’s beautiful employees asked enthusiastically.

"Um... I’m looking for Manager Liu."

Jiang Chen hesitated for a mont before responding. Honestly, he was a bit confused. What had gotten into these people?

"Certainly, please wait a mont."

The beautiful employee responded with a light laugh, then led him toward the office area, passing other employees who all looked at Jiang Chen with warm enthusiasm.

Jiang Chen glanced at the crowd and suddenly caught Four-Eyed Brother nodding and bowing at him from a distance. As he connected the dots, he couldn’t help but smile helplessly.

Heh, they must have changed their attitude because of Four-Eyed Brother.

But isn’t this a bit too enthusiastic? It’s making uncomfortable.

At that mont, Liu Zejiang ca to greet him, approaching Jiang Chen with a warm smile. "Mr. Jiang, you were looking for ."

Jiang Chen nodded, "Is it convenient to talk?"

"Of course, Mr. Jiang, please follow to the VIP room," Liu Zejiang led Jiang Chen to the VIP room personally.

After settling down on the sofa, Jiang Chen got straight to the point without any formalities, "Manager Liu, I still want to ask if there’s a way to get an additional fifty million loan for my friend? She’s really struggling with her finances."

"This..."

Liu Zejiang hesitated for a mont. Frankly speaking, it was a difficult request. But seeing the slightly warning look in Jiang Chen’s eyes, he imdiately said, "I can’t do that, but soone else can. It’s just that this person hasn’t been feeling well lately, and your dical skills are quite good. Perhaps you could cure his illness. As long as he’s cured, then everything else will be easy to discuss."

"That won’t be a problem, as long as the heavens aren’t ready to take him, I can handle any other illness," Jiang Chen replied confidently.

"Good, I’ll arrange a eting with him, and we can visit his ho tomorrow," Liu Zejiang nodded.

Jiang Chen stood up, shook hands with Liu Zejiang, and thanked him.

Exiting the bank, Jiang Chen stretched and suddenly rembered that he had a significant task to take care of.

Now with over ten million in his hands, he urgently needed to carry out his grand money-making plan. After all, his first pot of gold depended on it.

No ti like the present.

Jiang Chen first bought a pretty decent Honglian smartphone; there was no helping it, his old phone was simply too outdated to accomplish what he needed.

Then he downloaded a specialized BTC (BT Coin) trading app from the phone’s app store. After a simple registration and linking his bank card, he logged into the trading app.

He intended to use this app to purchase BT Coins, which at the ti, few in the country understood.

But based on his dream-like mories, the BT Coins, currently valued at less than ten Northern Federation Coins each, would spike as high as twenty thousand Northern Federation Coins each at their peak.

This was an insane increase that would turn anyone green with envy, quite deserving of its BTC moniker.

However, Jiang Chen wasn’t planning to wait until BT Coins hit their peak value to strike it rich; that would take too long and wouldn’t solve his imdiate needs. He aid to take advantage of the next two days when the BT Coin would be recognized by the Northern Confederation governnt as a legitimate currency, followed by a surge in price to four hundred sixty Northern Federation Coins in less than a month.

An increase of forty-six tis!

Utterly insane!
