After wiping out the encircling Dark Spider soldiers, the heavy firepower team split into two groups. Four Fire God Cannons and six heavy machine guns were stationed in front of the armory while the other heavy gunners joined the other battle zones.
The sound of gunfire, after resonating for a full two hours, gradually subsided until it disappeared.
"Clean up the battlefield, reload!" Chen Jiantao issued the order again.
The people from Long Ya dispersed, with An Long and others following suit. However, what surprised An Long and his companions was that sporadic gunfire erupted again in the base, not from the enemy but from their own fellow Long Ya mbers.
Unless their heads were broken or they were beyond any hope of survival, those who had an intact body, alive or dead, were shot twice by the people of Long Ya—once in the head, once in the heart.
"Dude, what are you doing? Isn’t this a waste of ammunition?" asked one of the Dragon Fla mbers to a Long Ya warrior who was firing the additional shots.
"Because..." the Long Ya warrior started to explain when suddenly, a figure rose behind the Dragon Fla brother, wielding a gun. It was a Dark Spider soldier playing dead who, realizing that even playing dead wouldn’t save him, quickly raised his gun to shoot the Dragon Fla brother.
Crack! Crack!
Long Ya fired two shots, striking the forehead of the Dark Spider’s man dead on, then finished his previously unfinished statent, "It’s to prevent this kind of situation!"

"Kill ? Are you worthy?" Xing Fei spoke coldly, as a powerful aura shot skyward.

Cries of shock erupted, Mage Ge’er hastily halted, ready to retreat.
The other two Paladin Knights also underwent a drastic change in expression, with one changing direction to charge at Xing Fei and the other continuing towards Jiang Chen.
