"Have you forgotten who I am?" Ye Xiu asked with a smile. Before An Dongye could answer, he continued, "I am the Divine Doctor. Even if their hearts are pierced or their limbs are severed, I can restore them completely in a short ti."

An Dongye was stunned for a mont. "Are your dical skills really that incredible?"

"I wouldn’t joke about people’s lives," Ye Xiu said.

An Dongye considered it; he had a point. "If that’s the case, why don’t you just tell them directly?"

"If I told them, would they still fight with the resolve to face certain death?" Ye Xiu countered.

"But they’re bound to find out sooner or later," An Dongye said.

"All I need is their resolve to fight to the death in this first battle. With this experience, they will maintain the sa ntality in the future, even when they know I can heal any injury," Ye Xiu explained.

An Dongye listened, completely baffled. "So what’s the benefit of training them this way? I can’t believe that rely fighting to the death could create so kind of powerful, lethal Unique Skills."

"Martial Artists are divided into grades one through seven, but do you know why Seventh Grade is followed by Grandmaster, and Grandmaster by Great Grandmaster, instead of simply calling them Eighth Grade and Ninth Grade?" Ye Xiu asked.

This question completely stumped An Dongye. It was sothing she had never considered.

"Why?" she asked.

"The truth is, most Eighth Grade Grandmasters are Pseudo Grandmasters, and most Great Grandmasters are Pseudo Great Grandmasters," Ye Xiu said. "The reason is that they all advanced to Grandmaster and Great Grandmaster by learning Cultivation Techniques created by their predecessors.

"You see, ’Grandmaster’ isn’t a rank but a title of honor. It’s for those who have created the Inner Strength that is most suitable for themselves. A true Grandmaster is far stronger than soone who beca a Grandmaster by simply learning the Cultivation Techniques created by others.

"As for Great Grandmasters, they are Grandmasters who have perfected their self-created Internal Cultivation thods. They then go on to create combat skills to properly wield their Martial Prowess. Once a Great Grandmaster has perfected their self-created combat skills, they finally possess the qualifications to beco a War God."

After hearing this, An Dongye fell silent for a good ten minutes. What Ye Xiu had said completely shattered the understanding of Martial Artist levels she had held for twenty years.

"Are you having the 108 Generals fight to the death to force them to create their own Internal Cultivation thods?" An Dongye asked.

"That’s impossible," Ye Xiu explained. "Creating Internal Cultivation thods requires studying a vast library of thods created by others and achieving a deep understanding of oneself. Only then can one even attempt to create the thods that best suit them.

"I’m having the 108 Generals fight to the death so they can discover the attack thods that suit them best in a desperate situation. From there, they can refine those thods into their own unique style of Swordsmanship," he clarified.

"Oh!" An Dongye finally understood. "Can they do it?"

"If you can do it, why can’t they?" Ye Xiu retorted.

An Dongye was taken aback. "What do you an by that?"

"Aren’t your Leg Techniques self-created?" Ye Xiu said with a smile. "It’s precisely because you created that peculiar set of Leg Techniques that you’re capable of killing others of the sa rank, and at a speed that surpasses even a War God."

"You..." An Dongye stared at Ye Xiu as if he were a monster. Astonished, she asked, "How did you know my Leg Techniques were self-created?"

"Your Leg Techniques are full of flaws. They couldn’t possibly be sothing you learned from soone else," Ye Xiu said.

An Dongye bristled at that. "How are my Leg Techniques full of flaws?"

"Alright then, show your moves," Ye Xiu said mockingly.

When An Dongye was left speechless, he clarified, "I’m telling you to perform your Leg Techniques so I can point out their flaws."

"Fine!" An Dongye was furious. This set of Leg Techniques was the proudest achievent of her life, yet Ye Xiu had the gall to say they were full of flaws. You blind fool!

"Watch closely! I’ll let you see just how perfect and aweso my Leg Techniques are—the techniques of your boss!"

An Dongye moved five ters away and began to display her Leg Techniques.

Beautiful! Cool! Dashing!

This was Ye Xiu’s evaluation of An Dongye’s Leg Techniques.

An Dongye was a beauty to begin with. Standing over 1.8 ters tall, her legs were simply incredible. A stunning woman with long legs, combined with the wide, sweeping, and incredibly cool moves of these Leg Techniques... it was all very impressive, very cool.

"There!" An Dongye finished her demonstration and said proudly, "How about that? Stunned, aren’t you? There’s no way my Leg Techniques have any flaws."

"Watch closely." Ye Xiu didn’t argue. Instead, he began to perform An Dongye’s Leg Techniques right there on the spot. No, he wasn’t just copying them—he was performing an improved version.

"This..." An Dongye was dumbfounded. "You... you, you, you... you learned my Leg Techniques after seeing them just once? No, that’s not it. What you’re doing isn’t my technique... it’s stronger than mine. You... holy shit! You watched my Leg Techniques one ti, and you not only learned them but improved them to be even stronger? Little bro, you’re a damn monster!"

An Dongye was utterly thunderstruck. I’ve never seen or heard of such a freak in my entire life!

One had to understand, her Leg Techniques weren’t just simple moves; they required a special thod of channeling Inner Strength to be perford. Ye Xiu had only watched once! He not only learned the moves and figured out the thod for channeling her Inner Strength, but he had even improved upon them!

With a whip kick, Ye Xiu made a cow ten ters away explode into pieces. He stopped and asked with a smile, "Well? Still think your Leg Techniques are flawless?"

Staring at the pile of bloody mush that was once a cow ten ters away, An Dongye was completely dazed. "Holy cow... so my Leg Techniques could be that powerful after being improved."

"The only reason your Leg Techniques are strong is because you’re fast. If you moved at the sa speed as a Martial Artist of the sa rank, you would be no match for them," Ye Xiu stated.

"You’re right. You’re absolutely right!" An Dongye’s eyes sparkled as she stared at Ye Xiu, as if she were looking at a beautiful woman. "Little bro, hurry, teach that version of the Leg Techniques you just did! Quick!"

"The technique I just perford is suited for , not you," Ye Xiu said. "If you want to perfect your own Leg Techniques, you need to suppress your Cultivation, slow down, and go fight against the 108 Generals. Only through constant battle can you truly perfect them."

An Dongye felt Ye Xiu had a point. "I’ll go right now."

With that, she ran off toward Sang Qiuyu.

At this mont, An Dongye wasn’t just thinking about perfecting her Leg Techniques. She rembered what Ye Xiu had said earlier. Only by creating my own Internal Cultivation thods and perfecting my Leg Techniques can I make a bid for the title of War God! I haven’t created my own Internal Cultivation thods yet, but I can perfect my Leg Techniques first and then try to create the thods later.

What no one knew was that An Dongye’s idol was Huang Quan! Her lifelong wish was to one day fight Huang Quan and defeat him!

Previously, she had believed that with her speed and Leg Techniques, she could easily beat Huang Quan until he cried for his mommy and daddy, as long as she advanced to the rank of War God.

But now, it seed she still had a very long way to go before she could beco a War God.
