Wu iyu was busy in the kitchen making breakfast for Ye Xiu and Qin Qing when Chloe entered and said softly, "Auntie, could you please wake the Young Master and Young Mistress? The Qin Family is here."
She didn’t dare disturb Ye Xiu and Qin Qing’s sleep.
"The Qin Family?"
Upon hearing this, Wu iyu’s face turned pale with fright. She hurriedly ran upstairs and knocked on the door to wake them. "Daughter, Son-in-law, get up quickly! Uh, Qin Fugui and the others are here."
Ye Xiu and Qin Qing had partied hard the previous night and didn’t get ho until after three in the morning. For the first ti in ten years, Ye Xiu didn’t get up at four a.m. to practice his skills.
"The Qin Family?" Woken by Wu iyu, Ye Xiu saw that Qin Qing was still sound asleep. He quickly got out of bed, still in his pajamas, and opened the door for his mother-in-law. "What does the Qin Family want?"
"I don’t know, but it’s definitely nothing good," Wu iyu said, extrely nervous.
"I’ll go check it out!"
Without even washing up, Ye Xiu went downstairs in his pajamas. He saw Qin Fugui acting so arrogantly he looked like he was begging for a beating, while the other Qin Family mbers were holding sacks and boxes. A van and two small trucks were parked behind them.
What’s going on here?
Ye Xiu asked in confusion, "What’s the matter? Has the Qin Family beco so poor that they’ve started collecting junk? Sorry, but we don’t have any junk to sell you."
"We’re here to negotiate," Qin Fugui said with a mocking tone.
"Negotiate?" Ye Xiu was puzzled. "Negotiate what?"
"Tell her to get lost. What I’m about to say can’t be heard by outsiders," Qin Fugui said, pointing at Chloe.
Ye Xiu gave Chloe a look, and she imdiately retreated to a distance.
"Now you can talk," Ye Xiu said, curious.
"What I’m about to say might be a huge blow to you, so brace yourself," Qin Fugui warned with false kindness.
"Just get on with it!" Ye Xiu couldn’t stand Qin Fugui’s smug face any longer.
"Alright, you better listen carefully," Qin Fugui chuckled and whispered, "The truth is, Qin Qing isn’t Qin Zhongwen’s biological daughter. She’s the child of Wu iyu and so other man."

Ye Xiu finally understood why the Qin Family had co looking for him so early in the morning, and he guessed the source of their newfound arrogance. He pretended to be shocked. "That... that’s impossible..."
Seeing Ye Xiu’s reaction, Qin Fugui and the rest of the Qin Family all laughed. His stunned expression was exactly what they had expected.
Qin Fugui said, "If you don’t believe , I can give you a few strands of Qin Zhongwen’s hair. You can take them and compare his DNA with Qin Qing’s."
Ye Xiu feigned a grim expression, staring at Qin Fugui for three seconds before saying in a deep voice, "There’s no need. I believe you."
Qin Fugui and the Qin Family smiled. "Good," Qin Fugui said. "Then we can discuss our terms."
"What terms?" Ye Xiu asked.
"Just think, Wu iyu had an affair and gave birth to that bastard, Qin Qing, and you married her. With your reputation in Xuanse, and indeed across the globe, this secret would be an explosive scandal if it got out." Qin Fugui’s old face wrinkled like a blooming chrysanthemum as he laughed. He stood tall and proud, his expression a mask of mocking threats. "The mighty dicine King of Xuanse, married to a wife like that? Your reputation would be ruined! Furthermore, your grand venture into the dical field with the Bao Family would also suffer greatly.

"This whole island is yours, right?" Qin Junyi said with a smile. "I want it. You’ll co with today to handle the transfer of ownership. Give all the villas here. Also, I want one of your hands."
"The Qin Family also wants a stake in the dical company you established with the Bao Family, but we won’t be paying a single penny," even the usually timid Qin Zhongwen made an outrageous demand.
After they finished, the Qin Family mbers looked at Ye Xiu mockingly, waiting patiently for his reply. For a matter this big, they figured he would need so ti to consider.
"Are you done?" Ye Xiu asked.
"We’re done!" Qin Fugui shrugged and sneered. "You only have one path: acceptance. There are no other choices."
"n!" Ye Xiu suddenly shouted.

Chloe’s twenty servants, all ard, rushed forward and surrounded the Qin Family, the undisguised killing intent in their eyes.
This terrified the Qin Family.
"Ye Xiu, what... what are you doing? Don’t you care about your reputation anymore?" Qin Fugui stamred, forcing himself to sound tough.
"Qin Fugui, your stupidity is truly eye-opening. I’ve road the world for ten years and have never t fools like you," Ye Xiu said coldly.
"What do you an?" Qin Fugui asked.
"I’ll tell you what he ans!" At that mont, Qin Qing, also in her pajamas, walked over with Wu iyu. With a cold expression, she said, "I already found out about my parentage last night. In fact, I’m overjoyed that I’m not related to despicable people like you. That’s why Ye Xiu and I were up drinking and celebrating until three in the morning."
Wu iyu looked bewildered. So, Ye Xiu had already told Qin Qing.
As for Qin Fugui and the others, their faces paled, and their bodies began to tremble violently. Qin Junyi and Qin Anruo were so frightened they collapsed to the ground.
They suddenly realized reality was nothing like they had imagined. In their minds, Qin Qing would be devastated by the truth. Instead, she was happy.
"Fine! It’s better that you know!" Qin Fugui said, steeling himself. He glared coldly at Ye Xiu. "My demands are the sa. If you still care about your reputation, you’ll agree to my terms. Otherwise, I’ll leak Qin Qing’s parentage and let the whole world know."
Ye Xiu laughed, amused by Qin Fugui’s foolishness. "Setting aside the cri of threatening an instructor of the Red Fla Army, did you really think I would let any of you leave here alive?"
With that, he took a sword from Chloe and pointed it at Qin Fugui. "I despised all of you before, but I never touched you because you were Qin Qing’s family. Now that you’ve told yourselves that you aren’t her family... do you think I’ll have any qualms about killing you?"
