"This is my second Lifebound Magic Treasure, the Octagonal Mystic Tower," Zhen Jingkong began, a hint of nostalgia in his voice. "It was forged from a rare material from Nine Yin Mountain—the Purple Wisteria Ancient Vine, which forms its body. It was then slted and tempered for a full ten years in a lava pool at the intersection of eight subterranean palaces! I can't even rember how much of my family's fortune and effort it cost , but it was worth it in the end. It certainly didn't disappoint."
He seed to drift back to those mories before continuing with a proud tone, "The tower's greatest strength is its defense. I once used it to withstand three strikes from a Primordial Core True Lord without a scratch, aside from my qi and blood surging. When combined with the Purple Extre True Fire from the Lizhen Furnace, one for offense and one for defense, this combination was likely my strongest asset back then, even surpassing my skills in the Formation Dao."
He paused, finally pulling himself from his recollections. "We just need to take this Octagonal Mystic Tower. Everything else can be stored inside. Plus, this tower won't have any adverse effects on you, unlike the overbearing Lizhen Furnace…"
"This tower can actually serve as a spatial storage artifact?" Chen Fei raised an eyebrow in surprise.
According to the mories passed down from that expert in the Cultivation World, it was extrely difficult to create a pocket dinsion even within a formidable weapon like a Magical Treasure. And now Zhen Jingkong was claiming everything could be stored inside and taken away?
"By a stroke of luck, I once acquired a piece of Green Sky Stone. Not wanting to waste it, I paid a hefty price for an Instrunt Path expert to lt it into the tower," Zhen Jingkong explained.
"Green Sky Stone?" Chen Fei's eyes flashed with shock, but then he just shook his head with a wry, speechless smile.
The Green Sky Stone was a true treasure, a 'world-class' rare material. It was famous for its miraculous ability to create a pocket dinsion inside a weapon. However, its true purpose was for use in sacred artifacts of a higher tier. It could make even those terrifyingly powerful weapons as hard as iron and indestructible, causing their power to skyrocket! To use such a wondrous stone on a 're' Magical Treasure was an incredible waste!
Was the man truly that generous, or just ignorant of its real value?
But Chen Fei, Young Master Chen, quickly dismissed such thoughts. He reached out, grabbed the Octagonal Mystic Tower, and tucked it away. Turning to the stunned lsdom, he smiled. "Alright, we've taken everything. Shall we go, Lord lsdom?"
"Ah, oh? Y-yes, of course. Let's… let's go."
Hearing Chen Fei's voice, Holy Magister lsdom seed to snap back to reality. His gaze lingered on the empty space where the Octagonal Mystic Tower once stood, and he couldn't help but swallow nervously. When his eyes landed on Chen Fei again, the shock and reverence within them had skyrocketed. After all, he had never witnessed such an astonishing scene in his entire life. At this point, he was thoroughly and utterly convinced.
He had never seen a pavillion or a tower that could change its size. And now, this small tower, which had just been a two-story pavillion, had also absorbed all those terrifying weapons from the wooden racks? What did this imply? Did it an this little tower was even more terrifying and formidable than that entire pile of weapons? How else could it have possibly stored them?
The thought alone sent a cold sweat down lsdom's back, a chill spreading from deep within him. He had already suspected that the weapons on those racks were on par with, or infinitely close to, the Ten Great Divine Artifacts from the history of the Western Dark World. If this small tower was even more powerful than all of those weapons… Then wouldn't that an… couldn't it an… lsdom shuddered violently, not daring to let the thought finish. He simply turned and followed Chen Fei out.

"Prince, I have brought another useful corpse."
Deep within the castle, two figures with ferocious, demonic wings appeared before a massive gate. They were accompanied by several Fla Demons as tall as small hills, their eyes vacant and witless, yet the terrifying flas enveloping them seed to lt the very air. A bloodied corpse lay at their feet. The two figures were none other than Schumacher and the last surviving peak Grand Duke Elder of the Brad Family.
Schumacher glanced at the body on the ground, dismissing it as if it were trash. "No, it's not enough," he said, his tone cold and impatient. "The Fla Energy contained in this piece of garbage is nowhere near enough to resurrect the Master. We need more!"
The peak Grand Duke Elder lanted helplessly, "But Prince, with only my strength, even with the help of these Fla Demons, it's very difficult to hunt and kill those people. They've all gone into hiding, and the castle grounds are simply too vast."
Schumacher's expression grew crazed as his voice rose with emotion. "So what? Grey, have you forgotten what this is all for? The mont our great Master awakens, he will lead the Brad Family to glory and we will ascend to the throne! Then, everything on this Earth will bow to us! Do you understand? They will submit! We will be the ones who control everything on this planet!" This was clearly a plan he had harbored for a long ti, a 'grand resolution' for which even the other Prince of their family had been sacrificed!
Now that his grand resolution was finally on the verge of glorious success, how could he not be thrilled? How could he not yearn for that mont to arrive?
Influenced by Schumacher's impassioned speech, the peak Grand Duke Elder, Grey, also grew emotional. "Great Prince, I understand what all this is for! My Lord will be resurrected, and the Brad Family will inevitably rise to the pinnacle of this Earth and rule over all!"
If not for this goal, why would they have embarked on such a dangerous path—luring experts from the various powers here to be hunted and killed? If their plan were to fail or the news were to leak, the only fate awaiting the Brad Family would be annihilation. The enraged powers would band together, tear them to shreds, and they would beco nothing more than a stain on the history of the Western Dark World. They were gambling with death itself. If they lost, everything would be over. Their entire family would be buried with them.
BANG!
At that mont, a mysterious force suddenly surged into Schumacher's body. An ecstatic grin spread across his ferocious face, followed by a maniacal laugh. "Great Master, you are truly omnipotent! HAHAHAHA…"
Hearing Schumacher's maniacal laughter, the peak Grand Duke Elder Grey imdiately asked, "Prince, what happened?"
"The Master just sent a divine ssage to my mind," Schumacher replied, his voice filled with crazed glee. "He said the seals outside are weakening! We just need to wait here, and the prey will deliver themselves to our doorstep! HAHAHA!" As he spoke, he seed to get lost in a fantasy of his great Master awakening and leading the Brad Family to a glorious future.
