"Okay then, I'm grateful to you, Brother Zhang, for your help along the way. Let's have a drink together soti," Chen Fei said with a smile, accepting the communication Spirit Talisman and nodding. So far, his impression of Zhang Kui was quite favorable, and he felt that Zhang was soone worth befriending.

"It's nothing. With that said, I'll take my leave first. Brother Chen, see you later..." With those words, Zhang Kui waved to Chen Fei and then turned to disappear into the crowd.

"See you later... This place is quite interesting; it seems I can have a good look around." After calling out to the departing Zhang Kui, Chen Fei's gaze shifted to the rows of trading stalls not far away. A fresh smile ford on his lips, and he headed straight over. This was his first ti seeing a trading area in the Cultivation World.

It looks quite intriguing.

Upon entering the trading area, Chen Fei saw nurous figures seated on the slightly cracked bluestone slabs of the street. Scattered around them were all sorts of odd-looking items.

So of these items were dazzling with jewels, exuding an air of luxury; others were dripping with fresh blood, as if they had just been taken from so ferocious Demon Beast. Then there were those that were utterly indiscernible or whose displays were laughably exaggerated, shrouded in a contrived haze of ancient air. One could tell at a glance that they were fakes. I wonder who would be gullible enough to be fooled by such things.

Seeing this, our Young Master Chen Fei was clearly intrigued. He walked around the trading area with a smile on his face. Soon, he stopped in front of a stall where a thin man in a green robe was displaying many items. Bending down, Chen Fei began to inspect them closely.

Indeed, there were many things on the stall: various well-aged herbs, hard and rare minerals, and so items that were obviously Low Grade Magic Artifacts, all placed haphazardly. From among them, so surprising fluctuations of energy were slowly emanating.

"What is this?" After looking for a mont, Chen Fei casually picked up an object that resembled a bundle of hemp rope. The rope was grayish-white, very light and soft to the touch, yet seed to be quite elastic and was emitting a white glow.

"Hehe, has this fellow Daoist taken a liking to it? This is a treasure crafted by Grandmaster Wan of Jinbao Pavilion himself! He used the silk spun by a late-stage, second-level Demon Beast, the Qianyun Spider. It is extrely powerful! At full power, even an expert at the eighth or ninth level of Qi Refining would struggle to escape from even a light wrap," the thin man in the green robe behind the stall imdiately said with a wide smile.

The Qianyun Spider was extrely famous on Canglan Island and throughout the entire Eagle Gorge Area. The Qianyun Spider Silk it spun was especially sought after. It was incredibly tough, impervious to water and fire, and a spider could only spin a tiny, ter-long piece every ten years. If the quality was fine enough, it could even be used to forge a Mid-Grade Top Tier Magical Artifact.

"Grandmaster Wan of Jinbao Pavilion?"

Chen Fei didn't know who this so-called Grandmaster Wan was, but that didn't stop him from bargaining. He then asked with a matching smile, "If this item is truly a masterpiece by Grandmaster Wan, why isn't it being sold inside Jinbao Pavilion?"

"Well..." Upon hearing this, the thin, green-robed man's face stiffened. Before he could reply, Chen Fei continued, "What's the price?"

"A super low price, fifteen Low Grade Spirit Stones," the thin man hurriedly replied.

Hearing this, a wry smile touched Chen Fei's lips. He casually tossed the rope back onto the stall, then stood up and walked away without wasting another word on the man. Indeed, Qianyun Spider Silk could potentially be refined into a 'Top Grade' item like a Mid-Grade Top Tier Magical Artifact, but the item on offer is clearly a failed, useless piece of junk. How much could it possibly be worth?

Seeing Chen Fei leave without even bothering to haggle, the skinny man in green cursed under his breath before shrinking back into his spot, continuing to wait for the next 'fated person'—or perhaps, a sucker.

anwhile, Chen Fei continued to weave his way through the bustling trading area. Logically, having just arrived in the Cultivation World, he shouldn't have had any Spirit Stones or fragnts. But on his journey here, he had the good fortune to encounter several groups of people and other races who wanted to rob or even kill him. Of course, those individuals had since gone to the underworld to see the Yama King. As a result, their treasures and Spirit Stones naturally beca Chen Fei's.

Thinking of the many useless items still in his possession, Chen Fei suddenly had the idea to set up a stall of his own to get rid of them.

With that thought, he walked out of the trading area and inquired with the soldiers from the Island Master's residence about the rules for setting up a stall. Then, with great excitent and enthusiasm, he paid the fee, beginning his very first stall-keeping experience in the Cultivation World. The feeling was undeniably novel and fun.

"This spot will do." After obtaining a 'Stall Setup Permit' valid for one day, Chen Fei re-entered the trading area and seriously scouted the scene. After much consideration and comparison, he chose what he deed to be a 'golden zone'—an area with the most foot traffic, most likely to attract attention—and set up his stall, clearly adopting the posture of soone ready to 'make big moves' that day.

Afterward, he reached into his robes, and in the next mont, he placed several items on his stall that flickered with spiritual light and emanated powerful, astonishing auras. Alongside them were a few other strange and peculiar items, each one clearly extraordinary. Instantly, they caught the eyes of many onlookers.

"Hey, hey, look over there! Isn't that Mystic Shadow Stone from the Northern Nine Peaks? HISS! And Purple Pattern Mysterious Iron, Jinbing Jade Mine, Vine Bloodwood..."

"That triangular shield... could it be a Top Low Grade Defensive Artifact? And that Black Gold Axe... HISS! A Mid-Grade Magical Artifact!?"

"So many treasures? No way! What's that kid's story? Did he get all of these himself?"

...

A stir imdiately went through the trading area, and astonished whispers erupted everywhere. So many treasures in one place was a rare sight, even for the Canglan Island trading area.

At the sa ti, not far from the trading area, a group of figures arrogantly occupied the center of the bluestone path. They swaggered along as pedestrians scrambled to get out of their way. The leader was a handso, imposing man, but his eyes were full of arrogance and he held his chin high. When he heard the commotion up ahead, his interest was piqued. He frowned slightly, then waved his hand and said, "What's going on up front? Let's go take a look!"
