"Dying at the hands of Ba Dao would disgrace his title as the greatest warrior of our ti, so Huang Quan has chosen to die in battle."

"If Huang Quan dies in battle, then who will fight Ba Dao?"

"Damn, Ba Dao gets a free win!"

Countless discussions erged online, and nearly everyone believed that Huang Quan was leading the Blood Cloth Guards in a suicidal attack against the 300,000-strong Allied Forces. In an instant, all the gamblers who had placed their bets in casinos and on gambling apps beca extrely agitated. If Huang Quan were to die in battle, Ba Dao would win by default, and they would lose everything they had bet. The owners of the casinos and gambling apps were laughing themselves silly. If Huang Quan died, all the money bet by the gamblers would be theirs.

However, just then, news outlets, major dia, and television stations around the world began to report on the battle between Huang Quan and the 300,000-strong Allied Forces.

"As a disciple of one of Xuanse’s Eight Great National Protector War Gods was on the brink of death, Huang Quan descended from the sky. At his command, over a thousand Martial Artists committed suicide in unison."

HISS!

Everyone around the world following this matter gasped. Although they knew Huang Quan was bound to exhaust his strength and die in battle, the sheer dominance of his arrival still horrified them all. With a single command, a thousand people took their own lives. It seed that only Huang Quan possessed such Power in this world!

The news continued: "Huang Quan captured the commander of the 300,000-strong Allied Forces, causing the army to collapse and scatter. Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards pursued them relentlessly. By dawn, over ten thousand had been slain by their blades."

What? This news shook the world once again!

True to his reputation, Huang Quan captured the commander first. Without its leader, the army was like a sheet of scattered sand, unable to mount an effective, coordinated attack. As the Allied Forces fled in disarray, the battle turned into Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards’ ho turf—a one-sided slaughter.

In just a few hours, thirty-seven people had slaughtered over ten thousand. This statistic stunned billions worldwide and thoroughly terrified the Official Families of various countries. Such an astonishing kill count and efficiency ant that Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards had the capacity to challenge the army of any nation.

"Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards split up to continue the pursuit, leaving fields of corpses in their wake. The 300,000 defeated soldiers of the Allied Forces had no power to resist and were reduced to lambs for the slaughter..."

"According to real-ti satellite tracking and big data analysis, as of 11:32 AM Xuanse Ti, Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards had pursued their targets for five hundred miles, and nearly 30,000 people had been tragically killed..."

My God, chasing on foot for five hundred miles while slaughtering nearly 30,000 people? Aren’t Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards tired? What kind of monstrous stamina is that!

Just then, dia outlets and television stations around the world suddenly published a list: the Huang Quan Life and Death Ledger! The list contained the nas and detailed information of every single person in the 300,000-strong Allied Forces—photos, nas, ages, education, career history, family background, and so on. The level of detail was nearly identical to that of official population registries.

The mont this list was released, the families of everyone on it were paralyzed with fear. Furthermore, the Official Families of the several nations that had secretly selected elite soldiers, had them feign retirent to form rcenary groups that then joined the Allied Forces, were now terrified out of their wits. They never expected Huang Quan to have investigated everything so thoroughly. This ant that if Huang Quan didn’t die, their doomsday had arrived.

"Within two hours of the Huang Quan Life and Death Ledger’s publication, many mbers of the Allied Forces who were fleeing for their lives received calls from their families and learned about the list. A large number of them stopped running, choosing suicide as a plea for Huang Quan to spare their families."

"At 4:00 PM Xuanse Ti, Huang Quan entrusted Xuanse’s Eight Great National Protector War Gods to announce globally that if the mbers of the 300,000-strong Allied Forces committed suicide, he would spare their families. This led to over a hundred thousand mbers of the Allied Forces taking their own lives to express their gratitude, though a large number continued to flee..."

"At 5:00 PM Xuanse Ti, Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards had slaughtered their way across a thousand miles..."

"At 6:30 PM Xuanse Ti, Huang Quan suddenly appeared at the ho of the King of Yalei Country and heartily enjoyed a plate of pilaf."

"Huang Quan’s whereabouts suddenly beca a mystery, but the Blood Cloth Guards are still on the hunt..."

At this point, the scalps of billions around the globe tingled with fear. They had been chasing from dawn till dusk, covering a thousand miles, and they were *still* hunting. Weren’t they tired?

The tone of online discussions suddenly shifted, with people debating whether Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards were even human. So netizens, claiming to be experts, even proposed that they might be extraterrestrial lifeforms...

Having not slept for a day and a night, Qin Qing suddenly asked Chloe after watching the news, "Chloe, is the pilaf tasty?"

"It’s alright," Chloe replied.

"Have the chef make a serving to try," Qin Qing said. Now that she was sure Ye Xiu was not in any mortal danger, she was in an exceptionally good mood.

「In a bamboo forest, within the primal, uninhabited area of Hundred Flowers Valley on Hexia Road, stood an exquisite bamboo lodge.」

In the courtyard, a beautiful middle-aged woman asked, "Clan Leader, if Long Zhen falls into Huang Quan’s hands, will there be any repercussions?"

The one she called Clan Leader was, in fact, the Long Master.

"Long Zhen is rely from a collateral branch of the Long Family. He knows little about the family and doesn’t even know where our headquarters are located," the Long Master replied, lying on a lounge chair with his eyes closed and holding a palm-leaf fan. "Even if he’s captured by Huang Quan, it won’t damage our foundation."

He spoke again, this ti irritably, "I just don’t get it. Where do Huang Quan and the Blood Cloth Guards get enough Martial Prowess to fight all day and slaughter their way across a thousand miles?"

"Could Huang Quan really be an alien?" the middle-aged woman guessed.

"Nonsense!" the Long Master sharply denied. "There are no aliens in this world. Unless..." He trailed off as a possibility suddenly occurred to him. Could Huang Quan have co from *that* place? Impossible. No one has co out of there in over two thousand years...

"Which place are you referring to, sir?" the woman asked.

"Oh, it’s nothing..." Realizing he had let sothing slip, the Long Master quickly changed the subject. "Has Yin Tianxi eliminated Ye Xiu yet?"

"Not yet," the woman said, shaking her head.

The Long Master grew more irritable. "I just want to confirm whether there’s a dragon-shaped pattern on Ye Xiu’s left arm, and it’s already taken ten years. He’s ridiculously difficult to deal with." He then instructed impatiently, "Go and tell Yin Tianxi that after Huang Quan is slain by Ba Dao tomorrow, he must seize Huang Quan’s body and send it back here imdiately."

"We’re not killing Ye Xiu anymore?" the woman asked.

The Long Master suddenly laughed. "The last ti I had a video call with Shen Songshan, we were hacked. I guessed right away it was Ye Xiu, and I also figured he had locked onto my location. Sure enough, Ye Xiu banished the Shen Family to Guoyang. He’s trying to intimidate , to make afraid, but he would never imagine that the Long Family’s headquarters isn’t in Guoyang at all."

"I suspect it won’t be long before Ye Xiu himself heads to Guoyang. When he does, I’ll have Long Ba send the ’Modified Humans’ produced by the Fire Seed Company to deal with him. With them and the Shen Family... Hmph. Guoyang will be Ye Xiu’s graveyard."

He spoke with great triumph, clearly deriving a strong sense of achievent from having outplayed Ye Xiu.

"Then I’ll go contact Yin Tianxi right now."

With that, the middle-aged woman left. This place was deep in the mountains, with no electricity, internet, or cell signal. To make a phone call, she had to go outside.
