Before Ye Xiu could finish, Sun Shixin dropped to his knees. "Divine Doctor Ye, I was wrong!"

Kristina didn’t move. She walked up to Ye Xiu and asked, "Was it you who killed the Envoy from the Three Major Judicator Families?"
Seeing this, a barely perceptible, triumphant smirk curled ng Yinwan’s lips. In her view, Kristina already knew Ye Xiu had killed the Envoy. Now that she was face-to-face with him, she would surely attack in a rage to get revenge. But Kristina is no match for Ye Xiu. When I step in to stop Ye Xiu from killing her, Kristina will trust even more. She might even reveal the location of the Judicator Families or take to seek reinforcents from them. Ye Xiu, oh, Ye Xiu! You’re such a professional patsy!
"It wasn’t ," Ye Xiu shook his head.
"Your word alone is not enough. What evidence do you have to prove you didn’t kill the Envoy?" Kristina asked.
Ye Xiu suddenly realized that from the mont he had first laid eyes on Kristina, the girl had been completely expressionless. Upon hearing this, ng Yinwan’s expression changed instantly. She had the distinct feeling she’d been played by Ye Xiu.
Kristina remained expressionless.
Soon, Chloe returned with the Envoy, who looked pale and severely injured.

"What happened? Why are you here?" Kristina asked, looking down on Envoy Yatie like a proud queen.
"I was being pursued, and Mr. Ye saved ," Yatie said respectfully.
Chloe’s Purple Pupil had the ability to erase up to an hour of a person’s mories. Furthermore, after activating its Fourth Stage, Chloe gained the ability to hypnotically implant new ones. After Ye Xiu brought Yatie back, Chloe used her Purple Pupil Ability to erase his mories of the ti before and after the fight with Ye Xiu. Then, through hypnosis, she implanted a new mory: that he had been injured while being pursued by an enemy, and it was Ye Xiu who had saved him.

Before he could finish, he saw Kristina suddenly sprint away, vanishing in a flash.
Qin Qing, the others, and Yatie—who was still kneeling on the ground—were all bewildered. They couldn’t understand why Kristina had fled.
"Ye Xiu, you..." ng Yinwan glared fiercely at Ye Xiu and roared, "Do you have any idea how much I sacrificed to get undercover with Kristina? Now you’ve exposed , and all my efforts have gone to waste!"
"You betrayed first," Ye Xiu replied with a cold smile. "Bring it on. We can hurt each other."
ng Yinwan was speechless. She had never expected things to turn out this way. Originally, her plan with Pusang was to use Ye Xiu as a sacrificial pawn, a vanguard to throw against the Three Major Judicator Families. Now, with a single counter-move, Ye Xiu had exposed her undercover identity. And by ’saving’ Envoy Yatie, he had ironically beco a benefactor to the Three Major Judicator Families.
"Mr. Ye, what are you talking about?" Envoy Yatie still hadn’t grasped the situation.
"Are you curious why Kristina suddenly ran off?" Ye Xiu asked.
Yatie nodded.
Ye Xiu looked at ng Yinwan. "Why don’t you explain it to him."
ng Yinwan scoffed, "How would I know why Kristina suddenly ran off?"
"With your intelligence, even getting into kindergarten would be a struggle," Ye Xiu said disdainfully. "It’s because Kristina knew you were an undercover agent all along."
"Impossible!" ng Yinwan imdiately shot back. "If she had seen through my cover long ago, why didn’t she expose ?"
Your intelligence is basically on the sa level as a pig’s... Ye Xiu thought to himself before saying aloud, "She didn’t expose you for a couple of reasons. One, this is her first ti out in the world for her training. She’s completely unfamiliar with the outside and needs a guide."
