"He drove away?"
Jiang Chen furrowed his brows upon hearing this, stepped out of the car and glanced over, only to see an tiny silhouette of the Knight XV vanishing in the distance.
"Bastard!"
Jiang Chen cursed aloud, glaring fiercely in the direction where the car had disappeared. To think soone would take his car while he was saving a life? Utterly despicable!
"Sir, sir, I beg you, please save my child, save my child!" The woman frantically clutched at Jiang Chen, treating him as her last lifeline!
Jiang Chen glanced at the woman and said softly, "Don’t worry, I’ll save her!"
Bending over, Jiang Chen ducked back into the car, looked at the protruding tal sheets, bit his teeth, and crawled directly in.
Shh!
tal sheets scratched his back, leaving streaks behind, but Jiang Chen didn’t utter a sound and peered carefully at the piece of tal piercing the girl’s body!

He let out a breath of relief; he was now sure the tal was indeed lodged close to the girl’s heart.
Jiang Chen gripped the tal embedded in the girl’s body with one hand, gritted his teeth, and swiftly pulled with force!

With the sound of a blade tearing through flesh, the snap of tal, and a swoosh, Jiang Chen yanked out the piece of tal from the girl’s body. Because of the upward motion, his elbow punched a hole in the base of the car, and almost at the sa ti, his left hand plunged a dozen silver needles into the girl’s chest.
Astoundingly, this sequence of actions took only a mont, and only a small amount of fresh blood seeped from the wound on the girl’s chest.
It was nothing short of miraculous!
Cautiously holding the girl, the space inside the car was too cramped to turn around and break away the other tal pieces; Jiang Chen could only endure the pain of the tal scraping his body while slowly lifting the little girl out of the car.
"Yan Yan, Yan Yan!" As soon as Jiang Chen carried the child out of the car, the woman stepped forward to take her.

The crowd around them noticed that there were no more sparks in the car and started to gather closer.

The people around took one glance at the girl and suddenly cried out in alarm.
The woman froze for a mont, then shakily reached out to check the girl’s breath.
Jiang Chen glanced at the woman but didn’t pay her any mind; instead, he kept gently pressing on the girl’s chest.
"No!" The woman scread, her face turning pale in an instant, shaking her head in disbelief; she was showing signs of ntal breakdown, "Impossible! Impossible! Yan Yan can’t be dead, she can’t!"
"Save my child, soone save my child, is there a doctor? Save my child!"
The woman scread out, turning to the crowd with a desperate plea on her face, but everyone stepped back, afraid to get involved.
"Hey! What’s he doing?" a sudden voice rang out, and everyone turned their heads to see Jiang Chen bending over to press his mouth against the girl’s, with his hand still on her chest!
"Damn, this guy has so serious issues!"
"How can he do that? The girl’s already dead, and he’s still taking advantage of her?"
"Fuck! Thought he was a hero, turns out he’s trash!"
Everyone pointed at Jiang Chen loudly scolding him!
The woman’s face changed, and she hurriedly rushed at Jiang Chen, "get away from , don’t touch my daughter!"
Jiang Chen furrowed his brow, extended one hand, and promptly subdued the woman on the ground!
"Jiang sister! Let go of Jiang sister!" Xiao Li’s face changed greatly, and he imdiately kicked towards Jiang Chen.
When Jiang Chen took the little girl out of the car and started to press on her chest, Xiao Li noticed but didn’t interfere, believing Jiang Chen was treating the girl.
But when Jiang Chen kissed the girl’s mouth, he hesitated, yet still did not intervene. It was only when people around started to talk, and Jiang Chen subdued the woman without any explanation, that Xiao Li completely lost his trust in Jiang Chen’s treatnt and chose to make a move.
Jiang Chen furrowed his brow, pushed the woman away, blocked Xiao Li’s side kick with one hand, while his mouth remained connected to the girl’s.
"You bastard."
The woman was furious and slapped Jiang Chen across the face.
At this mont, Jiang Chen could not move, took the slap squarely, and his mouth beca slightly misaligned from the girl’s. Jiang Chen’s expression tightened, and he hastily covered her mouth again.

A powerful force spread from where their mouths t, flashing by in an instant.
The crowd around, including the woman, failed to notice it, but Xiao Li, who was about to make another move, had his legs go weak and nearly knelt on the ground!
Looking in shock at where their mouths connected, Xiao Li suddenly realized sothing, his face turned pale with astonishnt, and he quickly pulled the woman trying to push Jiang Chen away, shouting loudly, "Jiang sister, this gentleman is saving Yan Yan!"
"What?" Jiang sister, who was nearing a breakdown, upon hearing Xiao Li’s words, imdiately stared straight at him, "what did you say? You said he is saving Yan Yan? Yan Yan isn’t dead, right? Right?"
Xiao Li was silent for a mont, unsure of what to say. He didn’t know whether Jiang Chen could awake Yan Yan or not, but at that mont, Jiang Chen’s voice ca, "Right, she’s not dead!"
Both turned their heads to look at Jiang Chen, who had already straightened up, his hands moving swiftly as he perford acupuncture on the girl!
Jiang Chen had been on top of the girl’s mouth because he was transferring vital energy to her. The girl was too young, her ridians were not yet ford, and as she was not a martial artist, she couldn’t bear the ridian energy transfer except through the mouth.
And transferring energy was extrely dangerous. Any interruption could be lethal for the girl and could cause Jiang Chen serious injury, which is why Xiao Li’s face changed dramatically. He had only heard of such things, but never expected to see it happen!

A siren wailed, and an ambulance arrived at the scene of the accident.
Seeing the ambulance, Jiang sister imdiately went forward, intending to stop Jiang Chen from continuing the treatnt.
